I always dread going & trying to decide what color foundation I should chose! Michelle helped me today & made it SO EASY & she made me feel so good about myself.If management sees this, she needs a raise!

Kelly, the Brow Specialist at the Benefit Cosmetics station, is the best! Since I have started tinting and shaping with Kelly, Ive gotten so many comments on how great my eyes look! Im definitely happy with Benefit as well - they have so many excellent mascaras that I am hooked for life. I am a longtime fan of Benefit, so I am really happy and comfortable trusting Kelly to work her magic.

Best service! I think her name was Sofia. Honestly the most helpful employee Ive come across. I was able to find all the items i was searching for! I honestly cant express my gratitude towards her.

1st time visitor and EXCELLENT spot. Nicole assisted us with hair cuts and we were VERY SATISFIED. She was GREAT to conversation with and knew what she was doing with curly hair cuts. Will DEFINITELY go back.

Went shopping there a couple days ago. The service was lovely. The girl with the orange/red hair at the register was sweet (I think her name was Sarah or Sierra), as well as Sable who helped me find a good lipstick. Thank you Sable.I did have an issue with one of the workers. Lauren (or Laura as I saw another reviewer type) was overall short and curt with me. She acted like I was a bother when all I needed was advice on what product I should get. Other than her, my experience at this store was very good.

Had my hair done, reasonably priced, decent time and really sweet hairdresser.

Its great store but need to give out free samples at the one in Panama city

Used their salon services and they were amazing! I was scheduled with Nicole for full highlights and she worked wonders. Even when I needed to be re-toned to my likening she was super nice and understanding with my concerns

I haven’t ever really shopped at an Ulta and I was coming in to get color matched. With Covid, they couldn’t do it but Larissa was so hopeful to get me a color she thought matched my skin. She had me in and out of the store super quick and that great experience makes me want to shop there more! Thank you, Larissa! Definitely will be back.

Horrible service. Canceled my hair appointment less than an hour before service. Who does this?? I was not aware I could be canceled on. This is unheard of. No excuse was given like the stylist wasn’t there - obviously that’s understandable but no. Just said they couldn’t see me.

Cera is always wonderful. Great cashier service and is very helpful whenever I come into the store!

I have been to many Ulta stores in several states, and this one is the worst. Every time I have been there, one thing has been clear - that no one there knows anything. Today was the worst experience. Since this Ulta is the closest one to where I live, I scheduled a brow wax and tint (which I have had many times at Ulta), and although the girl was nice, she literally butchered my eyebrow. The only fix is to wait for them to grow back, so I can have a professional fix them. I called the store and spoke with the manager, and she generously offered me an, Im sorry which will of course undo all of the embarrassment that I will endure when I go out in public. 🤦‍♀️ Very disappointed!! 😞

I did a buy online pick up in store order but selected curbside. When we arrived, I hit we were here on my email, but waited over 10 minutes, just for my mom to go in and have to pick it up since she was also on the order. We sat there in the car, watching the employees just standing there talking. When she went in, she dealt with the manager, Laura I think is her name. She was super rude to my mom. Didn’t even apologize for us having to wait, just for us to have to get out. What’s the point of curbside pickup if they won’t even bring your order out. When my mom went to grab the order, the manager started taking the bag back even though my moms name was on it to pick it up. She acted as if it was such an inconvenience for her to have to do her job Definitely won’t be shopping in that location.
