I called 3 companies before calling the Glass Doctor because I thought they were going to be expensive. But the other companies were so unprofessional they made appts to give estimates and never showed up(all 3 companies). But when I called the Glass Doctor they gave me a 30 min window and was there way before that and called to make sure it was okay. In less than an hour my we had an estimate and the window repaired and the price was less than expected. I am one happy customer I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

The Glass Doctor did a fantastic job repairing our sliding glass door. We have an oversized sliding glass door and it is the only door to our backyard. It had totally worn out and was impossible to open and close. They came and fixed it so well that you can open and close it with one finger. Chris Porter was my installer. He remeasured and expedited our order at no added charge as a prior temporary employee had not measured our pane correctly and had not noted that we needed high impact glass. Chris is methodical, experienced, efficient, and most thorough and explains all that he is doing as well as answering any questions and giving tips on taking care of window screens. Price to replace a high impact low E glass pane which was shattered during the hurricane was fair as was the labor charge. 12 year warranty on the window pane if there is an issue. Would highly recommend Glass Doctor and in particular Chris Porter.

So these guys were awesome. Came to my aid after the hurricane when everyone was backed up. Another thing.... I had an arch window just above two main windows that was damaged during the hurricane. The arch window was the only one that was damaged and needed to be replaced. Home Depot was trying to charge me like $5K saying that all the windows needed to be replaced but these guys came in and did it for a fraction of the price and just replaced what needed to be replaced. They are very good with Military as well, so I appreciate that as I was reassigned to another base and couldnt be there for the repairs and relied on a good company to take care of me.... and they did. Highly recommend Glass Doctor.

I would never use Glass Dr. Had them come out to measure for piece of glass on a half wall in the shower. It took them 2.5 weeks to get estimate to us. We called them several times to remind them. Finally received the estimate and it listed a description that was probably from their vendor...meant nothing to us. They gave us a price (higher than a couple of other quotes we received) but their quote didnt list size (length & height measurements), glass thickness (we had asked for a quote in both 3/8 and in 1/2 thick glass), type of glass (we wanted Rain Glass) nor how it would be attached (U-channel vs clips). I called them and said I would need these specs listed on the quote before I would ever give them half the money down. Were still waiting on that. Theyre really bad at communication.

EDITED TO SAY: Randy (from management) finally called and apologized profusely for the way my order was handled. He was very professional and polite.When this ordeal started glass doctors were great. Chris come out and checked our windows and gave me a decent price. But that was where the good service stopped. When I first contacted glass doctors I was told I would have to pay a $75 travel fee. I was happy to do so and I gave Chris a check for the amount after he arrived to check the windows. He even gave me an invoice for the amount and reiterated that the travel fee would be credited to my account when I ordered. Several weeks later I called back and requested Chris return to look at additional windows. Latasha scheduled me for a couple weeks later. 3 days before Chris was set to arrive Latasha called me to reschedule and also to ask me for a deposit on my order. After I explained to her that my order was no longer correct since Chris was coming back, I did not want to put down a deposit until he was finished. She then said I would have to pay a travel fee of $75 which I was fine with again and told her that. At this point she told me I had never paid a travel fee the first time. I assured her that I had and that my bookkeeper had been waiting on the check to clear. I gave her the check number the amount written and the company it was written from. I later received an email back saying Chris waived my travel fee while he was here and he never received a check from me. This was completely untrue. The email went on to say that I needed to have my bank stop the check since it had been over a month. I am assuming she was insinuating I lost my own check. This was completely untrue as I gave it to Chris the day he was here. I emailed her back to let her know how unprofessional this was and for someone from management to please call me to discuss the matter. That was several days ago and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I am blown away at how this was handled, as glass doctors seemed to be a reputable business.

Randy, Latasha and Chris were extremely helpful to me replacing my windshield. I have a vehicle where parts can be difficult to find. They went the extra mile to locate the hard to find parts and complete the installation. I am pleased with the service I received.

I had them quote a new 3/8 heavy shower unit for my newly remodeled master bathroom. The technician they came out out was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. As a matter of fact he was the only 1 that use a laser level,And showed me where the walls were out of level. They were not the cheapest, out of the 3 quotes that I got. but they were the best. I have referred a lot of my friends to them. And every single one of them has been satisfied as well. I cannot say enough about the company and the staff in the office. If you would like the best give them a call.

Showed up immediately, fixed the problem, and it was beyond reasonable! After a heavy rain storm a pane of glass slipped out of a window frame and fell in between the glass/ frame below. Super friendly fellow did the repair work- pulled the glass out and reinstalled it- and we couldnt be happier with the service. I would definitely use them again in the future and highly recommend this business to anyone needing any sort of glass service.

Ive been calling around town for weeks trying to find a reasonable price to replace a window in my home with little success. I was just about ready to give up, and gave Glass Doctor a call. Calvin Kahl came out and did some measurements, gave me a free estimate, and provided a timeline to get the job done. This isnt the first time Calvin has installed a window, and it shows. Wow! Great price and very professional service. I strongly recommend Glass Doctor!

Had glass doctor come out on 9 Nov 2018 to give me a quote to replace a broken window. I agreed to their estimate and they said it would take a week or two to get the glass in and they would give me a call to schedule install. Never heard back from them and I finally got ahold of them around the first of Jan. They told me my glass took longer to come in and that they just received it. They said they would call me back in a day or two to schedule my appointment but I never heard back from them. I’ve been trying to contact them the last two weeks now, leaving several messages because nobody answers the phones and haven’t heard back. So it’s been over 90 days, they have my money, and I can’t get ahold of them. If I was you I’d look for a different company for your glass work!

If you want windows replaced ask them first what their limit is and save yourself some time. They might be good at replacing windows in small amounts or at least lesser amounts than our normal home has. I would give them a better review had my wife not told them we have over 30 windows when she scheduled the inspection and they had actually done anything other than waste our time.They said they could not help us due to the size of the job. We do not completely know what that means because the tech did not write anything down in the hour plus he was at our home. I waited two weeks just to have someone come out and measure, walk around, sketch and have me hold things for him while he was not writing anything down.In the end we waited two weeks, wasted over an hour walking some stranger throughout our home just to find out that replacing windows is too big of a job for them.

Had a 9 am appointment and the tech was running late, which wasnt a problem. Both the receptionist and tech where very friendly. But quality of work and attention to detail were very poor. Car was returned a mess, no attempt to clean up afterwards, glass pieces all over, gasket material and rubber everywhere. Install of the windshield does look good overall so far. My rear view mirror had been taken off improperly now I need a new bracket. the said it was my bracket going bad/ worn out, it was fine when I took it in. I was told not to use my wipers for 72 hours after the install, once I was able to use them again the washer fluid wasnt spraying out. I later found it was a hose that wasnt reconnected which was a pain in the ass to get to. Come here if you like unsatisfactory quality and doing rework. Would not recommend.

Rainy night on Highway 98 and passed one of those dump trucks coming from the other direction. A handful of what I think was gravel struck my windshield and cracked it beyond repair. I called my insurance company and they placed me in contact with Glass Doctor. I had just finished a medical procedure that necessitated me staying close to the house with no way I could go sit in an office at their location for the repair I inquired as to the possibility of having the technician come to my house. Without having to explain the embarrassing particulars of my predicament in detail to their scheduler Jessica, she picked right up on it and agreed to dispatch a technician directly to my home. Most excellent customer service and people skills to be sure. The whole process took less than an hour and I was kept apprised of the location and estimated arrival time of the technician, a genial and professional chap that got right to work. I would certainly recommend these folks to my friends or family.

This company ordered the wrong windshield 3 different times! Two of the three times we were already there for the appointment before they check the windshield to find out it was wrong. We still do not have a new windshield a month later!

Although the technician was very nice the condition my vehicle was left in was less than satisfactory. After the technician left my home I went out to see my new windshield and found that my side panels on the inside that run along the windshield had been left out of place and one was just hanging. There was also trash and pieces of cut rubber all over my dash. I found that my dash had been cut(maybe by mistake but I shouldve been told) as well as a blade left laying on the roof of my car. When I called the office to notify them they were very nice and sent the technician back out to fix the issues that I had discovered but gave the impression they believed it was my fault or something I had done. I was disappointed. They claimed they do not even mess with that area when replacing a windshield but I know that not to be true as they had replaced my husbands just a few months prior and I watched them remove his. Our first experience with them was excellent thats why I opted to use them again but after this experience I will no longer use or recommend them. If I could attach photos I would.
