Just bought a Toyota Highlander for my in-laws. The car was SUPER clean inside-out! It had an issue with the window and oil leak but they fixed it right away and we have had the car for almost 2 weeks and no oil issues. The staff was so polite and on top of it with everything from getting back to us with the car ready to pick up to the paperwork. Highly recommend!

Seemed to be Nice people but dishonest! Bought a car and one day later the ABS light came on and when I called them they wouldn’t help. When I took it to Toyota dealer they showed it had beef rest 18 times so they new there was a problem with the car! The ABS was a safety issue and should have been taken care of before it was sold!!! It will cost us $2000 to $4000 to fix it!! On a $10000 car that’s a pretty bad deal! My advice is shop some where else!!!!

My daughter needed a new car to replace her Ford Focus. I came accross Arrowhead Autosport which had a Focus on the lot with really low mileage. I generally dont buy from used car lots but the first thing they told me was the car needed the AC fixed and they were going to fix it which they did. We also needed a small cover on the stairing column and they said they would order it for us. A couple days later they called me and said they have the part and they would install it.They were honest, extremely friendly and helped a my daughter with financing her car. I will be definently using them for my next car work truck.VERY PLEASED.

Saw a Subaru Outback on their website and talked with Tim about coming by to take a look. When I arrived, he was just pulling in, coming back from the car wash. A little chit-chat then I looked over the vehicle. Just washed. The interior must have just been detailed - spotless. Engine bay recently steam cleaned. Price was in my range and in the very good buy category according to several websites that rate vehicles according to year, mileage, condition, etc. It was late in the day and with a handshake I told Tim, consider it sold and I would be back in the morning to seal the deal. The next day, less than an hour later (including financing), the deal was done and my daughter had a safe, reliable car. A month or so later, the temp tags had expired (thanks for all the delays COVID) and I called about getting a renewal. When my daughter pulled in the next day, Tim was there with the renewal tags, mounted it on the back and she was on her way in minutes. VERY friendly people - service oriented who WORK to get your business and trust. They earned mine. Ill be back.

I came across this place after seeing an ad online for a car that looked simply too good to be true (excellent price, low miles, clean Carfax). Then I spoke to Luay who was so friendly and easy to deal with, my too good to be true misgivings deepened. I took the car for a test drive and had it checked out by my mechanic - they said everything was in great shape (he actually said I will buy this car if you dont). So, I went back to the dealership expecting a lot of pushy sales tactics and unexpected costs - but no! I was in and out of there in an hour paying exactly the price it said online. I had no idea it was possible for things to be this easy! And then, a day later, the other shoe dropped. The car failed right in the middle of a grocery store parking lot. I called Marwan at Arrowhead and he was absolutely horrified. Tow it directly to us, he said, and we will take care of it for you. So, I did. And they did. They fixed the problem immediately and stayed in touch with me throughout even though they were under no obligation to do so. After working with Arrowhead Autosport I learned that sometimes things that seem too good to be true can actually be even better than you expect. 10/10 would recommend, will absolutely buy from them again.

After the purchase it was found that the vehicle needed some suspension work and they worked with me to get the situation corrected at no cost to me. On October 3, 2020, I purchased a used vehicle from Arrowhead Autosport. In addition to the vehicle, I purchased a Warranty/Service plan, Veritas Global Protection, that was recommended to me and sold to me through Arrowhead Autosport.On October 6, 2020, I noticed a severe gasoline smell inside the vehicle and during idol. The condition continued so I made an appointment to take the vehicle to a mechanic and I also called Arrowhead Autosport to inform them of the situation since I had only had the vehicle for 3 days.On October 17, 2020, I dropped the vehicle off for its appointment with the mechanic.On October 21, 2020, I contacted Veritas Global Protection, the warranty sold to me by Arrowhead Autosport, to start the claim for the vehicle repairs.On December 8, 2020, after lots of back and forth communication and extensive wait times for the claim process and adjuster inspections, Veritas denied the claim stating that it was a pre-existing condition.On December 9, 2020, I requested a 100% refund from Arrowhead Autosport for the cost of the Veritas Global Protection plan they sold to me.As of January 25, 2020, I still have NOT received a refund.I have left messages with Arrowhead Autosport requesting a status update on the refund on Dec 21st, Jan 6th, and Jan 21st and have not received a single update or any type of response to date.I was without my newly purchased vehicle from October 17th until December 16th. I am a single mom with 2 children who require car seats. I had to borrow vehicles and rent vehicles, moving car seats from car to car on a daily basis for 2 months. I had to pay $3574.11 for the vehicle repairs which is an extreme amount of money for me come up with and it resulted in a severe impact on my children’s Christmas as well.Since the issue with the vehicle was detected 3 days after purchase and the warranty company Arrowhead Autosport recommended and sold to me didn’t cover a single cent of the repair because it was determined a pre-exiting condition, one would think Arrowhead Autosport would cover the repair costs but instead, they aren’t even responding to me about the status of the refund from the warranty plan.After reading the reviews on Yelp, it looks as though selling a vehicle with mechanical issues along with a warranty plan that doesnt cover repairs, seems to be common practice for Arrowhead Autosport.

Test drove a car 2 days ago, seemed helpful and friendly at first. We left 5pm with the understanding that they would have a mechanic look at the oil leak and squeaking door and would call us the next day by 11:30 to let us know if these were easily fixed or too much to keep at the current price point. Did not get a call at all that next day. I called back the day after that and heard oh that sold yesterday. I expect people to keep their word. They obviously had no intention of getting it checked out as they told me since it was obviously on the lot and sold the next day. Not even a phone call. I had to call them and ask what was happening. Buyer beware at this place. That was my sons first car buying experience. Shame on you for not at least calling me back like you said you would. Have some integrity.

I had a wonderful purchasing experience with Tim.We showed up on a snowy morning and asked to see some of his inventory that I had seen online. He immediately offered us coffee and pulled the vehicle around. After telling us about the car, he left us alone and told us that we were free to test drive the car for as long as we wanted (unaccompanied!). When we were done test driving the car he showed us the carfax, the third party inspection report, and the manufacturers vehicle history. Upon reviewing those documents I noted that there was some recommended repairs that the previous owner had not done, Tim agreed without any hesitation to have those items addressed before we purchased the vehicle at no additional cost to us. Tim immediately got our paperwork started for financing and got us out the door inside of an hour once we had made our decision to purchase the car.Overall, I found the experience to be truly no-pressure. Tim was just interested in showing us the cars that we were interested in and letting us make up our mind as to what is the best one for us. Tim treated us respectfully and was more than accommodating to our requests to have repairs done to the vehicle. The financing process was also no-pressure, no additional services were pushed on us, but some were offered and their values and costs were explained frankly. Very Bad. Not a quality car. Peel back the onion and it smells pretty bad.This guy orofesses to run a quality family business and has a mechanic go through the car. Well...thats a lie. I bought an Acura with 55K miles on it for a premium. Well, i bought it on faith and drove it home and took it to the dealer to replace a wiper blade. Well the mechanic came back with a dirty laundry list exceeding $6000 dollars!!! $4000 were absolutely necessary.I feel lied to and cheated....Now Im stuck.Bottom line.....I would not buy a whip and buggy from this guy.

I had a great experience buying a 2012 Honda Pilot from this dealership and highly recommend them. I have purchased cars through big dealerships before and this experience was by far more pleasant and straightforward. I didnt feel like anything was pushed on me and they do not take a high pressure approach. Terrible experience. Looked at a highlander, he claimed that he fixed the timing belt but it still had a clicking noise from the engine. They also did a engine wash which is a big no for my standards on used cars. Id stay clear, seems like a very dishonest dealer. If you mention anything youve noticed about the vehicle, the response i got was how would you know. Getting the vehicle for a test drive was fairly quick, that was the only positive thing i experienced.

Wonderful experience. We drove out of our way to see a car that fit all of our needs at this dealership. They went above and beyond for us making sure the Buick Enclave left their lot in great shape. The price was right as well. We worked with Tim and the process was simple and fast. He said they stand by their cars and if we needed anything to call. We did find something that needed attention on our drive home and Tim took care of it promptly. I will be watching their inventory when we shop for our next car. The drive we made was well worth it.

My wife and I drove down last Labor Day to look at a Nissan Armada they had on line. I walked in and met Tim. We asked to see the car that brought us down there. It was being used as a demo but he immediately had some one go clean it out and bring it around. It was very apparent that it was not an ordinary car. It had a lift kit, a full exhaust, and a bunch of other mods that hadn’t shown up in the pictures. Tim was really nice and completely up front about where the car came from. There was no pressure at all. My wife (who is a haggler) decided we had found our new car! It only took 8 other dealerships and looking at 40+cars! Tim made it super easy to get our financing in line. Great first experience with them. But our story doesn’t end here.Due to the car having been bought from Texas the original owner had cut off both of the factory rear catalytic converters. In addition to this the battery started dying on the car during the first week we owned it. I called Tim and talked to him about it. At this point I discovered he was the manager of the dealership and he took it upon himself to get these issues handled at his own cost! He bought me a brand new battery and helped me change it and provided the tools. His mechanic was out that day. He then had my wife bring the car down and had the new catalytic converters put on. I know it cost him more in repairs than he made on the car but he did it all with a smile.This was a difficult case of new car blues but I really felt like Tim was in our corner and that he really cared about us and our happiness. We will most likely buy from them again after the amazing service we received.THANKS TIM AND TEAM

So we bought a Chevy Traverse from these guys. After purchasing the car for a great cash price. We noticed that the vehicle was having issues. Now I know we purchased the car as is, but these issues were bad and I live 2 hours away. To say the least, I was not happy. I purchased some parts and installed them. For the other repairs I called and talked to Marwan. I explained everything to him and told him that we were very unhappy and that instead of us fixing it, we just wanted to return it and they could buy it back from us. Marwan asked if I could drive the car up there and he could have a mechanic look at it and he could get parts cheaper. Let me tell you that after speaking with Marwan I could tell he truly cared about what his customers and their satisfaction was important to him. So we made the 2 hour trip back up there and Marwan took our car to a mechanic. Not only did he get the parts cheaper,but he payed for all the parts and repairs and our vehicle now runs better than a brand new one. Marwan thank you so much for all your honesty and your prompt attention to this matter. Your integrity and commitment to your customers is the best I’ve ever seen at any dealership. We were impressed with the initial visit because there was no pressure. No one rode with us on the test drive and the whole process with Tim was quick and painless. When we realized the brakes were squeaking, I called back and spoke with Steve. He had me bring it to his partner mechanic and took care of it, no questions asked. And the we owe work they had to finish was done quickly and they loaned me a car while the work was being done. Everyone I dealt with there was friendly and professional, and they actually did what they said they were going to do, which is far more than most dealers. We had the most pleasant car buying experience in a long time from Tim at Arrowhead Autosport! We had been searching for a safe, reliable and affordable used car for our new teen driver and we found just what we needed here. We had been out looking at other places when we called here to check on the availability of a car they had listed on their website. We showed up about 20 minutes later, test drove the car and completed the purchase within an hour. Tim was very helpful, answered all our questions and we never felt pressured like we have at other places. The car we purchased was very clean and in great condition for an older model with a lot of miles. Instead of customers, they made us feel like part of their family and we will definitely start with them the next time we are in the market for a vehicle.

Great place to buy. We drove 5 hours from Kansas to purchase a Durango from here. They were all very kind. Was asked First thing when my family and I got out if we needed water and a snack. They then let us go for test drive by ourselves and said take all the time u need. Seems like other dealers they wanna ride with u. Which can be uncomfortable. Well we decided to trade our vehicle and purchase the Durango. They offered us a very respectable offer for our trade. All this time I was worried bout all the stupid dealer fees that always seem to add up at the end. But not here. The price u see is what u pay. Their dealer fee is already included in the price. Would highly recommend this dealership. They will treat u right.

Ive experience with many independent auto dealers in my life. But - I had never seen one that shines as much in customer care until I came across Arrowhead Autosport. These people run a business like every business should be run. They have my loyalty.

Tim helped our daughter purchase a 2010 4 Runner which looked great! My wife, daughter and I talked to Tim if there were any issues in the next few weeks with the vehicle how would he handle? He said he would take care of these in a fair manner since the car had 128,000 miles on it we were a little concerned. It was our daughters first vehicle purchase and in one week and one day the alternator and battery gave out which ended up costing her over $900, an unexpected bill she cannot afford. I have left two messages with Tim and am still waiting on a call back to resolve but no returned call yet, so ~ the jury is still out on their abilities and service. More to follow.

I came to Arrowhead Autosport after finding an ad on Craigslist. They had a 2007 Jeep Grand Cherokee for sale, and it was the color I wanted, with low miles. I went in and they had a really nice showroom, which was even better because it was snowing outside at the time! It was very different from the other dealership I had went to that day, in that there were only a few people working there. I was approached by a salesman named Steve as I walked in, and after browsing the showroom, I told them I wanted to see the Jeep. They copied my license and let me go out on a test drive alone, which was nice. I hate it when the salesmen want to go with you. Anyway, I test drove the car, and fell in love. Ive always wanted a Jeep. I wanted to get a better price, and so I threw out an offer, and they refused it. I may have aimed a little low, but I told them I would think about it and come back, and they seemed fine with that. I expected to get the used car salesman pitch of trying to keep me there to buy it. I left, and the next day stopped back in. I asked for the best price they could do, they gave me a small discount, but I thought it was fair, and so I bought the car. I didnt need financing, so Im not sure how that would have went, but they filled out the paperwork and the entire process took about 20 minutes. Everyone treated me nice, and I love my car. I recently bought a car from Arrowhead and do not have enough positive things to say. Tim was great! I never once felt any pressure to purchase anything. Tim and Steve were incredibly patient, and answered every single one of my questions. I completely dread the car buying process, but Tim made it painless. Found this dealership from a car posting on Craigslist, and called to set up appointment to see the car. They had the car washed and waiting for me right when I showed up. The car was really nice, and the salespeople were very low pressure. I wound up buying the car and have been happy with the purchase so far. The dealership was clean, but not traditional. It is in a strip shopping center, so you have to look carefully for it. But its right off Parker Road, so pretty easy as long as you know its in a shopping center. Thanks Arrowhead. I will be sending friends there!

It was a busy morning and I felt ignored for a bit. Once things got going it was an average outing.

Was lost looking for TSG auto and stumbled upon this place. Was helped by Jeremy right away and was able to test drive a couple cars they had. Was able to test drive them all to my self and no pressure at all. The cars were not what I was looking for but thank you Jeremy for the quick and courteous help. 5 stars for great positive customer service. The cars on the other hand I can not rate but like all used cars are sold as is so people please do yourself a favor and have a mechanic unrelated to the seller look at the car you are buying before making an offer.

The reason I’m give is 3 is because the staff is nice but the cars aren’t fully serviced they expect for you to find something wrong with the cars then tell you they will fix nope everything should be fixed when you take a look at the car seems like they spray paint some of the cars so beware take a look before you purchase

I had a very disappointing experience with Arrowhead Autosport – from the manner in which the car was represented, to the customer service. I was told that the car had been “inspected;” however, the dealership apparently “missed” things like a hood for a different model having been put on the car, damage to the radiator, and the absence of a spare tire. And they never mentioned – and left out of the photos – a large dark pink stain in the carpet. As for customer service, despite being told that the salesman that we had been dealing with would be there, he was not, and we sat at the dealership for over 4 hours as they worked through various issues. Perhaps most frustrating though, is how long it took for Arrowhead Autosport to give me the title to the car. In fact, nearly one month after I purchased the car, I received an e-mail from Arrowhead Autosport asking me for another copy of my paperwork because they apparently lost the initial paperwork. Needless to say, this delayed me getting the title even longer. Instead of having a fun experience getting a newer vehicle, the process left me frustrated and disappointed.Response to Owner’s Response:Given your response and some of your accusations, I have no choice but to provide further detail. First, when I saw the vehicle on your website, I called and inquired as to the condition of the vehicle since I would have to travel over 14 hours to view it. As you can imagine, I did not want to drive over 14 hours for an “okay” vehicle. I was informed that the vehicle was in good condition and that it had been inspected by an independent mechanic. Again, I question the thoroughness of the inspection because, as I stated, the hood was taken from a different model, there was damage to the radiator, and there was a large stain in the carpet. Other issues that I noticed but didn’t put in my initial review were the fact that there was no hood prop, and there was hardly any antifreeze in the radiator - it was mostly water. Thank goodness I had the vehicle looked at following your independent mechanic’s inspection.As to your statement that “so coming after the fact and saying it had a stain means you didn’t look at the car upfront? How could you, the buyer, have not seen this if it existed and if it bothered you, why would you purchase the car?” I will respond by saying that I did see some of the issues and ultimately made the decision to purchase the vehicle, even though it was misrepresented. Unfortunately, I trusted your representation/independent mechanic’s inspection and drove over 14 hours that day based upon them.Regarding the hood – the sticker on the driver’s side door post indicates that the Ford Fusion was manufactured in August of 2010. The emissions decal sticker located under the hood indicates that it “conforms to regulations: 2012 MY”. I doubt that the Ford Fusion that was manufactured in 2010 complied with a regulation that was issued two years later, in 2012. In addition, and perhaps even more compelling is the fact that my Ford Fusion has a 6 Cylinder 3 Liter engine; however, the emissions decal sticker suggests that it has a 2.5 Liter engine. So, “it just makes sense” that the hood was taken from a Ford Fusion manufactured in a different year with a different engine size.Regarding your accusation that I am “not telling the truth,” which is a serious allegation, I find that statement disappointing. I reviewed Colorado Revised Statute 42-6-112, which is titled “Initial registration of a vehicle – dealer responsibility to timely forward certificate of title to purchaser or holder of a chattel mortgage.” It indicates “A dealer of motor or off-highway vehicles shall, within thirty days after the sale, deliver or facilitate the delivery of a chattel mortgage on the motor or off-highway vehicle . . .” Your response makes clear that Arrowhead Autosport did not meet this deadline.I do appreciate your statement that you are “happy to help you if you want to come in and see us.”

I had a great experience at Arrowhead Autosport. I bought a 2010 Honda CR-V last week, and was highly impressed. Erika and Tim were knowledgable, personable, and kind and I would definitely recommend them to a friend. Huge plus for me was getting to test drive the vehicle alone, so I could really take the time to focus on the car and process! They were upfront about any additional fees, and really took the time to go over everything with me and answer my questions. Tim and Steve did a really good job with us when trading in one vehicle for another. They gave us the best price for our trade, and really worked with us to get the best possible financing. When we had a minor hiccup with a tire sensor, and door handle, they stood behind the vehicle and made the repairs in a very timely fashion. I will be glad to do business with them again.

Overpriced no haggle dealership. The quality of their cars are fair, but are overpriced. The car I looked at was in good, not excellent condition and was priced $700 over KBB recommended high end price. Not saying dont go there but do your research before you go. They dont budge at all whether the car is over book or not.

Rick and I enjoyed our car buying day at Arrowhead. We went in with a budget and a hope for a reliable car for our daughter. Tim showed us a car far below our budget! And it was perfect! We had to take the car back to have the spare tire arm fixed and a seat belt added, but even that experience went well. They even gave us a loaner car while ours was being worked on (not the Jeep, but oh well). Great people to work with. When our next 2 kids get their licenses, we will make our first stop at Arrowhead Autosport.

Typical used car sales staff who know absolutely NOTHING about their product, but act like they do! Dirty, and hidden damage on vehicles. Will NOT return any phone calls post-sale, after promising to take care of you. SHADY!!!

Arrowhead Autosport was great to work with! Tim was professional, didnt play the haggle game, and provided a great price for a quality used car. He took care of getting a roof rack added to the vehicle for us, charging his direct cost only. Saved me the time and extra expense of doing this on my own at a later date. He even provided us a rental for a couple days while the roof rack was being installed. The experience was low pressure, friendly, and one Id do again. Check them out for a good vehicle purchasing experience.

We went to this dealership nervous because me and my husband hate dealing with car dealerships. Our first buying experience was not good - a lot of pressure and rude salesmen/managers. But this was entirely different. There were no rude employees at all, everyone was extremely pleasant and there was no pressure. While we didnt get the car, which was no fault on their end nor the car, we really appreciated the amount of great customer service they had. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I purchased a 2007 Lexus that was in near-new condition, with the exception of a couple small issues. Arrowhead fixed everything on the spot, no questions asked. They were asking a fair price for the car and there was no haggling involved. It took less than an hour from test-drive to purchase. Tim was a great salesman and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I usually despise used-car lots but these guys are the best around. Very highly recommended.
