Not sure why there are a few bad reviews. I called ahead to get a quote. $110 for a 7+ screen replacement. Not bad at all. They had the part in stock and the owner Bob said they would hang around for me if traffic was bad. Very nice, wasn’t expecting that.When I got in, everything went quick and smooth and I was out in about 15 minutes.The posters they have around the shop made me laugh.Overall great experience. Glad to be able to support this small business. Will definitely be back for future needs.

Although the service was really fast and definitely quicker than the average third party phone repair. The owner of this place really needs to train its staff for the way they treat their customers. The way the employees there treated me was so bad that it instantly made the experience of going there rather terrible. I was served at the cashier by this guy who would not even bother to answer my questions and say that it is all my fault. Definitely go to this place if you have a lot of patience.

They did an excellent job. Saved myself 60 bucks. Let me explain. These guys charged me 188.95 while Verizon charged me 250 dollars. Plus it took them like 20 minutes to fix my phone. Bob was also really polite and made sure to inform me on everything that would happen. Would highly recommend this place for phone repairs. Also they have comfortable chairs.

I was looking at either replacing or an expensive repair for a cell phone and Bob was extremely helpful in getting me back working for a very low price. He was very courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for your first stop.

Been here twice now. This time to replace the battery on my nexus 6p. They did a great job. Was warned that repair might hurt the case (cosmetic issue only), but they did a great job and got my phone back in great condition. Also if you need the same, you will need to purchase your own battery (was easy on ebay).

Fast no hassle repair at a fair price - replaced the charging port on my Moto X, overnight because they needed to order a part but it was done by noon and good as new. They knew immediately what to do and how much it would cost (unlike the first place I called). Will definitely be back next time I need a repair.

Good service, however honesty is questionable.Asked to replace my S4s screen. They fixed it within an hour, the deal was about putting new screen. However, the screen looked like picked from used phone. When I pointed it out, they agreed to cancel the deal w/o any additional cost.To the owner: you handled the situation well, but I suggest sticking to ethics and honesty will take you long way.

My son broke his screen at least every 6 months, sometimes more often. Pretty hard on phones. These guys were always fair and fast. After the 4th or 5th visit, hey even tried to talk him into getting a screen protector and/or otterbox so he would stop spending so much fixing his phone. My turn, I have to go today for MY phone screen, and go I will.

These guys were very honest and worked very hard to try to fixed my iPhone. It went through a wash cycle so the damage was extensive. Ultimately they recommended replacing the phone and didnt charge me a cent for three days of working on my phone. They showed all the details of the damage and gave me options on how to replace the phone which I did at Apple store at 50% of the buying a new phone. I will go there for any mobile phone issues.

I brought a Moto G5+ to them with a cracked screen to be repaired. They said that they would need to order the replacement glass and charged me in advance for the repair. When the glass arrived I brought the phone back to them and they replaced it. While the glass looked ok, as soon as I made a call, I discovered that the proximity sensor had been damaged (which results in the screen going black whenever you make a call). They agreed to try the repair again and I brought the phone back to them. After this glass replacement, the proximity sensor was still broken and the fingerprint reader became intermittent. They offered to refund the repair fee, but ONLY IF they removed the glass. This would have rendered the phone unusable so I could not agree to that until I had bought a replacement phone. I used the phone, being careful not to initiate any calls on it (because of the proximity sensor) until my new phone arrived. The next day the repair glass they had installed had cracked without the phone having been dropped or mishandled. When my new phone arrived, I transferred all the data over and brought the phone back to them. They now refused to refund the repair fee because they could no longer remove the glass in one piece. The bottom line is I brought a phone to them for repair, the repair damaged the phone further, and they refused to refund the money I paid.

Fast Service, and the technician is very knowledgeable about the problem. I compared with other stores in terms of pricing, service lead time and technicians knowledge, they are the best.

I brought my tablet in for repair, without checking on it, he said my LCD screen needs to replace and that his vander does not carry the model. He asked me to buy it from EBay ($299)bring it in and he will replace it for me, then charge $50 for labor. Not wanting to spend that much money, I took my tablet to another place which they inspected my tablet throughout, told me my LCD is intact, they ran a FREE diagnostics test and fixed my tablet. It could cost me$349 at this place have I not checked on other place for second options. Ill never come near this store. Ever.

Cracked my iPhone 5S screen and was able to schedule for a repair. Mine took no less than 30 minutes and was on my way. Highly recommended if you do not have Apple care for the phone.

I called the mobile repair shop, to find out if they could look at my Samsung, that appeared not to be charging. I was informed to call after 10:30 as the technician did not arrive until then. So I called promptly just after 10:30.... I also asked if they had the spare part to the charging port, as I thought that could be the problem. Because they were the only shop in the area to carry the spare part that I thought could be the cause of the problem, I told them that I would be on my way, as I needed the phone working properly urgently. When I got there there was a person in front of me, who was told that if you want to wait for the job to be done that you needed to make an appointment. I was not told such a thing on my two previous phone calls, the last one, twenty minutes earlier!....so by the time I was served there were other jobs ahead of mine and that I would need to wait for and hour and half.......so I left the phone for inspection and repair. On my return an hour and half later, they informed me that the charging port was not the problem and that they didnt know what the problem was....so I got home two hours later still with a phone that was not working.My son in law, had a look at it, turned it off, removed the SIM card and it worked!....how is it possible that the technician did not think of that.... It would have saved me precious time and stress!!

My iPhone 6 was cracked but worked fine. Fast repair fixed the screen but now half of my keyboard doesnt work.

Super fast service. They had to order a part for my phone (Moto X 2014) but they fixed it in one hour after the part came in and they did an excellent job.

One of the cheaper places in town to get a cracked iPhone screen repaired. They are really fast as well.

I came in with a broken note 2, while visiting palo alto. It took them only a day to get the part, and I came in at 10 the next day to get the 1 hr repair done. BUT the tech doesent come in until 1130! I had to be in the city by then, and I needed my phone! So they gave me a refund. Cant say anything about the repair, but the guy at the register was understanding and didnt give me any bs, which was nice.

They are scammers. The American who attends stayed with a cell phone that we brought him and did not want to return it. I feel very powerless. I advise you to go elsewhere. I saw in a different post that the same thing happened to someone. I dont know if the owner of the store knows what these thieves are doing but they should close down that store and report them to the police.
