Well i have never been one to have anything good or nice to say about pàying money LOTS OF MONEY to store something that just sets there either baking in summer or freeźing in winter.but if your going to do it i strongly advise to stòre it at this place because the employees here are the best! They are the most professional and humble nice helpful people in the business ànd i say this from my actual having ongoing storage space rentals at several different storage facilities here local. Super clean facility in and out you just wont find a better experience than rhis one!

The nicest friendliest associates are found at this storage. Pat is wonderful. They feel like an extended family. I was here for 3 years and they are the best and safest storage in the AV. They may not be the least expensive storage but youre personal belongings will be safe and you get the best customer service in the AV!

First impression is a lasting impression forever. The entire place inside and outside looks and smells nice. Every employee is genuine, respectable and knowledgeable. Our unit was clean when we moved in and we had the pleasure of leaving it clean when we moved out. The access hours are perfect for us sometimes we go to our unit early before sunrise, other times we go to our unit after sunset. Most importantly There were no hidden fees, taxes or extra charges. Yes I would definitely use the storage here again.

Joanne and Patricia at Life Storage are amazing! When I first arrived they were both very friendly and attentive and have been with Self storage for months now. Every time I come in they great me and answer all questions, I have. I wish more businesses treated their customers like Life Storage employees do.

I applied for a storage space at Life Storage in Palmdale 3 months ago. JoAnn made it easy for me, by explaining everything that I needed to know in very simple terms. She answered all of my questions and made sure that everything was clear to me. I have been very satisfied with the service and the assurance that if i have a problem Life Storage staff will be there to assist me . So far its been a smooth ride and the storage space has helped tremendously. Its in a good location next to the 14 frwy which is quite appealing to me. I went into Life Storage in West Palmdale today. I had great customer service from the woman at the front desk as well as Joann the store manager.
