Called 08/31/21 to have ignition parts for my 2001 Nissan ordered. Was told It would arrive in a day or two and I could pay on pick-up. Called on 09/08/21 to check before picking them up and was told they were never ordered. Cant be trusted to do the things they say they will. Now my truck is off the road another week while I wait for online parts to be delivered. Furthermore, I called on 08/25 to inquire about an ignition coil. Parts rep was unable to locate it in the system and said he would call me right back, and never did. Costs for simple parts were astronomical, ball joints costing $170 each (complete aftermarket control arm WITH ball joints already pressed in is $60 from online vendor). Of course, its not news that a dealership is going to gouge you on prices, but Id have at least thought that they were capable of ordering a simple part or calling a customer back. Very disappointed. Do not buy parts from them.
We stopped in Saturday to look around. We met Kasey Wilson our salesperson. We didnt really know what we wanted and Kasey took the time to listen and help. We left thinking we wanted a Toyota 4-runner; we test drove several used ones. So off to Toyota we went and test drove some new ones. We kept thinking about something Kasey said about the new Pathfinder; which we never tested the first time. So off we went back to Nissan and test drove the 2022 Pathfinder. We fell in love with it. It gave us more towing capacity and a much better ride (IMO) than the 4Runner. Kasey was never pushy...thank you! The finance team was FABULOUS too! If you need a Nissan or a used car - go see Kasey Wilson!

Dakota was completely amazing. She had my car at first due to an insurance claim and I ended up going up to Nissan to figure out what was going on with my car because Jo Hudson’s wasn’t telling me anything. She made sure I was informed every step of the way with my car she even got me scheduled for my oil change which she got me in the day after I had my car returned to me and I was done fairly quick. She’s got great customer service and is very knowledgeable.

I had transmission and brake work done that wrapped up in the same week. Dakota was amazing and helped me through the entire process. Eric is by far the most patient, genuine, honest, and least pushy salesman I have experienced while looking for a vehicle. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle and it was a VERY long process for me to make a decision. Time after time I came in to Eric to take a look at different vehicles (from Altima to Frontier to eventually a Rogue) and each time he was patient and helpful whenever I had a question. I can honestly say I never felt pressured and I am absolutely in love with my vehicle and have no buyers remorse. 6/5 I will always recommend Eric to anyone in the market for a vehicle!
We live over six hours away from Jon Lee Nissan, but they had a used car we were very interested in. We purchased a used 2018 pathfinder less than 2years ago. With less than 72000 the transmission goes out. So we have the vehicle brought to them after being told by a mechanic only Nissan can replace the cvt transmission. The service department takes it upon themselves to diagnose the vehicle. After learning the cost of the replacement of the cvt transmission, we decided to trade it. And these folks here at John Lee Nissan want to charge me 160$ for a diagnosis. The guys literally plugged a computer into it to tell me the transmission needed replaced. I knew that. Never asked for a diagnosis, only an estimate on the cost to replace a transmission.Now they will hold the vehicle hostage til they get their hard earned 160$
I was expecting the prices to be cheaper, I was expecting to pay around $24 and I ended up paying around $125.00. I thought the car wash was going to include vacuuming the vehicle and their was still dirt in the vehicle and the outside of the vehicle was still dirty in some areas. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different car wash that I knew cleaned vehicles excellently.
The team at John Lee (specifically at the 23rd St PC location) were all courteous and professional. I worked directly with Mike Presley. He made sure that I got into a quality vehicle without settling for one I wasnt completely satisfied with. Would recommend and well be bringing any of our future car buying business back here!
Mike Presley is a great salesman and our go to for when we need a vehicle. He and John Lee Nissan has sold 9 vehicles to me and my family, and three of those have been in the last 4 months! They are the 2021 Kicks, Murano, and Titan Platinum Reserve. Great service all around at John Lee. Only one star because I cant give them no stars,I will never take my car to this shop again,service writer did not do his job correctly. Asked to be call before any work was done to my car to make sure the job was under warranty, which he didnt do, radio had a update do to a malfunction with the volume knob,which should have been covered be nissan because they are the ones who put out the service bulletin. Called the GM of nissan and ended up still getting charged for the update on radio even though I shouldnt have. Very unprofessional people there.

I go there for some services and mostly to go to the Parts Department. Now when you are in the parts department, Do not be afraid to compare prices for parts! Just make sure you have the parts up and ready to show them!They will do a great job of getting the over inflated prices down so you can walk out with the new OEM Parts.The guys and ladies that work there are very friendly and their customer service is great...
I went to John Lee to purchase parts for my truck and when I pulled up there was a guy standing outside. He asked me was I there to see someone in particular and I explained that I was there to buy parts. He told me that I needed to be at the parts department he showed me how to get there he was so patient and nice. I made it to the parts department I spoke to one of the two ladies working the counter they asked how could they help me and I told them what I needed. They told me that I needed to talk to a sales representative and they called him in. The representative came in and we talked about what I needed and he asked if I had the truck outside and I told him yes. So we walked out so he could get the vin number and when we returned he pulled up the parts that I needed. He gave that info to another guy who took my order and he explained that the parts would be in, in the morning and they will call me. Overall my experience with this company was truly a wonderful experience they made me feel comfortable and welcome every way that they could.
The experience was great as normal. Being hounded and harassed about surveys is getting kind of ridiculous. Ive been getting my truck serviced at JLN since I bought it in 2018. The service and experience has always been worth it, but having survey feedback tied to compensation is absurd. If I have any problems with service or a service advisor, Ill bring it to the attention of management, otherwise Id like to opt out of any future survey requests.
I was due my first oil change and service on my new 2020 Nissan Armada that I purchased from Lee Nissan Ft Walton, (NOT John Lee Nissan in PC). The wait time for an oil change from Lee Nissan was 2 to 3 weeks out at my dealer. I called JOHN LEE NISSAN Service just to see, and the friendly staff, said bring it to us we will work you in.I showed up the morning with no appointment, and they took my new ride back for its first everything service! I waited around and they had me in and out in a flash! Nice waiting room with a lot of complimentary items while I waited.What is sad is I didnt buy my new Armada from you and JLN Service took care of me better than Lee Nissan Service did. Having to wait for 2 or 3 weeks for an oil change and maintenance appointment is insane! With no option of a work in.I will continue to bring my vehicle here to get the service from this day forward.Thanks for the outstanding service provided!
My appointment was easily scheduled (online), problem was identified quickly after bringing vehicle in for appt., and quickly corrected. parts had to be overnight-ed to fix my vehicle and loaner was provided. the entire process was much faster than i expected and received my vehicle back cleaner than when i dropped it off. staff was friendly and courteous and helpful.

Great experience at John Lee Nissan in Panama City and Maddie was a joy to work with! Maddie, my Sales Specialist, was very patient, attentive and knowledgeable about the Nissan lineup. I traded in my 2018 Nissan Titan 2wd (that I loved) for a new 2021 Nissan Titan 4wd (that I LOVE). Bonus to get the Lifetime Warranty since their Service Department is great to deal with anyway.

My daughter purchased a car last week. The check engine light came on that same evening. We took it to the service center and they quoted 1600.00 in repairs. We were promised that the dealership would take care of it. After a week of the run around and lies (I have a voicemail where the sales person states they will take care of it) nothing was done. Just more lies and more run around. The sad part is this is her first car and she has learned you can’t trust people at all. Stay away from this dealership they are Liars and crooks. We wasted our time coming to the dealership each time we were lied to. Also I sent messages to their Facebook and we were promised that we would get a call from a General Manager and we never got that call.

This is the first time to experience anything like this at John Nissan been coming here for years. Yes, was told the wait time was going to be long but from 11am to 2pm. Car not washed the sunroof opened and not able to close. But was parked and advised it’s ready. Really, that’s probably why it wasn’t washed. At least someone could have said something but for me to get to the car and see this and tried to close the sun roof but couldn’t. Yes I address the issue and then things gotten taken care of. Don’t think I will be coming back here. After looking at the finished project it’s a MESS. Yes, I am going to make sure this is fixed

We arent talking a few miles … more like 1000k .Now how does a vehicle that John Lee inquired 13 days prior to my sale accrue that many miles ? This depreciates my vehicle, and takes life off of my purchase. I tried to reach out to my salesman, Jermal Tolver he replied that he was going to get his manager involved . After countless days of no reply, he then messaged me we will give you a free tank of gas !! Are you kidding me … Because of their negligence on posting the vehicle, inquiring the correct information on the vehicle prior to posting, I loose out ? Informing John Lee Nissan by email, txt or phone was not successful . Please be careful when purchasing a vehicle from this business.******* THEY DID THE RIGHT THING AND TOOK CARE OF THE SITUATION ******* and me as their customer. . . Nothing negative to say.
