I couldnt figure out what brand of mower I wanted to go with in purchasing a zero turn. I went all over Panama City trying to find the right one. Chris is the only one that took the time to go over different features of the mowers to make sure I was getting the one that I needed. Excellent customer service!!!!

Takes way too long to get your equipment worked on. They want you to leave it on their lot even if theyre not going to touch it for 6 weeks. I made the mistake of buying my tractor and zero turns there but now take them to Panhandle Tractor in Marianna. Its not as convenient but they actually act like they want your business and are much quicker getting to it. Sowell told me 6 weeks IF I left it there, Panhandle Tractor took care of it in one week. I know a commercial landscaper that sold his kubota equipment and went with another brand, not because he didnt like Kubota, he didnt want to deal with Sowells lack of customer service.

Dealing with sowell equipment and more specifically Hunter Hancock was a great experience! I honestly couldn’t have asked for better customer service and knowledge. Hunter was very responsive with getting what I needed to make my purchase. There is a Kubota dealer within 15 miles of me that wouldn’t return my phone calls so I found a dealer that wanted to make a sell. I couldn’t have found a better dealer/salesman than sowell!

Joshua was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment they sell.He saved me some money over the previous two Stihl dealers I visited before making my decision on a new Stihl Kombi unit with attachments.I’m also in the market for a tractor and after today’s experience I’m definitely going to give Sowell Tractor Company a chance to sell me a Kubota tractor.

Took the RTV 1140 in for 50 hrs service. One day turn around and they took care of warr. Issue too. Solid, well tuned service.

I recently purchased a new tractor,loader and box combination with the assistance of Tommy Smith,an exceptionally friendly and competent sales person. His advice,attention to my specific needs, a thorough inspection of the equipment and a comprehensive demonstration of the operational procedures for each of the accessories was extremely helpful. A few days after the purchase, Mr. Smith followed up with a phone call to see if I was satisfied with my purchase and if I had any questions. The Thank You card was also enjoyed. If this is the kind of service and friendly attitude that can be found throughout the entire dealership, I will be looking forward to future purchases with Sowell Tractor Co. Awesome from the top, down! The people, the products, and the service make Sowell tractor a pleasure to do business with. Robin Sowell is one of the most honest people I know and is a great example for his employees. You wont find him behind a desk sitting on his butt because hes too busy satisfying customers from behind the parts/service counter.

I have no clue how these people stay in business, they do not answer phones or emails and they have absolutely the worst business hours Ive ever seen for a lawn and garden equipment dealer. I have no idea what their actual hours of operation are because every time I go there the place is closed. It has been six months since the hurricane and Internet and phone service have been reasonably restored so there’s really no excuse for not answering phones and emails especially considering how easy it is to forward your landline and emails to a mobile phone. This business listing is very complete so they have access to change their hours anytime they like on Google. It would also be a simple matter to put a large sign on the fence with the hours of operation as they can’t be seen from the road. Under staffing is an issue for all businesses since the storm, normal hours with a skeleton crew would give customers the opportunity to get what they need off the shelf. During high traffic times the “take a number” system works fine because it lets people know immediately there is a wait and people are much less frustrated by the delay. Also limited house at the service desk would free up some labor hours and allow the tech to get work done uninterrupted. Just my 2 cents.

Super friendly staff, explained the functions of new Stihl RMA 510(electric push mower). Can’t wait give it a try. Going solar. So my fuel(electrons) will be free and free. Sounds powerful! Price was cheaper than any other Stihl dealer! (A Big plus).

I have been twice to Sowell Tractor, both times the sales team went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. Theyre everything great customer service is meant to be.
