I’ve been coming to this particular location for years. I’ve had nothing but a phenomenal experience each time. The guys here are always courteous and respectful. I’ve been able to get same day appointments with no problem. Like any place you go to, if you decide to “wait” you’re going to wait as they are a rather busy, popular shop. I’d be more nervous going to a place that wasn’t busy. The guys truly do look out for your best interest and will not guide you wrong. I’ve read some negative comments about this place and it’s truly shocking because I’ve never had that type experience here. Maybe someone was just having a bad day and decided to take it out on a google review. So if you want great, courteous, knowledgeable technicians working on your car, this is the place to go. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I have been coming to the Parma Mr. Tire for 4 years. I love this shop and I recommend them to everyone! The service is exceptional. The staff is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. I never fear getting ripped off. I will be a customer for life! Thank you for unclogging my AC system drain!!

Very frustrated with my experience here. I spoke with someone on the phone the day before about a quote on the tires and got a reasonable price so I made an appointment to drop off my car. I arrived today and saying I was rushed through the door was an understatement. I arrived and met the assistant manager who ran my credit check through snap and asked for my keys to get started without giving me a total, just saying well take care of you. I then got eye rolls and huffs having to ask literally 4 times to get a cost breakdown. He kept telling me how much he was discounting and the grand total instead of the breakdown. Talking slower and slower as if I could not understand how money works. Being as the brakes/rotors cost more than doubled the price of the most expensive tires were WITH the premium installation, we were too far apart on pricing and I walked out. Now I have a hit on my credit score for two years that could have 100% been avoided by showing me a cost breakdown instead of rushing me through the process as quick as humanly possible. I cant believe people are spending their money here and your credit score will fall without getting any work done or borrowing a dollar. Embarrassing

I do not trust too many people in my life; that being said,I trust the men I have met at this location. They are hardworking, kindhearted, respectable family men with empathy and integrity. They have shown my daughter and I so much kindness on several occasions that it has made our days better whilst dealing with them. Fixing a vehicle can be taxing and costly... problematic and confusing; Cody, Christian, and Dustin are good men! I will not take my vehicle elsewhere as long as they continue to do work at this exact location. Thank you, gentlemen.

They did my oil change fairly quickly even though they were understaffed. However, the manager at the front desk ridiculed me to my face about my name and the fact I was a new driver. On top of that, when we were talking a customer had called and asked about the oil change prices. She claimed on the website their price was cheaper than what it actually was, and instead of trying to talk to her about it he hung up on her and laughed about it to me. I have never experienced anything like this and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here unless they want to experience the same things I did.

Customer is not always right here. Very immature and disrespectful staff. Wont ever go back. Did not have service done because we did not trust them to work on our car. They were too busy not taking care of the custo.er and b.s.ing with each other. JOKE

The tires were as promised but I was told 35 to 45 minute. Actual time was 3 hours and 20 minutes.

Horrible customer services if your not buying new tires dont bother, had tires to be put on rim and waiting all day they didnt call .End of day went in and the boy at the desk says sorry we were busy as he was on his cell phone and saw him vaping in the back....yeah too lazy more like it

My mechanic told me ‘You need tires’. Since I bought them from Mr Tire and had the warranty, took car in for evaluation. They agreed that the tires had prematurely wore out and replaced three of the four w/o giving me a hard time. The fourth tire was replaced last year also without any drama either. I know from past experiences at other stores that actually using the tire hazard / replacement programs is often difficult or next to impossible. Thank You Mr Tire Employees for being ‘stand up guys’ and honoring your warranties/ protection plans. I’ll continue going to Ridge / Parmatown for tires and maintenance and recommend to friends.

Beware of the upsell. Get a quote from your mechanic before paying for things you may not need. Saved myself a ton of money to fix the same problem by being patient and getting my car to my own mechanic.

Ran over some scrap metal on highway going to church. Ended up with a flat tire. Jim was not only friendly and kind, he had our exact tires in stock. Got our Jeep in on a moment’s notice on a Sunday. And we were in and out in about an hour. We highly recommended Mr Tire

Had a flat on a cold, snowy, winter day. Had to put my spare on out in the weather. Called Mr. Tire and they were very busy on a Saturday afternoon. They still got me in and out in about an hour! New tire, mount, balance, etc. Also put it back on my car for me since it was very cold out and put my spare tire and all accessories back in their spots. Thanks for the great service!

Very nice people working there. I would end because I couldnt get my old plate off the card I needed to put my new one on and the person there took me no problem whatsoever no appointment and fixed it and didnt even charge me. Very professional service

Great customer service we called pretty close to there closing time and he said come on in and took care of us with a tough job we had them to do. Didnt over charge us. All 4 rims scratched all around after a tire change. Their excuse: The machine broke down. Apparently its ok to use the same broken machine and scratch the other 3 rims after it damaged the first one.

Went here for an oil change after reading all the reviews. Noticed my oil started leaking shortly after. Turns out they put in a drain plug that was too short and when they tightened it, it pulled the threads out of my oil pan. An unnecessary expense that could have been avoided.

Had warranty work done on thermostat Tony got me set up and got the job done in one day! This is the place to go very good!

Dustin Saved the Day! I was driving from Alabama to Ohio and I hit a log and bent the rim to my tire. Dustin was able to fix my rim in time before I had to drive again, all in the same day!I was seriously happy. My brother lives close by, so Ive defiantly recommend this place to him.

Took my car in and was given an estimate of $1100 for 4 tires, power steering pump, and inner outer tire rod. The manager Tony referred me to Snap Finance I was approved for the $1100 in credit two days later Tony called me to make a payment with him in the amount of $496.96 which now he tells me the total price was $1600 and they never sent the payment I made to Snap finance.. and the repairs werent even completed correctly I had to take some where else. Be careful of fast talking managers that lead you to believe one thing and turns out to be another

Awesome guys. Very friendly and great service. We had a screw in our tire and went to 7 different places and none of them carried our tire size after calling and having them check and they all said to come in.... We came here and they were able to hook us up. Highly recommend this place!!!!

Hands down the worst service I have ever received at a shop. I had a vehicle dropped off for a standard brake and rotor check a week ago with this place on a Sunday morning (9am)The shop had it for the entire day and didn’t bother calling me by the end of the day. I called the shop as the vehicle was needed for work for the week at 430 pm and they said we looked at the vehicle but would like a second opinion. Great you had a vehicle for a full day and did absolutely nothing to it. Ok I understand if your busy. Now we made an appointment for the following Saturday. I drop the vehicle off today 1/4/20 after making a scheduled appointment that they called and reminded me about yesterday. I drop it off at 11 am and inform them it’s needed by end of day. It was 330 and I checked on the vehicle. No progress was made on it. Great then what’s the point of an appointment? Worst customer service with nothing but excuses, I have had over $1500 worth of work done at this place due to the convince of the location but honestly why does it take two days with a fully bodied shop like this to check and see if brakes and rotors need replacing ? Work on your customer service

This place is wonderful, went up there for a very specific part to be fixed. My egr valve. I brought in the part and they helped me out and let me know I had full liability if the problem wasnt fixed. They got it done in a day even though I added putting in new spark plugs, very suddenly and they still got everything done. Got my car back just in time for work and very friendly people. Rudy and the mechanic that worked on my car were great! From a person thats passionate about their car I will come back 100%

6 months ago i bought 4 tires and had a great experience. The staff is helpful and prices are fair. I am back today to get a new tire. They squeezed me in even though they were very busy. Make sure to ask about road hazard so you can pay for only labor if you need a new tire within 1 year.

Total thieves. RUN for the hills. They seem friendly and honest but DO NOT FALL FOR IT.We took our car in for an oil change and were given a list of about $2300 worth of repairs that we needed, or our car wasnt safe to drive. Including front struts which we had replaced within the last two years. That was enough to set off suspicion for me. Thank God I had the brains to go for a second opinion. Only about 1/4 of the things they said were actually true and none of them are a safety issue.We were even told by a former Mr Tire employee who happened to work at the second shop that they indeed are scam artists.Im disabled with no income except my husbands salary and theyd have been happy to completely scam me for more than our car is even worth.My elderly, disabled mother also went there before we discovered this, and she had about $600 worth of probably fake and unnecessary work done.I think I hear the Game of Thrones shame bells ringing in the distance.

I was on the road when my tire picked up a razor blade and went flat, thank goodness Mr. Tire was the closest repair shop. I was impressed with how quick the customer service rep was in getting my car in for my repair. The service technician, Brian R, was very efficient and quick with my repair and he had great customer service skills. The rest of the staff was great and the pricing was definitely fair. My family will definitely be going back when our vehicles need service again in the future.

Such an awesome mechanic place. Low on cash so they dropped the bill almost $200 so that I am able to take my car home today. This is the only mechanic I will go to anymore!! They work with you so that your pockets aren’t empty when you leave! Great people!! HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

If youre looking for an honest car mechanic(s) who will not take advantage of you, come to this mr tire!Dont let the name fool you, they are a FULL SERVICE auto shop!I had them recently install a set of four tires on our chevy spark.During the time of us waiting for our appointment the car was hit and run in a parking lot, and they cracked the passenger headlamp and washers fluid container under the hood.When I was getting my tires installed, I asked the manager Tony to give me an estimate on fixing the headlamp and container. I explained to him that it was a hit and run and we were paying out of pocket.Tony game me a really good estimate and I made another appointment to get the new parts installed. The turnaround was great, the money was right, and the service was even better! What a great experience at this location. Came in to price 4 new tires at 625pm. They closed at 7pm and made the effort to stay open late to accommodate me. Great service and great people. The technician Jim and the Assistant Manager Dustin McComas went above and beyond for me today. I will definitely go back for any future service work and the oil change prices you cannot beat.

Went for one of my cars with a screw in the tire. Pretty quick service, a job well done, and very decent prices. Went back a couple weeks later with my other car that had a leak in the tire. They didnt have a lug nut key that fit my car (I didnt realize my lug nuts were lockable), so I went home and brought one back, they fixed it in a few minutes and didnt charge me at all. Very very nice people, and great work. I will continue to come here with all of my tire needs!

The employees were very nice, greeted me promptly when I walked in the door. I had a few people ahead of me but they still got my car in, looked at, and diagnosed within an hour. They told me all the things I needed done and what was most important, helped me figure out financing, and worked with me the whole way through. I would definitely recommend the Mr. Tire in Parma to anyone.

First off. $125 to run a code scanner. I said, “no thanks.” AutoZone does it for free, as well as other shops, and people I know that own code scanners. He gives me an estimate of $2,000 and some change, and says included in all of those charges is new shocks for the back. I told him when I first came in that they’d replaced those for me two months ago, and he couldn’t find a record. After he does my inspection and tells me that I need shocks, I present the receipt showing that they’ve replaced them already, and he tells me, “oh, those are brand new.” They’re brand new, yet you thought to tell me I needed new ones? Didn’t trust this experience so I went to another shop. It was more thorough, the code scan was free, and now I’m having more work (more NECESSARY work), including the things both mechanics agreed on for half the price.

This is a long story, but bear with me. I blew a tire and this place just happened to be right down the road. Took my car in and had to leave it overnight while waiting for replacement tire. Fine, whatever, I appreciated them working with me. What I didnt appreciate was them taking the entire next day to put the tire on, but even that could have been overlooked. What earned them this review is the fact that they called me WHILE my car was being worked on (without me there) asking if I wanted them to change my brake pads while they had it lifted. I was mystified because I had just purchased the vehicle a few months prior, and literally two days before, had taken it in for an oil change and multi-point inspection which turned up no issues. “No no, Mr. Tire Guy said, your pads are due to be changed, and soon. Maybe not an emergency, but theyre getting there.” I asked for an estimate (a whopping $360 for the back pads) and said maybe later, knowing I was going to take the vehicle right back to the dealership and make them check again. Dealership brought me back in the next day, checked, and SHOWED me that my brake pads weren’t even 50% gone. So. Don’t let them do a THING to your vehicle that you don’t absolutely know you need, or get a second opinion on. And price check, because my dealership also quoted me a hundred less for the pads when they DO need changed, which probably won’t be for another 5000-10000 miles if not more. Thats a pretty big margin of error to be believed, Mr. Liar.

I downloaded the app and got a free oil change because of it. Brandon was fast and friendly. My car was ready faster than I expected. I was new to the app so Brandon helped walk me through it and did a great job of that as well. Had a much better experience here rather than the Conrads down the street on Day Dr that always tries to push other car parts on me that I dont think I need. Will definitely be coming back to Mr. Tire.

I have been going to this location for at least 10-12 years now. Every single experience has been fantastic! Mr Manager, Tony has always, always been so helpful to me!! I was just in there the other day for an oil change & because my check engine light came on and the car was shaking...needless to say, I came out of there driving smoother that day. :) Dustin also, is a very helpful person as well. Brought a tpms sensor and tire to be installed on my vehicle. They could not get the sensor to program before i left and said it should activate itself when i drive the car. Sensor did not activate and when i brought it back i was told the sensor is dead and they cant do anything for me. So they originally new the sensor was dead and sent me on my way regardless.

Always fair and honest. Great friendly people,, as if I was going to family. They are always up front with what is wrong with my vehicles, and tries to save me money where possible. I have never had a bad experience with these guys.. I will not take.my cars anywhere else.

Im a rideshare driver that needed to be back on the road quickly. I arrived first thing in the morning and these guys had me back out almost as fast as I came in. They were also incredibly friendly and personable. They even tipped me off to a coupon that they allowed me to use. I highly recommend this place. I know that Ill most definitely be back.

Thanks to this place now I dont have to worry about my wife getting into an accident. They did huge work on her 2004 Mazda 6 sub frame, arms and all the labor and what was necessary to make it safe for her to drive. This job should cost no less then 2500$ but they helped us a lot by taking that down to an unbelievable 1150$ out the door. Great staff who put the customer first! The shop only had the highest end (highest priced) part that I needed. My budget could only cover the cheapest version of this part that was out of stock. The mangers were so considerate of my situation that they charged me for the low end part and gave me the high end part! The manager also offered me some excellent advice in regards to being able to afford the future maintenance of my vehicle. Friendly and relatable staff, quick service and a free vehicle inspection. Hands down the best shop experience Ive ever had!

I honestly feel like the guys at mr Tire kept me extremely informed of what was going on with my car throughout the whole service. I am very happy with the service and it was a good price as well! I will definitely be returning and recommending these guys to my family and friends.!

Might be a bit expensive but youre paying for the convenience of the hours. Also the guys are always honest and straightforward. Been going there for 10 years and I cant complain about their work.

They really helped me out when I needed a repair! Brandon Hall made sure that my car was fire was fixed, even though they were busy, Brandon was able to get the problem taken care of so I could get back on the road and back to work! The mechanic was very friendly and courteous. I appreciate the great team the manager Anthony Valentino runs a super shop. Thank you all!

Horrible service. They will lie to you and give false information. Went in for alignment $1800 nothing was communicated of any further issues. 1 week later driving and realized the alignment was off took it back since there was supposed to be an alignment completed. Took it in and was told we need to come back in a week when a master mechanic was in. Took it back in and wanted to charge us for tie rods. When we were under the influence everything was fine with our car.

Always a pleasure coming here! Tony ensures I know exactly what is being done and the issues that could possibly come up in the future. They even take me in the work area and show me. I have the confidence that no unnecessary work is being done, and it is a relief to come here knowing I can get outstanding work done at a good cost....Tony informs me of specials and ways to save money. I always recommend this Mr Tire to my friends b/c appointments r easy to make and the wait time negligible....would not dream of putting my cars care in anyone elses hands!

WOW!!Let me tell you that those guys at Mr. Tire are fantastic. Dustin and his whole team of technicians very professionally.They went above and beyond to get my truck back on the road.The price was affordable and helped me with a budget plan(which a lot of places wont do).Also had couple places wouldnt work on my truck because was to much work but Dustin told me bring it in and we will fix everything and they did So Happy.
