They came out to my house and replaced my front windshield on BMW so far so good. Its not leaking, lol

When I first left Safelite I was extremely happy that they fixed my rear window. But then when I got home I went to use the defrost and it didnt work. Come to find out the person who installed the back window did not hook up the defrost and just tucked it underneath some plastic. I dont know if they didnt know what they were doing or what. They did say they had to Google it to try and figure out how to put it in. So now we have two appointments later were still waiting for the back rear defrost to be put into work.
