I have purchased 6-7 vehicles over the years at Bay Cars. The experience has always been great. Zack Miller was out salesperson and even though he’s fairly new, he went above and beyond to make sure it went smooth. This past visit was a couple days ago and after a couple test drives I needed up pulling the trigger on a new Longhorn Limited Ram 2500 with. Cummins. It’s a beast! Many other dealerships have very few options but I’ve never seen that problem here.

I had to wait about 3 months for my repair to be completed because of the world issues going on right now. A few days after I picked up my car, my battery died. I recently bought the new 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L from Paul Wilson at Bay Cars. He was super great to work with and always made sure I was taken care of. My wife and I bought a brand new car here and the staff were unbelievably friendly and very attentative. Tammy Grider is by far the best sales lady and will do anything and everything to get you into the car of your dreams without all of the headaches. The service department is also very good. My only tip is to get there at 7 am because if you get there when they open your late lol

I just made a purchase from them not to long ago & was basically blamed for them not giving the bank the information that they needed. Mind you, you have to submit all documents to get approved for a vehicle and drive off the lot. It’s been two weeks and they’re blaming us for what’s they’re mistake and they have all the documents in their emails they just don’t want to take the time to find it and forward it. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. I would never recommend them to anyone.

This place will try to scam you, I took my car in because my break lights would not turn off and they told me my motor was bad, I said what do my break lights have to do with the engines do they said well Idk I think its the motor so a day later they called me and said it was the starter and its going to be $1300 I said nvm Im coming to get my car and the guy Matthew starts talking to me rudely because I wasnt going for his scam. So I took it to Kia and the said it was a break light switch. They fixed it and my car is running good with no issues

We’ve used Bay Cars for the last 10 years. We were a little skeptical about it being under new ownership. We had already been working with other dealers in the area but decided to see what they had on the lot anyways. We are so glad that we did. Paul Wilson was one of the most personable and efficient salesman I’ve ever encountered. He was quick to find us the perfect vehicle and did everything he could to keep us as a returning customer. He even let me test drive the car in nothing but a Speedo and cowboy boots!!! Not really, but maybe next time? Drove up from Orlando and needed an oil change as service was due. The took me same day. Took about two hours.Richard was very friendly and was a great help at the service department. He was also nice enough to have the boys pressure wash the bugs off the windshield that got completely covered on my drive. Id be happy to go back to them.

Went there with a friend who was picking up a new Lincoln. The selection and pricing was competitive with about any dealership in Florida. Good part is the salesman makes sure you are taken care of well after the sale. Great place to buy a vehicle. Excellent service...every time.This is the fourth vehicle I have personally purchased from Bay Cars. I have also referred many people and have even driven a few friends to pick up their new cars! Everyone is so nice. I always feel like I am being helped, not pressured. After purchasing a new vehicle with a trade-in one week ago, I got a phone call from their Finance Manager, Mike Crilly, (who I will also point out, got me a great extended warranty), telling me he was able to get me a lower interest rate and knocked a few months off the length of my loan. Thats some pretty great service after the sale. I highly recommend the Bay Cars group to anyone looking for a good deal on a new or used vehicle!

This Dealership seems a little sketchy. We bought a Jeep on a Saturday morning. Since we were not sure of the exact payoff we left about $400 more than what they payoff actually was. I was told that the dealership would send the entire amount that we paid for the payoff on my old car, to the finance company that held the title for my car, and that the finance company would send me the difference. After 3 weeks I called the finance company to find out that they had only received the exact payoff amount. When I called the dealership twice I was told that they had sent all of the money to my finance company and that the refund would have to come from them. When I asked Bay Cars to see a copy of the check they sent to my finance company, things changed. I was then told by Bay Dodge that they had only sent the payoff amount, and that I would have to wait for them to get my title from the finance company before they could refund MY money. A month later I still waiting for my refund from Bay Cars. I wont do business with them again.

My daughter had an accident on 7/6/19 and our insurance company advised us to take the vehicle to Bay Dodge Body Shop for repair. Spoke with them and set up an appointment to bring the car in on 7/12/19. As of today 9/17/19 we still have not been able to pick the vehicle up, every week they are telling us they are running behind and something else has to be done and still cannot advise us when the vehicle will be ready. My daughter even went to the dealership today and spoke with the General Manager GREG and all he could say was let me get some information together and I will call you within the hour. So no resolution today either!! I would not recommend them to anyone.

Went to the service department for a window repair on my Dodge car. Very polite and attentive. The repair was done while I waited (it took about 2 hours). The service waiting area was clean and there was free coffee. It is not a modern facility but it is well maintained. I felt the cost of the repair was fair. I will go back if I need other repairs on my vehicle. The service writer did not try to upsell me on anything or try to offer any additional services. I was very appreciative of this because usually the service writer tries to add on a lot of extra services.

Always Great ServiceOur visit was for a Hyundai recall. Made an appointment, was greeted promptly, paperwork taken of, and our car was taken right in for the service. In less than an hour, all was done. This is not an isolated event. I was in the market for a jeep for about 4 months, couldnt get back home, so while I was in PCB on vacation I tried out Bay Cars, the experience my family had with all involved with my jeep purchase was beyond excellent, Todd Mixon was excellent he even took our 5 daughters to lunch while my wife and I took care of paperwork. They don;t lie to you like most car dealerships and I would buy a car from them almost any day. If you have any credit problem, before going to a buy here pay here, go see Richard Noble at Bay Mitsubishi. He is fair, honest, easy to work with and he will find a way to get you into a car.

If it were possible I would give them a negative number. There are so many complaints I will have to narrow it down to my top few. First of all the customer service is awful. We bought two brand new cars from them on the same day so we expected a shred of customer service, but we were quickly dismissed. I noticed a stain on the door panel which I reported to them. They said they were going to take a picture and send it up to Jeep. About two weeks later I called and asked what the status was of the part. They told me that I would have to drive up and get a new picture taken because Jeep did not accept it. Then about 3 or 4 days later I received a call asking what I had to do and they told me the part was on its way and I would hear from them in 1 or 2 days, again a lie. I called back 4 days later and they said to bring the car in and they would fix it finally. Then as I write this we are still dealing with the financing as one of our vehicles has yet to be paid off, after numerous lies from there financing department we are about to get to the bottom of it but the vehicle is almost 60 days overdue which will effect our credit rating. There are so many other complaints that I would love to post from the dismissive and rude operator to the joke of a service department but all I can say is go somewhere else, in fact go anywhere else. If you are loyal to Jeep though pack it up and drive the 60 miles to the next closest dealership, I have not been there but I can promise it will be better then this joke of a dealership.

Well its not very fair to rate these dealerships right now after the hurricane, they all seem to be rather short on help. I did have an instance where there was a defective part installed and I broke down on the highway right after picking the vehicle up. That being said they did send a tow truck and they paid the bill and they turned around and fixed the issue with no charge. No excuses they got it done and they did it right just would have been nice if it was the first time.

Salesmen were very pleasant and respectful. Everyone was welcoming very nice place to buy a car didnt have to wait very long before everything was completed and we were on our way.

Ssooo went to drop my truck off for some collision repairs and my expectations of a dealership were about on par. The women in the Bay Cars body shop (handling my Geico claim) were extremely rude and demeaning. Before arriving to the appointment I called in to let them know I was running late. I wasn’t able to reach anyone so continued to drive there. I showed up at Bay Dodge, where I purchased my vehicle, and I was directed to another place. The second place directed me to another building who then directed me down the street. I was frustrated but still stayed positive and when I finally found the correct body shop, I walked in to be met with “you’re late!” in a very snotty tone. I explained what happened and then another woman came out and said “you’re late! You’ll have to reschedule.” I’ve been waiting for this appointment for weeks and this is how you treat a local customer who purchased the vehicle through you and has been back several times for maintenance. I will NEVER be back here, for anything, and will be sure to tell all of our customers to purchase a vehicle/have maintenance/body work done anywhere but here. I am utterly disgusted with how I was treated today.

I walked the lots of two other competitors on Saturday and not one salesperson inquired with me. Upon pulling into the Bay Cars lot, Naseer Sindhu met me with a welcoming handshake and throughout the buying process, he served more as a customer service specialist than just someone who was trying to sell me a car. Negotiations in trading in my truck and reaching a an agreement went smoothly and Naseer was helpful in assisting me in answering follow-up questions and making purchasing coordinations. Others such Blake, the used car sales manager, Mike, the finance manager and Jeff in sales were very helpful throughout the buying process as well. I will do business with Bay Cars in the future and I highly recommend them. This team certainly sets the standard in professionalism and top notch customer service.

I did not purchase here and probably never will. Was looking and browsing and the lady approached us and asked if we needed help. I told her we were just looking and she left us alone that is the good part. The bad is the fact that their Dodge Charger SXT was the same price as the Charger R/T with blacktop package that is at Ft. Walton Dodge. I do not work for any car dealer. It seems the big city of Panama City loves to overcharge for their vehicles. Not just this dealer. Around 5k+ more than surrounding areas? I don t think so. Save thousands by spending 10s in gas by going OUT OF BAY COUNTY to buy a new vehicle.
