Phone has been in there a week and when I got it back the same day I had to take it back because my phone was reading no service. Yesterday the man told me that I would be able to get it back yesterday around 3:30. Now today I was told I maybe will get it tomorrow. The problem is im not rushing anyone but they need a better system. I shouldn’t have to call and irritate somebody else, when I was told something different by another person

Giving this place a 3 out of 5 star rating just because of the customer service. I have a iPhone 11 Max Pro, the top of my screen went out so I took it to these guys to get it fixed. Paid about $260 I believe it was and they had the phone ready to pick up the next day. Well 3 days later the screen went dark and you couldn’t see anything on it unless you held a flash light up to the screen. So I took it back, they ordered another screen and didn’t charge me to have it replaced again. Well two days and I pick up the phone and that night the screen started glitching. So based on the experience that I have had with this place I will not be taking it back to them again. Maybe it’s bad luck and maybe it’s not. Just hoping this helps others.

I highly recommend this place for cell phone repairs! Very professional and friendly. My phone was an odd case but they took care of me and didnt charge me an arm and leg to fix it.

Its been a few days now that theyve fixed my screen and its still working.

I’m pretty sure they go though your phone when you drop it off. Tabs were open then they weren’t before and unread messages were open also.

Hate this place. Took my laptop to have only the screen fixed due to being cracked internally and then they broke the charging port and wanted me to pay to let them fix it t after they broke it. First time I dropped it off, it never got fixed and they kept it for a week. When I called to check the status of it, the manager said she didnt know I wanted them to fix it. What else was they suppose to do, just babysit my laptop? Omg!!

Cj is a very polite guy. I walked in and he greeted me. I explained to him that i had cracked my lg 3 stylo phone and i wanted to see about getting another one, but i was undecisive because i was limited on money. But cj helped me out with a deal and i was able to get a phone. He was very helpful, friendly, and patient with me. Even after transferring all my music and pictures.. after a couple of days the phone that i bought i had bought it back because of the camera and he also helped me find another phone thats satisfying to me. now i currently have the iphone 6,plus the phone i bought from cellular citi, my iphone screen cracked as well so he took care of that for me and i am highly satisfied.. never had a problem here or with him or his coworkers.. he is also fixing my laptop computer. I recommend everyone to go see cj at cellular citi you wont regret it!!! He is AWESOMEE!!!
