I would give 5 stars but my mobile hotspot be lagging alot sometimes it says i only used 1.6 gb out of 15 gb so there shouldnt be a lag when im playing my games. No one else is on my hotspot but me. So why is it lagging sometimes. I took yall down to 2 stars because your service is not letting me play the game without lagging.

Sign even says open but definitely not open. Just was there, change the times online and on your door so you dont waste peoples time

James sold me new phone Im 83. He took two hours with me great leader. And Tyler was great as well for taking time to Bluetooth to my car. I love my new service and James is funny guy.... Pearl road metro just came back store James help me outside in car with phone great man!!!

I ran up to the Metro PCS in Parma Heights to change over to a new phone. (Actually my daughters old phone, but new to me.) Tyler was such an amazing help! He answered all of my questions, and got us in and out of there so fast! He also mentioned recycling my old phone for a battered womans shelter. Should you decide to do the same, be sure to bring your charger with you :). Thank you Tyler and to Metro PCS for always being such a pleasure to deal with.

Nick was GREAT..I decided to change plans, after over a decade with sprint and their call restrictions. I showed up with the flip phone that I have been using and asked for a better price on my cell phone plan, Wow, I not only received a lower price on my plan, I also received unlimited anytime minutes,plus I now get texts, and data for free, I just wanted the call part to be unlimited (without waiting until after 7pm) however, I received everything else as part of the deal, and I received a new smart phone, free too. Nick also transferred all my contacts over to the new phone and gave me a tutorial. Parma Heights MetroPCS is Highly recommended.

I hate to be this guy I really do but in the past maybe 2 years Ive seen MetroPCS gradually go downhill. Yesterday I was overcharged for a phone that I could have got for half the amount and a couple other stores. I took a break from Metro and yesterday I was overcharged by at least $50 easy oh, and Ive included activation fee, insurance, the overpriced phone, and both the $40 and $50 plans are worthless which never used to be the case actually very recently. Tomorrow I will be returning everything. I dont mean to dissuade anyone from enjoying Metro I used to Im just merely expressing my opinion. Further there was no paperwork which is unprofessional got the best case and dishonest at the worst, Im sure when I call corporate very soon Ill get the whole matter sorted out, if it helps it was the only bad experience Ive had

The owner nick is a theft dont pay taxes and this is james the guy work for him that has all the 5 stars so he shut store down because i told corp about him charge 35 act when only 10$ plus he was charging custs full retail when they had up grade . plus when shut store down on 06/10/18 still close as 6/202018 he just doing this so he dont have to pay his workers do not go there .... Go to another store also metro great comp other then his childways not paying his childsupport and changeing owners to his mom susan or brother james ... Unprofessional. Does not care about making business. The guy offered a down graded version of my current phone in order to start New service. They did not pick up there phone when I call the store twice made a trip to this store for no reason . Ended up paying my Verizon bill and not getting a metro deal because of this.
