Excellent service from Chris! I had issues after setting up service initially over the telephone. I just found out that we have an AT&T store here in town. I called the store, and Chris provided excellent customer service. I did have to go into the store to obtain the equipment. While I was there Chris walked me through the entire set up process and was extremely thorough. Thank you!

Ricardo was amazing! I came into the Park Ridge store after learning from the Genius Bar at Old Orchard, that I needed to replace my touch screen and my face recognition would never work again. I ended up choosing to replace my 2 year old phone, much to my dismay. Ricardo walked me through all the promotions, he found me a discount on my wireless plan so the financial impact wasn’t nearly as bad! Ive had a few good experiences at this location. Customer service is excellent, store team is super friendly. Parking is easy. Appointments are easy to schedule. Recently, Lucy was especially helpful to me, taking the time to explain in detail my best phone upgrade option and going as far as installing my case and screen protector. I will definitely return!

My family and I came in to swap out our iPhones for upgrades and also to switch out our plans. Chris was super helpful, patient, and kind with us and even checked to see if we could get discounts because we have health care workers in our family.Upon arrival we were greeted by three separate employees, one including the manager Jake. All 3 were polite with smiles on their faces which made the experience even better! The transition to 2 new iPhones and 4 plan upgrades took only 30 mins. I was super impressed. I dont normally post reviews like this but I just have to express my gratitude for Carson at this store. Ive had a complex billing issue for over 3 months now that Ive spent countless numbers of hours on. Between customer service over the phone and the other AT&T locations Ive visited nobody has been able to resolve my issue and didnt seem very interested in doing so either. When I expressed my issue to Carson he assured me that he would work to find a resolution and genuinely cared. I was in contact with Carson for the next couple days and he kept me up to date on the status of my issue. I know he must have spent a great deal of time on this because it was not an easy fix. He finally was able to get my issue resolved and get my account credited for the extra money I had been paying for the past several months. I just cant thank him enough for his effort and dedication on this matter. He promised from the start he would get it resolved and he delivered. Carson is a shining example of what great customer service is all about!

Patryk was great to work with! We were in on a Sunday to upgrade my phone. He was helpful without being pushy and easily set up my new phone. The store is neat and clean, and easy to access in Uptown Park Ridge. I did feel badly for the other employee in the store being berated by a customer for no reason. Every time the employee would try to answer the customers question, the customer would interrupt her and rudely tell her to stop talking. So sad some people want to ruin a nice day for everyone else. Kudos to the ATT employee for keeping her cool and maintaining excellent customer service. Bravo.

Unique experience at this store. Employees were very friendly and engaging. They genuinely worked to find the best plan and deals for me. Made me feel like a valued customer. Most retail stores look to just sell sell sell without actually listening and finding the best solution. This was not the case here. I felt confident with what I signed up for!

I was an AT&T customer years ago but decided to go with other service providers for personal reasons. I recently stopped by the AT&T Park Ridge store and inquired about switching my services back to AT&T. The representatives I worked with were so friendly and informative. They even opened the door for me and put on cartoons to keep my daughter entertained. They explained in detail the services and pricing. Most of all they were respectful to give me time to think and not pushy to just get a sale which most retail companies in this business are. I genuinely believe they wanted what was best for me. I feel like the experience I had here was rare in this kind of business. If you want transparent information about AT&T services and billing expectations this is a great store for that!

I have visited this store three times in the past year. All three times they sent me to multiple places that could not help me and wasted hours of my time. They don’t care about the service and have multiple times given inaccurate information including how to resolve issues. They don’t even know the hours of their customer service department.

Patryk was very helpful and gave me some good suggestions. He was patient working with me and took time to explain the difference in how to use the new phone as compared to my old model phone.

I worked with Carson during my time at the store. I was a longtime Comcast and T-Mobile customer but was not happy with their customer service or pricing as of late. Carson recommended the Firstnet service for me since Im a first responder. Its a great price and service! I also switched to AT&T Internet which is a fiber speed. Carson did an excellent job explaining each service and its benefits. He was fully transparent with any questions I had about my bill expectations. Ive been using AT&T services for a month now and Im very satisfied. Glad I made the switch!
