I went in there just to check out what they had because I love good smelling soaps and things like that. The staff was very nice and answered any questions me or my friend had and gave us some samples of products we had questions about and walked us through everything. They have good products from what Ive used so far so Id definitely come back for more!

The staff here is always super nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. When my sister and I came in, one of their staff helped her pick out the best option in lotion for drying skin, and helped me with scrub choices.

The sales person was quite rude. She acted as if we had gone to her house and didn’t want us there. A shame that she works in a brand with such lovely products.

Friendly and helpful staff thwt is happy to help and provide samples of anything you need. The store capacity is small and they are good about covid procedures so you might have to wait outside for a bit

Great products, best customer service! I had never bought anything from a Lush before and the rep took time to explain the process and address my needs and stuck to the things I wanted to get. She did not try to oversell me and was really pleasant. The place was also not too busy. I definitely recommend this Lush.

Very helpful staff. This is one of the few Lush stores Ive been in that had adequate space. They are always stocked properly too. I love the products and will come back again and again.

Every time I come in here someone is super nice and helpful and held me find what I needed. I normally hate sales associates approaching me but these people are super nice, give me the info Im looking for and then leave me to make my decision so that I dont feel pressured. 10/10 would shop here again for soap.

Employees were nice. Can be a little confusing picking stuff out, and I recommend asking if you get lost amongst the choices like I did. I enjoyed my bath bomb, though I might avoid the glitter ones next time. It looked cool in the bath, but made clean up annoying after.

Always helpful and willing to give decent sized samples on almost anything. I love the products; especially the solid shower gel, Queen Bee, bath oil, henna, and the Butterball bath bomb. They will give you a free face mask if you return five of the full-size black pots. I have visited other Lush stores, and none have been so big, airy, and easy to shop. The store near us has horrible staff and the store is so small that I had to sit on the floor to look at products on lower shelves. Not so at the Stanford store. Try it.

Nothing like getting greeted by the amazing staff! they are so nice and always greet you, right as you walk in! i love all the bath bombs, shower gel and lip scrubs! I LOVE LUSH! it is my favorite!

Fantastic products and customer service. As soon as I walked in, the associate could tell I was overwhelmed on the choices and where to start! She listened to my general need (a gift for a friend having a bad day), provided some options based on that, and then I was well on my way!

When I walked into lush at Stanford, I immediate noticed that the staff were busy talking to each other. As I walked around the store, and was looking for a specific mask, I asked two staff members where I could find the mask I was looking for. At first they seemed to ignore me. Eventually one girl did get the mask for me but seemed bothered that I interrupted her conversation. Staff seemed to enjoy talking more to each other than customers!
