Between my mother and I, we’ve been using Budget Self Storage for over 10 years. The staff has always been pleasant and we’ve never had any issues. I always come here whenever I need to rent a storage unit.

Its been over few years and truly awesome storage place, always super friendly with possibly the only best price you can find in town. Hopefully youll like it too.

Not happy made reservation get to the site. My storage unit was giving away right in front of me. The site didnt even have another available. Not sure what went wrong but it tell me that someone didnt know what they was doing. I will never try there service again..

Ive been a customer for a little over three years and I live in Maryland. I say where I live because as long as Ive been a customer, I have never encountered a problem. Im able to make my monthly payments with ease through their website. The facility is clean and accessible. Unfortunately, I lost my keys to my lock 🔒 but fortunately, Willie Murcia, the property manager was very helpful in assisting me with this issue. He was extremely warm and kind. UPDATE: the staff is nice but my monthly rate went up once by $20, kinda bothered me but not a big deal. Then it went up a second time, completely unnecessary and really unprofessional. When I signed my contract with them it was for one specific rate, but then I realized they lure customers in by offering a low rate then raised it after the contract was signed. Not once but TWICE to make my cost per month double than what I signed up for. Tanya was always very helpful, and gave me a lot of personal attention. The prices were fair. I rented a large size storage and later rented a smaller size. The service in both occasions was great, and the storage was secure. Prior to this experience I had stored my belongings in a place where the space was too hot and humid, and as a result - some of my belongings were ruined. At Budget Self Storage I was very content, as all my paintings and other things came out in a super condition, just like in the day I had stored them. I highly recommend this place!
