Raul is honest and straight-forward in what he can do (many things on modern cars have factory or dealer only fixes). Service is prompt, caring and very reasonable.

The only thing positive about my experience is that the service was completed as requested in a relatively quick time.However, my experience with Raul today left me unwilling to return to this location for business in the future. He was intentionally vague in his initial quote to make me believe one price, confirming it was for the whole thing. Once the job was completed, he charged double the rate saying that he was clear he was only talking about half of the job, despite not dispelling that confusion before we agreed to the service.The customer service end of Ally Auto-Works feels like a real scam, and only further strengthens the common misconception of never trust an auto mechanic. If you choose to spend your money with this business, get your quote in writing prior to service to avoid any of their nonsense.
