I found this place after googling for Range Rover repair and foreign car repair. We purchased a used 2006 Supercharged and needed to get a diagnostic check. They were extremely professional and welcoming. They clearly know a lot about the brand and made the visit not only comfortable, but educational. Suzi is super nice and made my short wait time enjoyable.

This is the best independent shop for late model Land Rovers and Jaguars in the Cleveland area. They have been servicing my Range Rover Sport and Jaguar XK for years now. I cant say enough good things about the service and work here.

The folks at WestEnd are awesome! So communicative and helpful when my Range Rover had an electrical issue. Leading up to my appointment, they text to finalize scheduling details. Then, after I brought my car in, they explained the problem throughly and even shared photos to help me understand. I can highly recommend this team for all of your Range Rover or Jaguar repair needs!

Just take your Rover here. Trust me. I have been taking trucks(LR3x2 & RR Sport) for 7 years and have never even had a semi-bad experience. The bill is always $200 less than I was expecting and the people are fun. What more do you really need? Do it.

This place does amazing work! DO NOT GO TO THE DEALERSHIP! If you have a Land Rover, Jaguar, or Volvo you need to bring it to these guys. They diagnosed my issues and did my maintenance for half if not less than what the dealer charges. Awesome staff, loaners cars available, quick turnaround, and they actually value your business. Have no idea why any one who needs Land rover, Range rover or Jaguar service would go to dealership after having all my LR4 services and jaguar services done here..they are so honest and fair, prices are great half the dealership costs for repairs, Sue and the guys are so accomadating and they really treat me great as a customer..very happy with all the work I have had done and will always recommend

If you own a Rover in Cleveland and havent walked out to the parking lot and found their business card neatly tucked into your window frame, I would love to know how you did it. After getting a few cards delivered by some kind of ninja, I started taking our LR3 to this place. Best f%$# people on the planet. Always a pleasant voice on the other end of the line, they bend over backwards to find what is wrong rather than throwing parts at the problem. 25% of the reason we keep buying Land Rovers is because Westend makes fixing them a breeze. Awesome shop! Seems like one of the few shops that still cares about customer service. I will be taking all my Ranger Rover work here from now on.

Dont use this guy he will charge less then dealer but use substandard parts to replace.. he will definitely will take advantage of you. Do not get service here.

I have an 04 RR that Isaias (owner) has taken wonderful care of for the past 2 years. After less than great experiences at 2 local dealers, I researched and found this highly recommended shop while online.Westend Rover and Jag went over every inch of my vehicle, even showing me their findings via FaceTime while the Rover was up on the lift.Their work has been excellent, and their great prices have enabled me to keep this beauty.I have had extensive work done here- including suspension (new front control arms/cv joints, new rear ball joints, air suspension) new transmission lines and brake lines, fuel filter, a complete engine reseal, along with brake replacement, headlight bulb replacement, new battery... Let me just note that my 12 year old RR runs and feels like new.Their prices are more than fair and I feel like I can totally trust their judgement. I drive 3 hours each way for their service. Due to their great service, Im actually looking for another used RR to go along with my 04.Matt LeeWV
