After having unresolved issues with a Boost Mobile online purchase, I contacted the Boost Mobile store located at 6436 Pearl Rd, Parma Heights, OH 44130, by phone to find out if the item I was attempting to order online was in stock at this location. The item was not in stock there but the sales representative contacted another location that had it in stock and had it brought to the Pearl Rd location. I purchased the item the next day hassle-free.I would rate my overall experience with this location five-stars. 2 stars for the sales rep being helpful by going above and beyond locating the item and having it sent to the Pearl Rd store for my convenience. 1 star for the sales rep being friendly and courteous. 1 star for the item being cheaper. 1 star for the store being clean and organized. Great job.

Same complaint as so many others. Got there an hour before posted closing time. Open sign was on, but door was locked, no one inside, no answer when I called. How is this a way to run a business? And I was going in to buy a new phone. Screw em. Going somewhere else from now on.

I have stopped here 3 times before close of business as posted on the door and the door is always locked. I called 5 times and no one answers the phone.

I Love Boost mobile service. The guy couldnt help me today, but he was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to tell me how to fix the phone, that he couldnt do in his end.

Awesome customer service. Same staff as the one on Ridge in Parma. Very helpful and they never rush or pushy to buy the newest most expensive phone. Very polite 10 stars. Always help me if I have any questions about my phone.

This store is never open at 10. Today there werent even lights on at 10:15. Saturday the guy was in the back with ear buds in and didnt come up front until 10:10.

Went into this store the other night with my dad and the door was locked. the guy was outside in his truck for about 10 to 15 minutes, than came in smelling like he had just smoked a huge bag and he was completely bothered, unfriendly and useless when we walked in with him. ugh, arent there any good boost stores around anymore. I went back to this store last night (sunday 02-02-2020 with my brother and mom this time and it was like 4:40 - 4:45 the open sign was on but the door was locked. waited outside a while. watched 3 people try to get in and same thing - door locked. one woman even had 2 little kids and carrying a baby seat waited at the door a minute. no answer. what is with these boost stores. i live 2 streets over from this store and just rude. i think if you are bosnian or whatever kind of europeans they are it might help.

My phone company, right price and phone works all over America with very few cell tower problems as I live in the desert with mountains on three directions. Tv free air, 2-3 stations, phone works fine along with my wifi.
