They ordered me the wrong phone. Told me the price to upgrade to new phone, but left out the $96.00 set up charge. When I asked to get the correct phone wanted to charge another $50.00 re -stock fee. Then promised to call me back, and guess what, No Call. I would suggest going to a Verizon company store, and NOT this TCC 3rd party authorized agent. In fact, switching to AT and T would be even better.
We had a great experience upgrading our phones with Ryans help and guidance. Ryan listened and adapted to our needs, and did not push the latest/greatest/most expensive on us. He worked hard to find the right-fit plan, phones, and accessories. THANK YOU, RYAN!!!

Helpful employees. I went in for an upgrade and the process went relatively smoothly. I felt the employee I was working with didnt know the answer to all my questions, but I think he might have been a new employee.

Julian was awesome, continually providing me with help. While my phone was upgrading. Julian also assisted another customer. When I asked his other staff worker a question, he told me, as I became frustrated with the process, My shift starts in 7 minutes, and then walked away. Julian was extremely patient and helpful. Excellent customer service from Drew. My husband and I came into the store wanting to upgrade my iPhone 6, but ended up upgrading his iPhone 6S as well. We were able to upgrade both phones to XRs because Drew was able to get us on a more affordable plan (Start Unlimited) than we had before. Neither my husband nor I are tech savvy, but Drew was incredibly patient, explaining the basics in some cases. He kept the store open for 40 minutes past closing time to finish the transaction and get our phones set up.
I came here to replace a phone that kept freezing on me, no damage just software issue. Andrew has been helping us for 2.5 hours, very patiently tried to get a replacement phone and explan to insurance people I should not pay a deductible, went between 2 companies and was transferred 4 times. Finally he managed to reach the right person and got me the replacement phone. The store closes at 8 but he stayed with us for an extra 30 minutes. We always have a pleasant experience but Andrew went beyond the five stars I am able to give. Thank you so much!
During the pandemic they have been very helpful over the phone in person. Their location was open and able to do everything I needed done.

Terrible experience when I went in to transfer phones and add two new lines. I know there was a quite a bit I was looking to do and it was very obvious that the salesperson, Andrew, knew this wasnt going to bring him the commission as if I was purchasing a new phone. He was very condescending, unhelpful, and unfriendly. We had already had all permissions needed to transfer my old phone number to the new line. I ended up calling tech support and the guy I dealt with over the phone was amazing. I have bought many a phone and accessories through this authorized dealer but never again. I guess this goes to show you that the authorized dealers are not the same as the Verizon stores.

Drew you are the BEST!!!My experience was absolutely Superb!!!! A TCC employee by the name of Drew helped me out immensely! He went absolutely beyond the call of duty. I visited this branch approximately one month ago. My cell phone was malfunctioning. My cell phone was not recognizing my sim card and subsequently I was unable to access the internet or make calls. I was in a geographical area I was unfamiliar running out of time for an impending business meeting.Drew took the time assist me in investigating my phone and calling Verizon on my behalf. He made several calls and we were transferred to multiple Sprint representatives. Ultimately, Sprint agreed to send me a replacement phone. Also, Drew managed to workout a temporary solution which allowed me to have temporary service for a day. Yes!!!Drew was extremely personable and took the time to assist me with out any promise of a return!Drew, you are the Best!!!

This is the worst Verizon Store Ive ever been to. I was lied to in this store by the employee and it almost cost me, but I followed up after my visit with Verizon over the phone.I have a Share Everything plan and I brought my own equipment (an old iPhone 4) in to add it to my plan. I told the clerk (Jarod) that I wanted the service to be month-to-month for this phone. He told me that with Share Everything plans, even if you bring your own equipment, you have to commit to 2 years. I questioned him on this and he repeated that it was Verizon Policy.I need the phone activated, so I agreed and he activated the phone. I asked him about Android world phones, and he then told me that all the Android phones that Verizon carries are world phones. I knew this was a lie, so I then questioned in my mind his statement on the policy about 2 year commitments on your own equipment.I called Verizon from the parking lot outside the store, and they told me that it is not true that all their Android phones are world phones, and more importantly that if you bring your own equipment, you can be month-to-month. No two-year commitment.So do not trust the salespeople at this store. Visit another nearby Verizon store. Dont get ripped off at this location.

Attentive and thorough customer service provided when I needed to upgrade my phone. It took longer than expected, but they backed up everything first. The one complaint is they charged a $20 setup fee, which could only be waved by calling the 800#, not at the store directly.

Incompetent as always. Brought my phone to check if it will work on Verizon and the guy said it wont without moving a fingernand that I need to buy another one. He didnt know anything about my phone. Guy said they dont have a test SIM card and that he cant know if it will work without taking all my info and running a credit. After me asking for a manager, he said he is the manager. After asking for a name, he asked why I want to know his name. After telling him I will file a complaint, he told me to leave his store. He said his name was Kyle Callari. Different store has a SIM card.

Each time I have visited this store with a phone problem, the staff has helped me and resolved my problems. They have been friendly and professional while explaining their solutions. Also, they have instructed me about how to solve some of these problems on my own. I appreciate their assistance.

Beware that this is not a real Verizon store. They do not honor the deals that the real Verizon store does. At the same night, I left this store and went to Verizon in Niles and purchased the phone I was looking for $200.00 less and with a 20% discount in my monthly bill. This fake Verizon in Park Ridge did not want to honor any of these deals that Verizon is offering for trading in your old phone and migrating your number from another provider..

She reviewed plans, answered questions and provided explanations for certain issues. If her type of customer service is the new norm for this location, we will be back!

It was bad almost 4 hours at the store and 2 hours on phone with verizon and 1 hour with outlookphone worked fine when i walked in and new phone and now computer dont work at all for emails...really sucks! cost me 1 entire day of work
