Grease monkey doesnot back up their service.They half do the job and when you come back, bcuz the patt yhey replaced and fixed breaks again, they jimmy it up orpatch it up at no charge, only to charge labor for what they should have repaired thoroughly the 1st time.

Everytime I took my vehicle here, they would fix one thing and mess up something else so I could spend more money here. They told me I needed my timing chain replaced at 100,000 miles but the inifinity dealership in mobile who knows my car said my car didnt need it. It pays to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion like I was always thought. I only used this place when my 2 other mechanics are back up but I dont play people messing up my vehicles.

We broke down late at night. So rented a car and a hotel. Called them first thing Friday morning.They were very friendly over the phone. Explained our situation and brought the van in.Told them it transported our handicapped son, and if possible needed work done immediately.They didn’t nor did i expect to be moved to the front. What they did do was work on it as they got time.Called me with several quotes. Just basic repairs, then quotes with new tires, etc. i never felt pressured to accept anything but basic repairs. Which we did.Then I added a oil change just as a reward for honesty.I would recommend them to anyone.

Way over priced. Never find exact problems. Left with white smoke out of exhaust. Only reason 2 stars because of the desk lady Kelly. Shes a friend.
