When I got to Jam Rock with the intention of buying a vehicle I gave them my list of what I was looking for. They in return gave me a list of what fit my criteria. I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for with a decent price attached. The owner and staff go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your purchase and to make sure it fits financially. Fast forward 3 days, my window regulator broke on my drivers side door. I called the owner and he said come on up and we will check it out. His mechanic figured out the problem quickly and the owner found the part and is on his way to pick it up because the parts place isnt getting it here quick enough. DISHONEST!!! The man who owns this place is a thief & a liar! BUYER BEWARE!! This man sold my daughter a car that needs a new engine. Yep, another one! This car has three oil leaks that had to be known by the dealer before he sold it to my daughter who is a single mother. Shame on him!! Surely there are other dealerships in Panama City were you can trust what is being told to you. The tires had dry rot, and the engine needs replacing. This man is a vile human being. Stay clear of him!

Then all of a sudden it started stalling in the middle of the road (while I’m driving mind you), engine mounts broken, oil tank leaking. These people are scammer tried selling me this garbage for 5k and thankfully me and my grandparents got it down to 4K. I had saved up that entire summer at my very first job to buy this car. Bought a car from there as my first vehicle as an adult that I pay for myself. Had to purchase because my car broke down a few days before and I needed a new one to get to work. The day after purchasing, the car broke down and I had to haul it on a trailer all of the way from Alabama back to the dealer. He “fixed” it and now I’ve been paying on a car that’s been sitting in my lot for over 6 months unable to be driven. I now am trying to find work from home to save to purchase another vehicle or pay to fix this one. It was most definitely messed up when it was sold to me.

My mom brought a car from them not to long ago they new something was wrong still sold it now she has to replace the engine in the car. These people need to be ran out of town we should not allow people like this to make money off our community if there going to be scamming. I will be going to the city commission, anybody that will listen to report them this is unexpectable

Decent selection of lower priced automobiles. Laid back, no pressure, maybe too low pressure. After finding salesperson, the vehicle we came to look at, they couldnt find the keys to it. They did call later when they found them, but Id already found a deal elsewhere.

Went in with my daughter, drove two cars and bought one. She loves her civic and got a great deal on it too. I sold cars for over 20 years and usually find buying from a lot to be a hassle and pushy. These people were easy going and not pushy at all. The car was nice in and out and ran as it should. Was a very quick process too. Do yourself a favor and check these people out. thanks again. Very rarely so I give any dealership or anyone really a 5 star review. But this one is a particular case. Hes kind, honest and willing to work on terms with you. We bought a van that we absolutely fell head over heels with. Had a few issues that needed fix. All wear and tear stuff and he was right there willing to help us figure out a easier way to fix it. Hes quick to respond, and even through Facebook he responds pretty much any time of the day or night. He is truly a genuine guy. I will be recommending him to my family members and friends. we will be continuing business with him even after this vehicle! If your looking for a great affordable vehicle but dont know a dealer to trust come see them!

Wouldnt know. Their sign said open I got there about 815 and they opened at 8 according the sign but door was locked . Tried calling the number and got voicemail left a message but none ever called. I walked around d the lot for about 20 min ....found plenty of vehicles I was interested in but none ever came.

I must say that this is the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. This family owned and operated local business went above and beyond to ensure I found a vehicle that was everything I wanted.As is typical with used car lots, there is no implied warranty on a vehicle purchase there however they have an on staff mechanic.I encountered an issue that really could have been a maintenance issue but I brought the car to the dealership for a check. Their mechanic on staff took the time and the owner purchased the parts and fixed the problem without hesitation!!!I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offer so many ways to purchase a vehicle with them. They did a few things to earn my five stars. The first was when I told them what my max budget was they didnt try to up-sell me to a car twice the price. They pointed me to cars that fit in that budget. The second was the upfront honesty. Another, and probably the most important factor to me, is the ongoing relationship that starts when you buy or rent from them. They will do what they can to not leave you high and dry. I will recommend them to any friends looking for a valuable used car.

Let me say this far those of you who are leaving negative comment and bad reviews. Everywhere you go in the marketplace you will not find perfection so if youre looking for perfection in the marketplace then maybe you should not look at all because you will not find it it just doesnt exist on another note. I bought my first car here a Mercedes C-Class C240 and today. I have not had one issue whatsoever with the car it runs just like new even though it has over a hundred and fifty thousand miles. When I first went in to buy the car I wasnt expecting to come out with a Mercedes because that wasnt my intention to buy a Mercedes. But when I explained my budget to them they showed me a variety of cars to choose from and of course they allowed me to test-drive each and everyone to my desire. I finally chose the Mercedes because it was the best out of all that had looked at at the time and who is going to turn down a Mercedes at a reasonable cost They already had a budget for. Im sure my experience with Jamrock Auto has been phenomenal because I have been to other car dealers in the time when I was looking for a car even though I had already had a car but I just wanted something new because my old car was giving me a lot of issues and I never wanted to fix those issues I had rather to get a new car instead. When I went in to buy the car that day they did all the paperwork together with me and by the end of the day the same day I had the title insurance and a new tag in my hands I ate was unbelievable because normally it take some time for you to get all the paperwork together especially when youre buying through a dealership what are used are authorized dealer. The next time I want to buy I know the car drum RockAuto is sure to be getting my money because they gave me the value of my money when I drove out of their parking lot and I never had to spend a dollar extra with repairs or services to the vehicle. The moral of the story is if you buy from them then you fix with them and sometime at low or no cost at all to you its one of the best used car dealers in Panama City in fact on the Panhandle they will ranked number one for me cuz Ive been as far as Fort Walton looking for vehicles and I still ended up back in Panama City right back at Jamrock autos. I hope one day in the future they will become a authorized car dealer and be selling brand new vehicles cause Im surely going to be taken out one from them.

I have a lot of good things to say about this little place vs going to a big name dealer for a used vehicle. Car buying process could be debilitating; the big guys lied to you, send your information to dozens of credit/finance companies; regardless if you stated your situation from the beginning. Also, they try to sell you whatever car they want off the lot, or limit you to couple of options. Then, its like theyre the customer, you have to work around their time. Jamrock Auto Sales lets you choose the vehicle you really want, they offer help, but are not breathing down your neck pushing you to buy. They answer truthfully, and tell you the exact condition of the vehicle, and even though youre purchasing a vehicle As Is they always help if you run into any issues with the vehicle. Prices are good, customer service is great; sometimes when you go to an owner/operator business, they really dont care about giving you any customer service. I have my vehicle for a little over a year now, and no issues; the only expenses have been tires, oil change...the usual maintenance. I will be selling my car, and guess what??? Im going back to Jamrock Auto Sales to another car.

Got all the red tape taken care of the very next day and went to get the car not 24 hrs later and he sold it. If your word is no good then I dont need to spend my money with you! DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT rent or buy any cars from this place. First when I came to get the car I guess it was something that was sitting in the back cause they had to deep clean it. Then it was dents and scratches all over the car. The deposit was was too high for an older model car that had over 150,000 miles on it. The car was in desperate need of some maintenance and two days into driving the car I found out I was driving with a missing brake light. Tried to go a cheaper route so I thought, to only find out cheaper is not always better you guys will never get my service again.

Great place my son got a nice Mazda cx7 here he went to get a oil change and it had a main seal oil leak pep boys was gonna charge him 3k to fix it and he brought it back to jamrock and they fixed it for him with no problems or fees he loves the car and will be coming back in the future for his next car. i highly recommend this place.

Bought a beautiful 2006 chrysler 300 from jamrock auto, and everything was hunky dory. 5 months later, a 5/6 cylinder engine seize. It still had plenty of oil.

My car was toataled in a wreck a week before I went here. I was looking around for cars and I came to jamrock autos. I told them I was looking for a lincoln ls, and a week later they got me a really nice one at an auction. I got a really good deal on it and they did everything for me. Dont buy from these scam artist!! They sold me a car with a hallowed out catalytic converter, bent tire rod ends dry rotted tires. There half baked drunk so called mechanic attempted to fix my ac that wasnt working. But since he didnt have the correct machine he ending up blowing my ac compressor. The owner told me if i had any issues with the car within the first 90 days he would fix them. When he got the amount it was going to cost to fix the ac he changed his mind. They allow there employees to stand around drinking on the clock and while working on cars. There mechanic just dumps used oil on the ground. This place is horrible. Dont buy from them take it from me and take your money else where so you dont get ripped off.

I bought a 2006 Dodge charger from them at the end of February 2018 I drove it for maybe 3 weeks before it broke down and has been sitting in my driveway ever since because I cant afford to replace the transmission after paying almost 5000 for the car, taxes, tag and title.
