Everything comes with a warranty employees that are willing to do pretty much anything that you ask him as long as its not illegal or something thats going to get them fired might be a little bit expensive but thats only because of the warranty

Incompetence!!! Ordered a part. Paid 30$ for 5 day shipping. Two weeks later I stopped by and it took them 20 min to find I even ordered. They said they would fix problem and reorder and refund shipping. Once again two week later I called they couldn’t find the order. Manager would call at 1:00. I called at 4:00. He said the same thing he said two weeks before. That he would fix it. Part finally arrived 5 days later. So of course they charged my credit card for 5 day shipping. Never go there again or another Napa do that matter.

Was a 1 star now a 3 star . No more to say but parts and other . OReilly is the first spot I go

Had the most, ridiculous, experience in here this morning. Whoever that gal, & the guy (??) in that office behind the counter, were...they cost me the price of a tow truck, and, this particular store, a customer & future business. I was embarrassed for them & quite upset myself. Ive been by that store, many, times today & there has not been 3 cars, at a time, in that lot. I took the money I was going to spend there, to, OReillys. They turned away a few hundred $s in 1 sale & it wasnt 10:30 a.m.

The store itself is well organized, clean, and wide-aisled. Store associates are friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to find the exact part needed and suggest alternatives, even if its the competition, if not available.

Thanks.. NAPA .. you can always have them get those hard to find parts.. for boats, cars, or what is needed to be able to make your ride better running

I was greeted as soon as I walked in then asked if I needed help finding anything. The employee took me to the location of the item I needed and explained each items pros and cons. Check out was easy and I got a free hat.

Prices can be ridiculous. They wanted $45 for a tiny little roller bearing. I called the bearing store in Anchorage and it was $4.79. Decent selection of general items/oils etc... Staff is more helpful than some other auto parts chains in the area

I have been into this NAPA many times while I was rebuilding my old truck. They have almost all the parts that I needed. They are always friendly and helpful. They are especially good at it when I dont really know what part I needed.

I had an emergency and needed some parts and they had it and they saved me time and money.
