I asked them to troubleshoot an occasional issue I was having with my older Highlander. They called and told me they were unable to duplicate the problem as I described it. Other places would have given some bogus answer and tried to charge me for services not performed. I appreciate Extreme’s integrity and will continue going there as long as I can.

Mike, Dave, and Shawn were extremely professional throughout my entire experience. They diagnosed the situation right away and dealt with it. After a minor hiccup which could not be explained, they immediately brought the vehicle in a second time and assessed the problem. Extreme auto worked hard to troubleshoot an intermittent problem on an older 1990 truck that commonly wouldnt store codes in memory. Additionally, the truck being older, with many of the original parts actually had more than one issue that wasnt monitored by the older OBD system.Their level of professionalism is to be commended.Thanks to Mike for his help.

Blower motor stopped working and I had the suspect part. I called Mike who was able to get me the in the next day. Technician Nate verified the problem, replaced the part, and performed a couple of other things I had requested. Loaner car was supplied. Everything went smooth and cost was very reasonable. Very knowledgeable mechanics. The front office works with you prior to service so you know exactly what’s going to transpire! They do service w/o appointments...Emergencies! They supply water and a clean lobby for you to wait in.

Affordable and timely. Took less than and hour to perform a EPR oil change. Fords “ quick lane” usually takes 1.5-2 hours with less work. Did not have any greasy fingerprints either when they were done

I was referred by a friend after years of not being able to find a reputable auto repair that was capable of calibrating my air ride suspension on my Hummer H2, After having the bags replaced by another shop Years ago that did not have the knowledge or skill to rightfully complete the task my Hummer H2 never has had that right ride without the air ride height continuously adjusting. Thanks to the guys at Extreme the ride height now has a set ride height Without continuously trying to adjust and feels great too have it riding safely and comfortably now. I will definitely continue business with Extreme Auto.

I’d driven nearly 40k miles with only oil change and tires, and my check engine light had been on forever, so decided it was time... although I was without a car for a couple of days, Extreme took me home and brought me back when it was done. Everything fixed, and a couple of bulbs replaced - will be using them again.

I have been a customer of Extreme for 15 years now and love these folks. I trusted them enough to send my mother to as well. Mike the service advisor is very friendly and can explain things in easy to understand terms. They are attentive to my concerns, and if something is still not right they bend over backwards to make it right. They even dispatched a tow truck out at their own cost to pick up my car once when I noticed something not feeling right after I had a tune up done. Turns out that it ended up being a very simple quick fix at no charge to me, and they had the vehicle towed back to my house. I love these folks!

I really appreciate the fact that, because of COVID, they will pick up and return the car to me. Mike appeared wearing a mask, and even wiped down the steering wheel, door handles, etc after returning it. The whole process was totally non-contact.The only thing with the pick up/drop off is that it takes a lot longer than usual to get your car repaired. He asked if he could keep it overnight, which was fine with me because I had no other plans. So if you go this route, be prepared to wait.

These guys fit me in without an appointment. It was a fairly busy day for them. They were very accommodating and I appreciate that.

I have used Extreme since moving to Parker in 2015. They have always been up front with me and honest and have done excellent work on my cars. If there is something you can DIY, they won’t give you any guilt trips or judgment. I will continue to work with them on all my cars.

Needed spark plug replaced and they let me buy my own plugs. I dropped off the car and took my wife to work then went to Costco and before I was done there they called and said it was done. Could not believe how fast they were and it was a busy Monday for them. And they gladly gave me a first responders discount!! Couldn’t be happier!!

This guys made me feel that they were not going to bleed me for everything they could get. Truthful and down to earth. They will take care of you with honestly. Im going back to them next my vehicle needs some work or servicing.

Excellent work and very professional. Completed my oil and filterchange on time(I provided them my own 0w-20 Oil and Filter). Only overkill was they recommended me to get my battery changed (had not driven the car much) after they told me they had to jump my car. Car starts immediately after I drove it for more than 50 to 100 miles. Still great service and Ill be back to get my brake fluid flush soon. Some of their prices are unbeatable!

I have had ALL my auto repairs done by Extreme for over 20 years and have never had any problems. If something wasn’t quite perfect, it was resolved quickly and professionally. I have never had reason to distrust them and have always felt comfort knowing they would be there to take care of me and my vehicle and knowing that they would never do anything unethical. This last visit, because of coronavirus concerns, they even picked up my car and returned it to my driveway; all I had to do was make a phone call!

They have a great deal on oil changes. I bought their punch card and have been using it regularly. I dont live near Parker, but Ill gladly drive out to have them take great care of me. They change the oil relatively quickly and treat me well. I really appreciate the fact that they reset the oil change reminder in my car. Thats over and above what other places have done for me.

Spent $l,080.00 last week on two vehicle for maintenance and simply forgot to give them my Costco discount (l5%) coupon on checkout. Realized within the hour and phoned them. They refused then, and 8 days later after 4 phone calls and an in person visit to give me the l5% back. I have been a customer of theirs for the last few years and sent new neighbors looking for a reference to Extreme. I will no longer recommend them.They just bought themselves $l50 worth of bad press.

I’m happy with the air conditioning repair. EA did a good job and I’m confident it was done well.The price was fair. However, I would like to give 5 stars but a couple details were left undone. The 3rd seat cup holder is screwed up and won’t go back inside the trim and the seatbelt plastic trim was not reinstalled when I got my 2000 Ford Expedition back. I reinstalled the seatbelt trim. We will see about the cup holder later.Also the shop charged me for a flush and fill of the antifreeze heater and radiator. No idea why since it was the air conditioner that was not blowing cold. Never had a problem with the heater or over heating. I suppose if they diagnosed it, it was needed. I would have appreciated a call to approve that work. On the bright side, it saved me a trip back to have that done. Still that was $145 + tax. Be sure to mention your Costco membership for a 15% discount. It took 9 days from drop off to pick up due to parts delay, I’m told. I didn’t need the car sooner this time.

I was told up my caliper on my 2012 Audi A4 needed to be replaced for a pretty penny. Such an amazing experience!! I always take my Jeep to get the oil changed elsewhere and I decided to take it here for Hopesof better customer pricing and customer service. They were honest in price and even caught that my battery was low voltage and gave me a better deal than literally any other auto shop in town to put a new battery in! Not to mention, it only took 30 minutes to change my oil and 20 minutes for my battery replacement. The ordered the battery and fit me in same day! Please take all of your vehicles here!!
