Great location. everythingwas clean and mydrink was madeproperly, what more can you expect? Everyone was masked up and people there seemed to generally respect the social distancing boundaries of others. Everyone has their favorites, but try and iced Americano with cream, sugar, and mocha 💯

I made a mobile order and on application it said it will be ready in 11-14 minutes, so I waited that time and as it showed ready now, I walked in to pick it up. I saw my order in front of me on the table and the cashier saw me standing there for 5 minutes keeping eye contact with me, helping 2 other people behind me ( it wasnt even busy there) and she kept doing her stuff not bothering to ask me what my order is. Her name was Kate.Please pay more attention to your clients that you SEE standing there for over 5 minutes.

Friendly staff and fast service, my drink was made well. The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars and not more is because none of the at least three people working there said anything to this woman who was not wearing a mask (7/15/20). She did not stand on a designated X and kept crowding me in line, then when she went to order her food the barista served her, even with a large sign right in front of them saying masks were mandatory. It was not a comfortable experience and I wish a staff member would have enforced their rules to make it a safer environment.

We are paying money for our coffee. This Starbucks employee I think her name is Naomi. She has some attitude issues. She cant give one straight answer. As a customer you can feel how she hates working. This cafe was one of the best ones in the area. Past few months the quality of service has gone down⬇️. First time visit to this Starbucks. I found it clean and a pleasant atmosphere. The employees were smiling and made me comfortable - no rush to get rid of me.

Nice place, I like to write assessments here after work, but only thing that I don’t like is that loud music all the time.

From start to finish, it just took me 15 minutes to get ONE drink. Their computer system was backing up, not their fault. However, there was only one person ahead of me. It took the cashier a full two minutes to acknowledge me when it was my turn because he was talking to everyone else. There was ONE PERSON making drinks on a Sunday. They screwed up the drinks of the person in front of me. They made all the mobile order drinks ahead of mine. I gave 2 stars because in the past my experience has been pleasant, but none of the glitches or mistakes or long wait times were even acknowledged by any of the staff. I can deal if someone at least recognizes that 15 minutes for a drink is completely absurd. Get rid of mobile ordering, or make the drinks of the people who are actually in the establishment first.

Rob is one of the WORST employees here! I had to wait because he was the only person ringing people out and he was talking to the guy in front of me. Not only that, he CONTINUES to talk to him after that guy decides to move. I felt like I wasnt even there. There has been one time where rob was the guy who was making drinks, I ordered a cinnamon dolce latte and it just tasted like milk! I wish people can request who makes their drink.I come in hoping I can give him another chance, but it cease to fail me every single time I go. Its waking distance to my house so I dont really prefer to go anywhere else.The morning crew is pretty good but I sometimes see them just standing around. Wish I could apply here and do that all day.

This starbucks is great but its too small and it gets crowded quite often. I went there one day this week and I could not even find a table to sit which makes me hesitate to go there not knowing if I will find somewhere to sit.

This Starbucks is horrible!!!!! Staff is really lazy, rude. This one girl Jessica has some real attitude issues. Ask for a simple thing and she gives rudest answers. And coffee here is super bad too. I was there once in evening time,and this girl was giving me me and my kid a crazy attitude like we asking for a free coffee. She was even cursing in a conversation with her colleagues. I dont appreciate that kinda language in front of my 8 yr old kid.This store used to be best. I remember this jolly cheerful girl who used to work there her name was Susan i think. She was always very nice and never gave attitude and plaid attention to customers. If it wasnt for US customers there would not be a Starbucks. These girls need to learn how to respect their customers. Even the morning staff esp the older staff members are very nice. This Jessica girl thinks she owns Starbucks. Next time I get attitude from her I am calling the district manager right on spot!!!!! Enough is enough. COFFEE IS NEVER GOOD ANYMORE.

Nice franchise coffee store; I gave them a higher review, because my in-laws live in Park Ridge... :-) and they speak very highly of this town...It has an outdoor space but has a little draw back: you have to duck every few minutes or so for the airplanes coming or going out of the near by OHare Airport :-(Other than that, its all good and typical Starbucks shop as we all know it. Shall I mention that now, anyone can use their restrooms whether buying or not buying anything? That nice, I mean offer paying the penalty of... $2 to those two man... you have to do something, dont you think?

They have great beverages and desserts too.

Great staff, and they always get the order right. But Today waited 25 mins to get a pike place coffee. Understaffed maybe? Sad cuz its one of my favorite coffee place. 15 later than the estimated time since it was an mobile order.

Avoid this place in the morning during the week. It gets taken over by a bunch of white right-wing men. It was impossible for my friend & I to have a quiet chat over their noise. Worse, they were making racist, sexist & political statements that made us very uncomfortable.

This is by far one of the best Starbucks around. All the kids working here are great kids. I dont understand some of the recent negative reviews, but nothing is perfect in the world. First off, if there is a problem with the temperature of the coffee you receive, its an equipment issue, not a barista issue to pass the blame on them. They cant control the temperature of the coffee brewer. And in Jesss defense, I find Jessica to be a happy and funny person at this store. Im not sure what happened, but sometimes its easier to pass the blame off on a bad day on other people. I believe that you treat people the way you want to be treated. In customer service related jobs, they say the customer is always right, but as a customer myself, I have to sometimes disagree. Ive seen more customers, frustrate, lie and try to scam baristas at this location on a daily basis. These kids are people too. And although I dont think any barista should go out of their way to be disrespectful to any customer, that works both ways. Customers do a pretty good job of beating up these kids when they (the customers) are sometimes in the wrong. Just saying. All in all, this is a great location with great people. Im not judging other customers, but I have not experienced such negative behavior from any of them, especially anything deliberate. Lets be honest! The average Starbucks customer is whiny and feeling entitled, incl. myself at times. ***Long time customer***Why is it a problem that Rob talks to the customers? Thats what Starbucks was supposed to be about. Obviously some people either forgot what Starbucks stood for, or they werent a customer in its heyday before drive thrus and mobile ordering ruined it. Id rather see Rob yap with customers, then hear whining from the stereotypical whiny Starbucks customer who thinks they are above those who work at this store. I highly doubt Rob would ever deliberately ignore a customer. Rob is Rob. Once you look past that, hes really a nice kid.
