My headlight went out last night and I needed to get it fixed ASAP because of my crazy work schedule and I commute about an hour for work early in the AM and late PM (so it’s always dark!). I called Grease Monkey on Stroh Ranch in Parker. Darryl answered the phone and told me to come in as they had the replacement light for my type of car. First come first serve as they don’t make appointments. So I pull up to the parking lot and he comes to my car and asks me what I needed and remembered my phone call. He replaced my lights and also had his staff top off some of the fluids in my car and also window wash. It was all less than 10 min. To top it off he gives me a carnation with my invoice. I look down and he has a bucket of them for his clients. It’s so sweet. The service and the thank-you flower made my day.

Was a great experience. The gentleman checked the records to see what was due. And did not try to sell me on some nonsense. Fast and efficient service!

Upon my arrival, the crew greeted me and took my information. They pulled my truck right in and got started. They didnt offer Motorcraft, so they let me bring my own oil and filter. They checked all my fluids and set my tire pressures. The shop is clean and well-maintained. The crew were polite and professional. They got me in and out quickly. Excellent service!

Dan and Darryl are the best! I trust them and am so grateful for the way they have cared for our vehicles for many years!

I am so happy with my experience at my local Stroh Ranch Grease Monkey! They were so friendly and fast! I came in with my three year old and they got us in and out in less than 30 mins! Seriously these folks are friendly, they check the heck out of everything, and offer you suggestions based off the manufacturers guidelines, making sure you know and sign off prior to touching things. Theyve done great at keeping our vehicle on the road, with a smile and decent pricing.

I’m so glad i called without an appointment- and had my oil changed and tires rotated in 45 minutes. If this is important to you... call Dan.

These guys are so good at what they do, and good people too. Matt offered to help me with my car at no charge due to a maintenance flaw from my dealership. He prioritized my vehicle, I was impressed, and then turned around and got a full synthetic package. Good people. This is my new spot.

First want to say customer service is terrific. Very friendly and I am in and out in under 30 minutes for an oil change. I am taking off 2 stars because I specifically asked for a basic oil change for $59. When I go to check out they charged me for the highest price one which after taxes was around $90. To say the least I was upset. I am not sure at this point if I will be back.

I was in and out fairly quickly and there wasnt any upsell pressure.

I took my 2014 Toyota 4Runner in for an oil change yesterday. In the oil change process, the technician sheered a bolt off while removing a plate that protects my oil filter. Dan, the manager/owner?, brought me the head of the bolt and said it was rusty and it happens all the time -- we see this a lot (the bolt head is not rusty). No offer was made to reimburse me for my coming repairs. No offer was made such as no charge for today. To make this right, a real mechanic will have to extract the broken bolt or drill it out and re-tap the bolt hole. Both options will be expensive. I have lived in Parker for 40 years and have used this Grease Monkey on several occasions. I will never use them again. This was a costly mistake made by an amateur technician. Over-torquing a bolt is only common by those who are not true mechanics. I came in for a simple $81.88 oil change and left with a repair bill for my vehicle that I expect will exceed $200. Shame on you, Dan!

This place is the best! We drive a few extra miles, past several competitors, because of the great service. They also have great integrity. They wont preform services you dont need.

Always dread getting an oil change (especially as a woman) because every time I go I feel like I am pressured getting belts/filters that I dont know if I really need and walk out with a huge bill. This was a totally different experience. Such wonderful customer service. Recommend hands down.

These guys are wonderful! I couldnt get to Grease Monkey until after 5:30 (they close at 6). When I arrived, everyone was so kind and eager to help even though they were about to close. They got my car done quickly and didnt rush me out the door. Ill definitely take my car back!

This location is an over the top 5 star location. The guys here are truly passionate about what they do. I called the location down the street to see what it would cost to get my work trucks oil change and they could not give me a price over the phone. So I called these guys. What did they do? Gave me the 2 price breakdowns and even informed my of their hours for the weekend. It’s really great cause their open on Sundays. After the great service I got with the work truck, I have now brought all my personal vehicles here as well.

Felt very unsafe as the franchise owner ‘Dan Farmer’ screamed at me when I informed him his car wash was wasn’t functioning properly. No refund or help for the money his carwash took without washing my car, just pure anger. Steer clear of this facility to keep you and your family safe.Update: I also filed a complaint with Grease Monkey corporate as the encounter was with the franchise owner Dan Farmer. It’s been 2 weeks with no follow up as promised. Apparently Grease Monkey condones intimidating customers. Very upsetting to see corporate support that type of behavior.

I have been a customer since 1990. My family does not take their vehicles anywhere else. Dan and Darling are always a pleasure to deal with.

I had just recently had a new ProCharger installed, and when in to have the oil changed on it after the 500 mile break in period. I saw them carrying out a large box of standard oil, and went in to ask them about it. I told them I thought it had a self contained oil system, and they conferred and told me no it was plugged into the engine oil, and they could see the oil line. Then even added to that at the end telling me my car now takes 9 quarts of oil...my car has always taken that much.Well after leaving, I called the shop that installed the ProCharger, and they confirmed that it does have a self contained oil system and there is no oil line running to it.At the end of the day, they lied about what they saw to convince me I needed a $130 oil change that I didnt need, and still had to go have the service done that I came in for at a shop that knew what they were doing.I attempted to reach out to the shop to ask them how they were going to remedy this, but clearly they did not want to acknowledge they didnt know what they were doing so straight up ignored me.I will never take another car to this shop, and I suggest anyone reading this does not either.
