Ive been with Cricket for several years now and Ive only had one hiccup. That was all my fault, however. The staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help you get what you need! I recommend Cricket to anyone who asks what my provider is!

Ive had Cricket 2yrs now and have not had any problems with my service or my data. The staff at the store and on the phone are knowledgeable, friendly and polite unlike other phone carriers Ive dealt with in the past. During Hurricane Michael I never lost my service or my data with Cricket. I highly recommend them.

We went in order to pay our bill. Customer service person was friendly helpful and quick.

Service was horrible the sales person hovers you constantly And tries to force you to buy something instead of letting you look around

Went there with my family in all attentions of getting 5 new phones. There was only 1 salesperson there.. And its Tax Season you would think that they would have at least 2 people in there.. We waited over half an hour and still didnt get help or acknowledged.
