Called in having some issues getting our rear media to work in our 2021 Tahoe our salesman wasn’t available so AJ Motta, helped and stayed on the phone till we figured it out!, he didn’t only try one option, he kept having me try different ones till we figured it out!! The prices they advertise online are purposefully misleading and the fine print is not properly placed, as to create confusion and force customers to make the commute to their dealership. They refuse to give any pricing information over the phone or email, even after I told them we dont currently have a car and it would require a rental car or bus to get to them in person.They additionally kept insisting that the dealer discount is for everybody and didnt clarify that it requires a 2016 or newer trade-in, even after asking directly for them to please state the terms more than 3 times, and even after clearly stating in both online chat, email, and text, that we dont have a car to trade-in, making us clearly not part of the everybody they claim the discount applies to.I would have even accepted the misleading website is an honest mistake if it werent for the salespersons purposeful misleading texts, which amount to clearly and purposefully misguiding consumers. Given that I was not able to talk to anyone else at the dealership, the plenty of other reviews that I have now seen complaining about them misleading consumers online, and the fact that the website is clearly built for this tactic, I have to assume it is a dealership-level tactic and not the fault of a specific individual.

Entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and were eager to do whatever it took to get me into my new Silverado. Mike especially did a spectacular job, never giving up until a solution was finally found to get me into my vehicle.

If I could give less than one star I would . (Total Incompetence) custom ordered new truck with accessories. Asked salesperson everything was included, yes was the response was, even have email. Didnt haggle over price paid what they asked less rebate. Then told this wasnt included in price add $1000 now. Then called and told truck is in but we never ordered the accessories. Waiting over two months for the right bug deflector. Then it comes in all scratched up. Order new one another two months. now installed. Had to go back and have window vents installed on ride home one blew off. Go in for the window vent to be installed dealership ordered wrong one. Truck was in for recalls and window vent install dropped off for whole day. Was told at three oclock that wrong window vents ordered and they couldnt do the service recalls scheduled appointment two weeks in advance what a dealership. Have already deterred three friends from going to buy a vehicle at this dealership and will continue to do so. Still waiting on the window vent. ..... Update response from dealership is total BS ... Buyer Beware anyone can contact me and I will explain everything.

Ive only been to Bertera Chevrolet two times. Both times I went I received five star customer service. Miss Kayla and Mr Ryan took great care of me from the second that I walked through the door. The first time I went I was attempting to buy a new car, but because of covid it was going to take too long for it me to receive it so I ended up buying another high-end vehicle from another dealer. I plan on going back when the 3lt blazers become available again. The second time I went there I went to sell a car that I inherited. We are very pleased with the sales consultant, Matt C. who worked with us. He was polite, friendly and not pushy. Our main disappointment was learning, after the purchase was complete, that our 2021 Equinox, a higher model than our previous 2016 Equinox, did not come with Sirius Radio. If we had realized this previous to making the purchase, we probably would not have bought the SUV, but would have looked for other manufacturers.

I have tried to do business with them here at Bertera Chevrolet. They have a vehicle advertised for an amount and I understand they have no factory rebates at this time. I am a cash buyer for a 70,xxx+ dollar truck the dealership has now came up with a way that I have to pay more because I am not financing the vehicle. I do not believe in doing business in this aspect. As I buy many many vehicles and multiple Chevrolets a year I will never be buying or visiting this dealer again.
