This guy talks to customers and forget hes working if u cant multitask you shouldnt try

I went to 2 different locations that were listed online as being open until 8pm, but both stores closed at 7pm.

The staff is great and handled our problem with politeness and grace . I would definitely go back and use them in the future.

In a hurry so sitting here before they open and its past time to open and still no sign of anyone. So now I have to leave and come back later. Some of us only have a certain amount of time to get things done.

Not happy with there customer service. They charge for Everything.

Its Sunday the sign says they open at noon its one oclock now there are employees inside the store every time I get someones attention they hold up a finger as if to say wait a moment and then continue to ignore me this is of course after leaving the lynnhaven Boost Mobile store with the same sign that says open at 12 oclock waited until 1230 with no employees so went to the next store just trying to get my phone fixed why is customer service not available on Sunday

Without question this stores sale/tech person (Syd) is truly devoted to helping people resolve problems with there Boost Mobile account. I would highly recommend him!

Great customer service. Boost Mobile in general is a garbage excuse for a mobile network. Im literally outside the Walmart on PCB with no service. I will take the phone i purchased from boost and switch back to straight talk due to the fact of little to none service in areas where there shouldnt be any issues. #straight talk is much better!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I switched from another company and ported in my number. That same day my phone did not work I was told give it an hour, the next day it didnt work. I spent 4 hours in and out of this store, 3 hours on support calls and they all do the same thing let me get your zip code humm our map shows theres service after 2 days of no service they refused to give me my money back. I had the receipt, I had been in the store the very next day they knew I was telling the truth but sorry its policy. Was what I got, theres a restocking fee so some poor other person is going to get my phone that did not work. I was out $320 for the phone the case a screen protector the first month of service and the port in fee then has to port it in another company, buy another phone not to mention the gas I wasted and the head ache it has caused. All I wanted was the service I paid boost for since they couldnt deliver I want my money back.
