Desiree at this location one of my favorite Starbucks locations was sweet to suggest me to try their Pumpkin Scone, Thanks love!! Omg it was super delicious not dry and with double icing on it..Yummm if you love Pumpkin anything try it out loves so worth it! I paired it with my Pumpkin spice cold brew No whip and almond milk with the pumpkin spice sprinkled on top Yeah that’s me😂🥰🎃

If you go drive thru the line is always long. This location is bigger than the normal Starbucks, they are allowing people to sit inside to use wifi and enjoy their drinks again at minimum capacity with 6ft apart. the staff is nice, the only thing I did not like is that none of Starbucks employees wear gloves to prepare your drinks. Most of the places were I have been in restaurants or people who handle our food wear gloves And caps to avoid food contamination or hairs 😐🙃 I guess theyre the exception.

This is a bigger than average location inside. Very busy drive through, patio area in front. Popular with local high school students. Seems like a useful location for the local community, a key step towards being a five star Starbucks location.

Fast service that was top notch line was to the street yet 5 min past and we were out already

It was so cool! When you sip and smell the aroma of the coffee, you will be relaxed and sometimes, drool! The best!

I usually stop at this Starbucks 2-3 days a week and the staff members are super nice and polite. Today, I was a little disappointed. My blonde caramel macchiato was not a full grande. Wish I could post a picture to show you guys. Thought the cup felt light from the get go but didnt check until I got to work. Im hoping it was just a mishap

I love Starbucks but for some reason this store is a bit slower than others.

Update 5/2/2021. First time visiting this location after my last bad review. No better this time. They do not keep place clean as you will see by the photos and this is the 1st Starbucks to charge for a pupachino and it was for my service dog. They charged it as heavy cream.Im lactose intolerant and for the second time I ordered coffee with almond milk and got regular cow milk. So needless to say this made me supper sick. Also friends say the flavors of the drinks are inconsistent.Update: 7/6/2019. This locations needs managerial help. Its 9:30 PM and workers are already placing chairs on top of each other while customers are still in the store. This is also way before closing time. Customers feel like they were in the way and left before closing time. See picture attached.

Tried for the first time Matcha Green Tea Ice Oatmilk. Very delicious but too sweet. I asked if they can lessen the sweetness they said they cant. Awww 😟

Really rude guy through the drive thru right now around 9:50 pm. Horrible customer service. Had me waiting thru the drive thru for a long period of time. Drinks were not even made right or filled all the way. If these people do not like their jobs they should not be working there. They were throwing things around as they made the drinks and almost flew out the window and hit me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STARBUCKS.

Love the staff! Yes its mostly packed both inside and drive thru however the all try to work as fast as possible, and they succed at it! Drinks are always great, even for special orders. Cozy and great music always. Love myself some Jazz and Fusion! Definetively a must go!

I stopped here as its a familiar establishment. Never been here so thus is my first review for this location.Only 1 type drip coffee available after 11am, should if asked as I knew I could for a pour over. I was only customer inside and ordered drip coffee baresta didnt understand me so I lowered my mask to be heard clearly that a mistake was quickly reminded to cover. OK so got a Vente drip when I got outside realized it was luke warm. Never seen a place that other than their drive thru how busy more than 6 people could be. Thats it!, wish I could say I was super impressed.

Daniela is awesome remember me all the time. No matter if I’m in my uniform and regular clothes. I’m a store manager myself I would love for my associates to be just like her. Multitask happy outgoing and welcoming customers. I hope somebody from corporate reads this.

Worst service ever! Waited there 20 min for vanilla bean frappé with banana and didnt had the banana at the end. Arrogant staff

The staff is always friendly and courteous and especially fast they will have lines but it will be quick.

Great evening manager helped me identify the tea I had previously enjoyed! This location is across street from high school so has definite morning and afternoon rushes, but great service and good amount of seating.

She was kind. She was fair. The sun before the dawn. The light in the dark. During my darkest hour I forgot my wallet. And in this hour her bright loving heart found peace. She found the mercy to spare me of this unforgiving moment. She gave me free starbucks :)

The atmosphere is like most Starbucks. Clean well stocked and depending on the time of day, busy and friendly. The drinks are well made as well as, the food. The price point is as expected for most Starbucks.

A nice big Starbucks with plenty of parking and plenty of seating. A little run down (material on the seats is worn down in spots) but OK overall. The staff was nice and very fast.

Worst Customer service by Dess at the Drive Thru Cashier. She was rude making reach out for my drink, gave a bad attitude and arguing with Customer. They always state to be low on supplies, not sure what is going on lately. This is not the first time I have an inconvenience with this lady. I hope that a manager brings it up to their attention. Customer service it’s one of the most important role to a business. They need to start applying it.

This location needs to do better with inventory. Every time I come to this location they never have Spinach feta wraps. It was a busy week is only going to work the first time. Once you notice that particular item is ordered frequently in your area you order more.

Coffee was luke warm..it wasnt hot enough..i returned it for a fresh one but still wasnt hot enough..i dont know if the temperature quality has changed..

I am a regular customer here, but lately theyve been messing up my order, for example today she forgot to warm up my pumpkin loaf when I asked her to please warm it up, she made a face I dont know whats happening with the employees in these location lately!!!😏 time to change location

This is by far the nicest Starbucks Ive been to in this area. The baristas are freaking amazing. They hooked it up with a Keto friendly drink.... BOMB!!!! The manager is soooooo nice!!! And the crowd is chill. Very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. 10/10 will definitely be coming back.

The drinks are great but the service, unfortunately is declining since I began coming to this spot. Today I was so disappointed that my mobile order was not prepared promptly even after I asked them to check on its status. I asked a second time and then they found my cup tucked away in a corner and they made it in a jiffy.

The Barista was very friendly and courteous. She acknowledged my existence as soon as I walked up to counter area.The girl handing out the drinks was not as friendly though. When I asked about status of my drink, she said: I dont know...its probably back there and she walked away...🤷‍♂️🤦‍♂️I asked someone else, she was a bit more helpful...Mind you, I was in the store about 12 minutes by now...Btw...when I saw the blueberry muffins(from a distance of about 8 or 9 feet away)...the blueberries seemed to be moving???...they were actually a few flies that were landing on the muffins...and NOT BLUEBERRIES!!I received my drink...finally!I left in not so much of a happy mood or encouragement to return!Good luck everyone!!!

Got here at 9:40pm to study for finals just to be told theyd be closing at 10pm when google and the starbucks website clearly says it closes at 11:30pm. Apparently to one of the employees, sometimes the website lies.

Its a nice and cozy place to go to. The way this starbucks is decorated makes it great for studying and has a lot of sitting area compare to other starbucks.

A nice place to sit.

I believe this girl was the manager, she was chunky with kind blue hair. She had a really bad attitude and bad customer service. They messed up on one of my orders so I had thru drive all the way back to Starbucks, and I asked her if I can get a refill for my tall iced coffee because they wasted my time by coming back but she said no only bc I had ordered my drinks to drive thru.

Sometimes it’s watery sometimes it’s too strong.

This location is usually well-maintained. The bathroom is always clean whenever I have used it. The floors and counters are always being cleaned and the trash is always taken cared of before it overflows. It can get pretty crowded inside that being said. If you have never visited a Starbucks always ask a barista what they would reccommend. If you have an intolerance or preference always make sure it is noted. The original medicine ball was given to me by someone here. If you arent feeling well and come in for some hot tea consider what is bothering you. The newbies will recommend a mix of jade and peach tea. The peach to has chamomile so if your stomach is bothering you this will help soothe it, the jade is only a hint of spear mint so if you are congested always ask for mint majesty to help open those airways.

There was 2 people ahead of me in line when I walked in however I still end up waiting more than 15 minutes to order. The cashier could not ring a single thing up without assistance from another employee.

I think we all know that Starbuck is a great coffee shop and the people here are nice and kind.

I love how the drive thru is very fast and efficient. Customer service on point, there’s a big lot for parking as well.

Service was really fast and staff was nice. But the caramel macchiato really didnt taste great. I didnt end up drinking it cause it didnt taste at all like the other starbucks make it. Ill give it another chance soon though
