I had a pretty terrible experience at this store. I came in to upgrade to the iPhone X (from my 6s). Iโm an informed customer, I know why I want the X, the pros and cons, etc. The only reason I came to Verizon VS Apple was to trade in my old device. The sales associate basically tried to convince me to switch to the android ecosystem even though I told him Iโm sticking with Apple for good reason (my partner, my Apple Watch, my Apple TV, my Mac, etc.), and told me itโs not worth buying the iPhone 10 because they were coming out with a new one. I said โyeah, they come out with a new one every year... why does that matter if it 7 months from now?โ To which I received a response about the phone being taken off the market (which is a claim founded purely by speculation). Maybe hey have a quota to make on galaxy S8s? Which would have been a hilarious sales pitch, because the new galaxy S9 has been announced (way closer to getting replaced than the iPhone X at this point in time).He ignored a couple of my questions as he was checking the value of my phone for trade in, and had a generally unpleasant attitude. Iโve never had someone try to NOT sell me a phone. At one point I just told him โwell, it sounds like youโre says I shouldnโt buy an iPhone from youโ and left.Seriously disappointing. Makes me question why I should stay with Verizon..

Great service. Right when I walked in someone was available to help. I was only looking for a new screen protector and even after they found out I was not a Verizon customer, they were quick and courteous. They even placed the new screen protector on my phone and it makes it look like a new phone.

Not very impressed. Came into the store to buy a Pixel 2 and get help with set up. Attendant put a lot of effort into selling me accessories but didnt actually help at all with set-up (which turned out to be a headache to do on my own). Ended up being sold a bunch of things I couldve bought online and didnt get the support I was actually there for.
Went here to ask them why my signal wasnโt working properly these past weeks, with the intention maybe he can go check my phone or something. The guy who assisted me immediately tried to make me upgrade into โbetterโ service for additional $10, and he thought my concern didnโt make sense. When he knew I wasnโt convinced to upgrade, he then tried to change my simcard saying it might make differences. He then told me that if I am still experiencing the same issue, I really should upgrade because thatโs โhow it works in Americaโ. Man, I have been with Verizon for almost 3 years now, I also never told that guy where I came from but he immediately assumed I am a stupid immigrant who doesnโt know โhow it works in Americaโ. My boss is white and he was the one who told me to go to Verizon to get boosted because he got it without any difficulty. Canโt imagine Verizon to be that racist but okay. Maybe Iโll stay with them for a couple more months to see โhow it works in Americaโ.

Perfect example of how while Verizon Wireless is not the cheapest option, but clearly not only is there service the best, their employees are Top-Top.Or, go to sprint if you hate your life and are a glutton for punishment.
I rarely give negative reviews but I really did not like my experience here. I went in with some questions about my account and was treated very poorly, like I didnt know anything and that the questions I was asking were dumb, and then was encouraged to switch plans. My rep had a very difficult time explaining anything in a clear way so one could make a clear decision about account. Overall I was very disappointed, even though Ive been a Verizon customer for a long time

Elijah there lied about a promotion he said I could get, after he sold me the service I looked at the fine print that didnโt have my plan as eligible for the $150 promotion and he replied โoh they must have changed itโ ....changed it 20 minutes after he told me he checked it??? Hmm I donโt think so. Horrible service!
Each time I go in there I am asked if I need help and if no one is available they tell me how long I will have to wait. They always take time to explain everything and find what is right for you. Customer service is really friendly and took care of any issues that I came to them with, much faster than any verizon call in service. Very knowledgable and I wish this kind of service was more common.

I came in wanting to buy an LG V20. I wanted to buy it at full retail price without a contract or payment plan. They had plenty and then went to the back to grab one for me. After about 5 minutes the salesman came back and said didnt have anymore. I was surprised because he said they had plenty, but I just accepted it and left.It was still bothering me, so maybe an hour later I called and asked if they had any in stock. They said they had a bunch in both colors. I went back in and got a different salesman who said after a chat said he wouldnt sell it to me. It was only for contract or payment plan customers. I was taken aback at this terrible policy.I asked for the manager and he also wouldnt budge on the dumb policy. I told him I had cash and just wanted to buy the phone. I said the words I want to give you my money. Why wont you take it? It was pretty much a joke at this point. Its not like it was a super hot item. It felt like a chump after they deliberately lied to my face on my first visit.I ended up calling verizon corporate from outside the store but they were pretty incompetent as well. After 3 support agents they were able to reserve the phone in mountain view. I drove down there and they quickly sold me the phone without issue. I confirmed it wasnt a corporate policy or anything. Its just a failure of this single Palo Alto store.Id say to avoid this store. The salesmen and manager were rude and clearly dont value your business. They will blatantly lie to your face if it is more convenient. Im disappointed because the store is nicely constructed, but it means nothing without the customer service to back it up.

Despite common complaints about Verizon and their customer service, that was absolutely not my experience here, the staff was extraordinarily helpful, spent far longer than I ever expected helping activate a Nexus device not bought from the store. This says nothing about Verizon as a whole, but the staff here was fantastic.

Manager was the opposite of helpful and very rude. Other workers had to tell him to be respectful because his attitude was unacceptable.

Came by to get some information about adding two lines. I felt like store rep was trying to push me to close the transaction, which I finally did. The disappointment was when I found out later that rep forgot to mentioned that there will be a $60 activation fee for two lines.
