I have used Clarks for 1 year and 2 autos. I get fair and professional attention each time on both my newer and older auto. Their pricing is fair and offer coupons. In any case the work they do is exemplary and the warranty what they do.if I should move Id want to take them with me. I am retired ma y years and have had many occasions for service in several states none superior to Clarks!

I dont know where to start. I own a Nissan and I have always visited Nissan Estabrook for service. After they recently increased their oil change prices including for tenured loyal customers that was a deal breaker. I received an advertisement for Clarks so I gave them a try. The experience was outstanding from the minute I arrived until after I left their location. The customer service was awesome! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be a return customer while also supporting small business.

I needed to get the a.c. in my truck fixed. I called Clarks on Monday just before they closed, and they were able to get me in Tuesday morning to check it out and see what was going on. They told me exactly what was wrong and that they could fix it the following morning. I was able to pick my truck up with a working a.c. by Wednesday afternoon!! I thought the price was fair and I was really impressed with everyone that I interacted with while I was there. We already have plans to take hubbys truck up there to get fixed. And well be taking both trucks back to get tune-ups. Very impressed and extremely happy!!

They did exactly that and once I gave approval they completed several repairs expeditiously and called me to come get the truck. Derek has excellent communication skills and follows up his service. We had a problem with a motor the I purchased from Fraser and he diagnosed the problem and fixed it, sent back the defective part, and took care of the core for me. Although the price is more than some shops, you get what you pay for!

Never once had a bad experience. Has resolved every single issue ive brought it in for. Always friendly service, always let me know about costs before/during/after the repair. They do not gouge and they do not do any work thats not necessary unless you ask them to. Some of the best mechanics ive ever spoken with are employed here. Went in for an oil change and asked to have my brakes checked. It was clear when they brought me their recommendations, to the tune of $2,600, and in the way it was explained to me that had I not been a woman my car wouldnt have needed near the work that they were recommending. My husband is a mechanic by trade, and had he not so busy at his new job would have inspected the brakes himself. Ive been hanging around mechanic shops and under cars long enough to recognize a line of BS about a car when I hear it. No doubt if my husband had brought the car in, brake pads would have been replaced (they needed to be) but the other thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary repairs wouldnt have been mentioned. Its clear they stay busy because if you need an estimate for an accident for your insurance company, these are the guys. They know how to milk the hell out of anyone gullible enough to pay.
