I went there today to see if I could order a part for my car. When I walked in the front I was greeted by a gentleman that was very kind. Even told me to pull my car around to be side of the building by the door so the guy look in my car to find out what was the exact part I was looking for. I then proceeded to drive to the side of the building. I parked my car by the door and the a blonde tall woman proceeded to come out and tell me to move my car. I tried to explain why I pulled my car there. She then got louder and kept directing me to move my car. As I continue to try to explain to her that one of her other coworkers ask me to pull my car to the parts door. She continued to overtalk me constantly cutting me off from what I was saying. I got so frustrated because she didnt care why I pulled my car there she just kept pointing and repeating constantly telling me to move my car. I had then proceeded to move my car and she stood outside staring me up and down with pure attitude until I walked in the building into the parts door. As I also observed that there was an additional car that pulled to the side of the building exactly where I was parked and she said absolutely nothing to customer in front of me. He also walked into the parts department. Then he ordered his part and left. I then went to the desk and started talking to the gentleman there and explained to him the situation and how I felt like she was very rude by constantly cutting me off. We begin to walk outside to my car so I can show him the part that I needed. As were walking out toward my car. Another gentleman rushes over to me telling me that she didnt sound like she yelling at me. I told him I never said that she yelled at me. He turned and walked away. To be very clear I said she was rude and doesnt know how to talk to people so maybe she shouldnt be in customer service to the gentleman in the parts department. But the rest of the (6) employees that I interacted with were absolutely wonderful. I also understand the safety hazards and stuff like that. But theres a way to address someone in a way not to talk to someone irregardless of whatever mistake was made.
Theyre always ready and willing to work on my automobile in a timely and accurate way. I have no complaints what so ever. I have been with this company over 30 years. I very satisfied with their outstanding service.

Purchased new SUV at the end of January and after several calls and visits, my dealer has told me several things that were far from the truth. It was not until 35 days after I purchased it that most of the items owed to me were even ordered.Beyond this, I purchased my last truck from them and was extremely pleased and I gave them a 5 star at that time but can not give more than 2 this time.
This is not the first car I have brought to Butch Oustalet for service. I have been very happy with the service and diagnosis of problems before, that is why I keep coming back. They are polite, efficient, and thorough. They go above and beyond giving the car back in cleaner condition than it was - by washing and vacuuming it. Thats great!
Wasted 6.5 hours of my day.....negotiated price for new truck and trade in, drove 45 min one way to get there. Was ready to sign and drive away. Oh, I never said we have that on the lot. But I can make you a deal on this truck. BS....I didnt spend 4.5 hours on the phone and drive 45 min one way to sign papers if you hadnt told me you had it on the lot. Dont waste your time with these clowns.....they will surely waste your day!
Took my wifes 2010 chevy equinox in to get fixed they were polite and also gave us a loaner car until we got Elsa back I will definitely be doing more business with them in the future

I made an appointment to meet him at the dealership and he met me as soon as I parked my vehicle. I was given a tour of the facility. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. I recently used butch oustalet to service a silverado i didnt buy from them. Transmission went out on the way home from work. I called in to set up an appointment and had no trouble getting in. I dropped it off the same day on a friday. They informed me it wouldnt be looked at until monday. Which wasnt a problem because most shops have a 2 week waiting list. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help. A few days later on monday called me back to tell me how bad my transmission really was and would take a little time to take apart get the parts in and rebuild. I was fine with that as well because im just glad they were keeping me informed. They then offered me a rental at no charge for my wait. I accepted and was expecting a little car, nope 2018 silverado crew cab. I also work out of town and they call telling me my truck is ready on the following monday i tell them i wont be back to town until sat. It was no problem just bring it in then. Best service i have ever gotten. I was dealing with the service manager chris. If sales is as good as service they will have my business very soon

The work that was done was half fixed. I had to return to the shop for a redo. The Repair shop staff works for GM and not on the behalf of the Customer.
Im happy with the purchase of my vehicle which was bought on a Saturday. As such it couldnt be detailed and was told to return the following week to get proper title paperwork and detail. Drove there three times( at a round trip of over 40 miles each). The first trip we were told that we didnt need to come back for the paperwork that they had mailed it and the detail guy was off that day, so a complete waste of time and gas. Second trip we were told he had already left for the day, another waste of time and gas. Third time he was there but only halfassed washed and vacuumed the vehicle. When I brought this to the attention of the salesman he said he would come pick it up from my house and leave a loaner vehicle to get it done right. It has now been an entire MONTH since the purchase and it still has yet to be detailed without them making any attempt at communication.I wont be purchasing another vehicle from these people and will not recommend them to anyone.

Dont Buy from Butch!In 2014 we made the serious mistake of buying a Chevrolet Sonic from our local Chevy Dealership, Butch Oustalet. I have to say I have never dealt with a more deceitful, dishonest group of individuals than these guys. We got our first dose of their dishonesty, when we (first time new car buyers) learned that the Extended Warranty they said they INCLUDED IN THE DEAL, actually cost us over $1,000.00 and had a $100.00 deductible EVERY TIME WE TOOK THE CAR IN! As Opposed to GMs bumper to bumper warranty which we could have gotten for about $200.00 LESS required NO copay whatsoever. The car had a miss in the engine from day one it ran so run it would shutter and die if you sat at a stop light too long, I brought it back many many times only to be told it was all in MY MIND.Fast forward to February 2017 I got a call from the new floor manager at Butch Oustalet Chevrolet saying they wanted to buy our Sonic ! I told him no because we were trying to build our credit score back up and it was still reeling from the last time we got conned in to coming into the dealership!He assured me that he would only run it through GM Financial Lie #1We went over there and I told the guy that I would have to have an SUV or a midsize car or SUV because I was in a wheelchair and I needed to be able to put it in the back by myself. He assured me we would get one. Lie #2 (this is actually a half truth which is in fact a whole lie!)He said it wouldnt take long. Lie #3 We were there all day! 14 hours to be exact.after 5 hours of pure drama, we finally got to test drive a 2017 Chevy trax, the wheel chair did fit with great difficulty, after he managed to cram it into what was a supposed to be a cargo area( looks more like a shoe box) The car had no cruise control and I told the salesman that I had to have a cruise control, because of my disablity, he said they could do an add on, Lie# 4 the car drove and rode well but was missing many of the amenities that even the sorry little sonic had.No cruiseno remote startno satellite radiobut my family could with some difficulty fit into it and we were told that would be getting it for $17,500 OUT THE DOOR, because the rebates from the trax got us out of being upside down in the sonic LIE #5When I wanted to look at a different car I was denied saying that this was the only one on the lot that would have enough rebates to allow us to budget for it. Lie #6After 14 grueling hours of BS and listening to how they wanted to help us we drove away in the trax, that was Thursday.after driving the car all weekend I was somewhat resolved that it was an OK ride if they could put cruise in it. So on Monday (Presidents day ) after not hearing anything from the salesman who promised to get me a price quote on the cruise, I called the parts dept. to see if maybe they could tell me. I was informed by Rick the parts guy and probably the most honest guy in the entire building, that add on cruise was not available on the trax, that I would have to have someone who was an aftermarket cruise control installer to do it. He said I told your salesman this on Friday! I saw the salesman on Saturday when I went by there. He said NOTHING! i asked the parts guy if having an aftermarket installed would void my manufactures warranty, he said I honestly dont know. and that my friend was the first and only truth I was told in the ENTIRE DEAL!I text the salesman who was the Floor manager and asked him why he lied to me about the cruise, he shot back You will have to do an aftermarket outside of here! I was no longer his friend, he had somehow lost his desire that I be a customer for life! I now was just another sucker who blindly followed him into his web of lies and deceit. Take a fools advice DONT BUY FROM BUTCH!

This has to be one of the rudes dealership I have ever dealt with.....so recently I bought a truck from this dealership a little over 6 months ago.it was a good buying experience but the service department is something else. With the recent rain we had I needed to put on my defrost to unfog my windshield the windshield cracked straight across. So I called the dealership because I didnt feel it is my fault cause that is what the defrost is made for. So i call them and tell them what happened and they told me that i should call my insurance company...then I went on to tell them well I dont think I should have to pay for it cause it has to be something wrong with the windshield for this to have happened ... Well there lovely manager Jamal said very awesomely well why should they have to pay for it ...smh...so I go on to say well someone should cause this makes no sense so can I at least get chevy number cause I feel this is a defected glass....ok so he gives me a number which ended up being the wrong number....well ok so I called again to get the right number to contact chevy and this time I talked to a girl there that was even ruder then Jamal was ...she was giving me attitude over me calling for the number and telling how I could have just looked it up just as she was on her phone and I told her that I wasnt sure if it would have been the right number well anyways finally she ended up giving me the number so I called chevy they were really nice to me on the phone and told me that the windshield is cover the first 12 months of purchasing the truck ok which is awesome they said it just have to be diagnosed at the dealership ok awesome right NO...they transfered me to the same rude girl on the phone to schedule an appointment...this girl tells me she just talked to me and what am I making an appt for cause she already told me it isnt cover I tell her will chevy just said it was and they chevy said to just make an appointment for them to check it and have it diagnosed...so keeps questioning me like I am lying to her .... she can clearly see chevy called her not me... and Francisco the chevy guy told her that I had to make an appointment...smh....so she said I have to talk to the manager ....so I tell why do I have to talk to a manager all I have to do is make an appointment it goes on for about another 5 mins ....then she ends up still making me talk to her manager I was maybe on the phone with John for maybe a min and he said just bring it in ok done ......so I bring it in on Wednesday ....they check it cant find anything ...so they check it again..still nothing...so they check it a third time and then they magicly find something less then a cm long under the windshield wiper blade...well Jamal clearly already said why should they pay so clearly they made it that way cause what could honestly hit under a blade clearly it was defective glass that is still under warranty ....the whole point of this story is if you by your car or truck with them you will not only have some rude service but their warranties dont matter to them either...
I do not reccommend anyone doing business with Butch Oustalets Pascagoula location. I was told $25k for my trade and 2 days later went to give them a check for my new truck and trade in my old one but they told me they could now only do $23k on my trade. We had an agreement written on paper and they went against that. There was another guy test driving the truck I was going to buy and I feel they were just trying to squeeze an extra $2k out of me. Kevin the sales manager is a very deceitful person and single handedly ruined the dealership for me. I called mutiple times to try to renegotiate and was always told that I would receive a call back but never did. I cant speak for the other Butch Oustalet dealerships but DO NOT get suckered in by the staff at Pascagoula.

Bought NEW Cadillac SRX and requested a manufactures extended warranty be added. Found out after a month that the extended warranty provided was not GM or Cadillac. This is called bait and switch. This dealer should not be allowed to sell Cadillacs or any other car for that matter.
I was told after several comversations that I was APPROVED for SURE. I drove drom Mobile only find out that was NOT the CASE after waiting several hrs. Thank you MIKE! I wasted my time and you werent honest.
