This place is hot garbage. Charged my childhood friend several hundred dollars totals. Not only did they NOT fix the problem, but created an additional one. Autonation Dodge on Highway 90 is just as bad. Crown was supposed to get the gas pedal to work. That was the problem. One day my friend gets a call: the truck wont start!?!?. It started when it was driven on a flatbed truck to Crown. This was sorry on another level. Dodge Ram Trucks should be forced out of business. Dont EVER go to this dealership. Or Autonation Dodge. What they have done has to be criminal on some level

I had to drop off my car for oil change/tire rotation! ABS/Traction control light has been coming on and going off for a while now so we will see what happens after the fact! I bought my car brand new in May of 2012 a recall came about a few days beforehand for ABS/ESC AND WAS TOLD TODAY IT WAS FIXED BEFORE I BOUGHT MY CAR!!!??? WELL SEE
3rd vehicle we have bought from Crown, that should say it all. Each time our sales reps have been open and forthcoming. The sales manager is visible and available to interact. Bobby and Andy are on hand, both have always came out of their offices to chat and positively contribute to the sales experience. I went to the dealership today for an oil change and service. I arrived at 8:00 and left at 11:00. Disappointed that it took 3 hours. I was told that the mechanic was in a meeting about insurance. Seems like they would have meetings outside of normal hours.In response to your comment. I called ahead of time and was told that I didn’t need and appointment for an oil change. Also, I was not told that it would take longer without an appointment. I was told that it took longer because of an employee meeting. Furthermore, the customer after me was very upset too for it taking too long. The easy solution is to hold employee meetings outside of service hours,

This dealership is the most UNPROFESSIONAL RUDEST UNORGANIZED dealership, I’ve dealt with I’m sad to say that I purchased my first car from them! I called them to get some information sent over to my bank to have it refinanced they seemed as if they didn’t want me to have my car refinanced! Shirley acted like she couldn’t do anything I don’t understand why she’s at the front if you can’t handle business and help customers on the phone. Then she sent me over to another woman who hung up in my face because I asked for a pay off total of my car! The employees at Chrysler crown and dodge are a showcase! If you are purchasing your first car with them and are young DO NOT go here I advise deeply that you goto more professional helpful nicer dealership other than the sh.t show there!

I recently ordered a 2018 Jeep Wrangler through Richard at Crown. The deal was straightforward, fair, easy, quick and professional. The time from order to delivery and the final paperwork were both quick and smooth. I spoke with the sales manager who was less than sympathetic about what I was put thru and dismissed my concerns with statement of Im sure thats not true I will talk to them. This is not how it should have been handled.

Riley (not sure of spelling) is a very new salesman, but he did great. This place is much smaller than I realized, but they are attentive and fair. I did not end up buying a vehicle from them, but my experience with this dealership was good; they did not pressure or try to push me toward a purchase that I was unsure about and I appreciated that.

This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience we have ever had. Our sales person, Deedy, was very helpful and knowledgeable. She wasnt pushy and didnt pressure us to buy anything we didnt want, but rather let their vehicles sell themselves. Due to some back problems, I had to try on a few different vehicles to find comfortable fit and ride for me. I never once felt rushed or pressured to decide on something. Once we found the perfect Jeep for us, we were a little stunned and shocked at how quick & easy it was to complete the financial paperwork. I will most definitely return to the Crown dealership for any future car-buying needs, and send friends and family their way as well.
I was looking for a pickup and after shopping around I bought my Ram 1500 from Crown Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in Pascagoula.They were by far the nicest and most accommodating dealership I came across.The sales staff was friendly and I saved thousands compared to the prices I was quoted from the other stores on the Coast.I also get my service work done there and it’s done right every time and very fast since I don’t have a lot of time to waste.I would recommend you make sure you give them a try.

I have bought a brand new car off the car lot and they were trying to tell me that the warranty only covers engines they dont cover the body part which is only one thing that would be an issue is a little part but the only reason the only reason they wouldnt fix it is because if must have already had problems and someone tried to glue it on they wouldnt say the warranty covered it the lady who was not willing to work with us about anything she wasnt even trying to discuss something that could we should do to get it fixed or anything!!! I havent had the car maybe 2 months!!!

Service department is not very good. Apparently they are short staff and way behind in the service department. Passing through because I am military and in the middle of changing stations with my 8 month pregnant wife who is also military. My Jeep broke down so I called the closest Jeep dealership for service. Soon as I called they gave me the vibe like they were not happy to help. I get there and they keep saying they are behind and it’ll take forever for them to get to my vehicle even after I explained to them my situation....the lady kept on complaining about being being behind and under staffed but I didn’t see anybody working on cars .... bayside Jeep was better service
I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Dropped off and was told should be ready in a couple of hours. 7 hours later I showed up and still waited for them to finish. No excuse for this.

This place is great. I wanted a Fiat Spider 124 in white, and they were the closest dealership to New Orleans to have one, so I made the drive out. Im so glad it happened to be these guys who had the car I was interested in! David was very helpful, as was their finance department. My prior vehicle had been hit by a semi (I was parked, no one was hurt, but very scary and unexpected totaling of my car), so I was not in the best mood, was dealing with convoluted insurance and legal paperwork, and I had not been prepared to buy a new car-didnt save up, hadnt been strict with credit pulls recently, etc. They worked with me and were very helpful. I also entertained getting a Jeep, and I didnt know if I wanted used or new (like I said, had done zero prep), and instead of making me feel dumb for not knowing which of two very different vehicles I wanted, they let me test drive everything I wanted, checked prices on new and old, looked up what color options were nearby etc, and answered endless questions without making me feel like I was bothering them. Ive worked in sales and trust me, I was being an annoying and indecisive customer, and they were lovely. They even drove me to the local Enterprise and waited in the car while I returned the insurance rental car, and then drove me back to the dealership. And by the way, they did this without any commitment or even verbal indication of purchasing from them.-Two things stood out to me most about this dealership and David in particular: one, I have to now mention that Im a young, blonde, single woman. Usually, especially in the deep south, car dealers and mechanics etc. treat me like Im completely incapable of making solo decisions, especially large financial ones about machines. Ive actually had a different car salesman pat me on the shoulder (I wish I was joking) and tell me to get my dad on the phone so he could talk loan terms. I used to be a banker, but thanks? When the aforementioned semi truck totaled my Range Rover, both the responding officer and the truck driver both told me to tell me husband not to worry, they would handle it. Uhhh again, just me guys. Bought the Rover myself, Im actually a doctor now...and that DEFINITELY doesnt make me a mechanic, but it does usually make me better at math and physics than the man telling me about statistics or impacts. :) My point is this happens more often than it doesnt happen, even when I know what Im talking about. This dealership DID NOT do that to me, not a single person, even when I *didnt know what I was talking about. Even when I did have ignorant and tiresome questions, demanding to know about new car warranties and details about the process. I usually buy used and pay in full or a lot upfront, but because of the accident circumstances I was in a new negotiating spot. I had lots and lots of -probably very stupid- questions. They were never once condescending, rude, patronizing, or annoyed. I haggled the price down, and their attitude didnt change. I was treated with respect regardless of if I was saying yes or no to their negotiation terms, and regardless of the questions I asked. That may seem minor to some of you, but trust me when I say it is more rare than youd think.-The second and more universally relate-able thing that I like about this place is the follow up. Even a year later, with nothing in it for him, David returns my phone calls same day if I have a question. That is not his job, he is also not a mechanic. But he still helps me if I am trying to look up a warranty issue etc. They check up on me not to sell me anything but simply to make sure Im happy and feel good about my purchase. I was given personal cell numbers and I am not dodged if I actually use them. Again, I think everyone can relate when I say that some other dealerships are sweet when selling, but cant manage a return phone call once your check clears and they are done with the transaction. This place sticks by you. Will likely make the drive back for my next car. Thanks guys and thanks David!
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When I call a business i expect to speak to a pleasant person. I do not think that is to much to ask as long as i am pleasant in return. Before you decide to give this company your business give them a call and ask to speak to the service department. The lady who initially answers the phone sounds like she is miserable. Just hearing her voice puts me in a bad mood. Then you get transferred to the service dept where you will wait on hold for way to long only to be told that they are booked up for months an can put you on a waiting list. Once again the person you speak with could not be any less friendly. FYI my latest call was for a safety recall due to faulty airbags. Normally i would not take the time to post a review but this is the 3rd time this has happened with Crown Dodge. When i was looking for a car a few years back i called Crown to see if they had what i wanted in stock as i was looking for a dodge charger. The lady who answered the phone was the most unhappy person i have ever spoke with. Needless to say i purchased vehicle elsewhere, actually 2 hours later from a dealership who understands that the person who answers their phone should represent the company in a good way. I do not ask for much. If i am going to give your business my money I want someone pleasant to speak with. Crown dodge has failed more then once now to meet this simple request. Before i put myself through dealing with Crown dodge, and their staff of miserable sounding workers, I would go to 14th street where you will find plenty of dealerships that are appreciative of your business.

Deedy Fordham is the absolute best! As the internet sales manager for Crown, she was the first one to contact us regarding our recent inquiry into a 2018 Dodge Ram they had in stock. She provided us with all the information we requested on the vehicle with courtesy, professionalism and NO GAMES which was truly refreshing. Based on our rapport with Deedy, we decided to move forward with the Ram purchase. Being that we are Florida residents, our out of state purchase hit some unexpected snags which delayed the transaction. Thankfully, Deedy got things back on track and quickly finalized. We then arranged shipping and received the truck less than 24 hours later. It arrived just as Deedy had described and promised! Crown has a great asset in Deedy! If I could give this place a negative rating, I would. One star is way to generous. Susie in the automotive department is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with in my entire life. She claimed she called us and told us the price of something the warranty was suppose to cover, that is far from the truth. This is not the first time she has done this to us. I had been in 3 or 4 times before about a blower motor going out and she claimed she called and told us the issue, again not true. We never even had a missed call from her. This department flat out lie to your face. She is just spiteful and does not treat costumers the way a costumer deserves to be treated.
Went once to get a ram 2500 from there first time even though deedy and the owner couldn’t get me to the numbers I need they never gave up went back two weeks ago and deedy set me up with Richard and to be honest the experience was great between the owner deedy and Richard they did all they could and made the deal happen would definitely recommend to go to them to buy

The sales manager is rude and arrogant, sleazier than a televangelists accountant. He refuse to set a price and expects you to make offers on every car you may be interested in. Did not buy, will not buy. There are 3 other Chrysler dealers within an hours drive, I suggest you go there and you can leave there without feeling like you need a shower.

Bought a Ram 1500 about 2 years ago. Have had nothing but problems. At least its under warranty!?! Wrong. There service center is the equivalent to a middle school auto class. Poured a oil change a quart low. Truck has not rode right since off the lot. I have been in there 5 times, overnight most times. Got a loaner once out of the 5. Some people have to work unlike crown dodge pascagoula. Worst buying/servicing experience i have ever had.

Not from pascagoula, just passing through after leaving casino, decided to stop in for a quick oil change since it was early in the morning, first thing I noticed was the sign advertising oil changes for $ 19.95. I check in and give the lady my keys, oil change was done extremely fast which was a plus, they tell me Im ready, I go the cashier desk and she has a bill for $ 39.81. Not one who likes to make a scene, I reach for my wallet, as Im searching for my card, the cashier is constantly going through my bill then staring back at me as if shes wondering herself why I wasnt charged the $ 19.95 plus maybe the additional 1 or 2 quarts for the hemi engine as most $ 19.95 oil change specials are usually up to 5 quarts. The cashier never says anything and neither do I. Guess Ill stick to the Dodge dealerships in my area from now on. Dont have me thinking Im going to be charged one price and be charged almost double. I could have paid $ 39.99 at Firestone and at least got the Synthetic Blend versus the conventional I received here for the same price and they both use Pennzoil.Edit: Gee Bobby, How about training your workers on mentioning your promotions when a customer is in the process of purchasing the very service that is being advertised. Thats called customer service.
