When the time was drawing near for me to get into a new lease, I contacted Alex and he walked me through everything. When he found me a car with everything I was asking for, he had me come drive it and I was sold. The process was smooth and simple, I was in and out of his office in less than 1/2 hour. After my husband was killed in a hit and run boating accident, I was left with a 15 month daughter, an unborn son that was due in 5 months, tons of bills, and no income to pay them as I was a stay at home mom. One of those bills was an auto loan on my now deceased husband’s truck, of which the lender would not absolve the debt. For weeks I tried everything I could to get the truck sold but was constantly hit with people not showing up, low ballers that were unjustified, and even a dealership that went back on their offering price, even though I had it in writing. By word of mouth Alex, a complete stranger to me, stepped in and offered his services. He made an appointment with me that day and the following day already had offers. We discussed different options to which Alex gave me his opinion but then gave me some time to come up with a decision so that I wouldn’t feel pressured into doing anything I didn’t want to do. A few days later I let him know what I wanted to do and he again made an appointment for me that same day to get in and get the paperwork signed. Alex knew the importance of selling the truck as well as the time crunch I was in, but made sure it was still a fair deal. I am beyond thankful for everything Alex did during that time. If it weren’t for him I would probably still be trying to get an incredibly huge financial weight off my shoulders. We will definitely be using Alex if we require a broker for anything in the future!
