Nice store alot of supplies

Regrettably the people who commented negatively and rated one star are just bitter. One got fired and the other didnt even know what they were doing and didnt want to be told they were wrong. The women at the store are extremely helpful in finding products you need. Even ones you didnt know existed to solve problems that plague the stylist community. There are always incredible deals to take advantage of and the delivery guy is cute too btw. So, go get a $90 salon brand straightener or a few $20 gallons of developer to keep clients coming without breaking the bank.

Be careful w this place. They will hold your card on file without your knowledge and then just let a person that u work with tell them it’s ok to run that card. I personally did NOT authorize the use of that card! I talked to the owner.. he wanted to reimburse the money to my card, and then have me pay it a different way. I was already charged a $28 courtesy fee from my bank. So what was the point. He was very condescending. Not only that half the time when u order from them, half of it doesn’t show up or it’s wrong. I will never in my life do business with this company again! If I could give zero or negative stars, I would!~Bj Cotton Barre’

This place sucks, the workers said my sister and I come in with our hair looking a mess (which we were in the process of going from black to blonde, also which we all know is a long hard process) and they told us we cant purchase any hair products anymore because they dont want to be responsible for our hair. Were just buying products, not even asking for their help since they always want to have an attitude anyway?? My sister and I have never been rude to them until they started to be rude to us! One time a worker was literally pulling my hair and I had to hold on to the cart, bc she was explaining how to do something. Like dam she didnt have to pull my hair to tell me what to do. This place has gone down hill since theyve gotten new workers, they need to bring the old ones back!! They were always nice and helpful with us unlike these new ones that acts STUCK UP and RUUUDEEEEE!!!!!!!!! Salon centric or Sallys ftw!!
