I ordered a protective cover from this location over 2+ months ago. The salesman said he would call me as soon as it came in. I came in today to pay my bill and asked if it ever came in? They said it did not but they offered to see about ordering it again and I declined. Ive always had great customer service out of this location and any other location that I have visited... Just kind of disappointed this time 😕

My last experience was okay.There was only 3 maybe 2 employees and the manager.Needed another charger.I was given one for my long wait, but it was not the correct charger for my phone.I like Cspire, that is why Im still with them. I wish they had the Samsung flip smartphone.But the store and staff are pretty good.

The service was good and very helpful. However, it was so cold inside it was miserable. I have arthritis and the cold actually hurt me.

To early to tell, had a problem with my bill. But was told that my month of may bill will be adjusted. Will have to wait and see.

Love C SPIRE. I got my Galaxy 4 in 2011 & they sold me the Otter box. My phone looks brand new still. Weve used C SPIRE sense the 90s. Never had any problems!!

I wish they had more phones to choose from but the service is very on point! I have no problem with dropped calls or no signal everywhere in the southern coastal area I travel through. I did have Verizon and they told me to try C-spire because they didnt cover the woods where I live. They were right! Verizon dont know about the country! C-spire they know what they doing!

Was a customer of cellular south for so many years, and went with a friend to at&t and found out what I was missing! Went to cspire to go over my plan and ask questions and felt i was bothering the employee, didnt seem to have any better options for a longtime LOYAL customer. So we switched a few months ago and have not looked back. Employees at this store had always treated me well, but I guess that could be because anytime I went to store I was buying something? Got email from cspire with offers to switch back last week, which prompted me to write this review. Smaller used to be better, but larger companies can offer so much more. Cellphones have become to vital these days, dont be left behind with inferior network.

Several employees more interested in stocking shelfs than helping customers. Shame on you Cspire.

It is like pulling teeth to get information from these people. Be prepared to ask them many questions in hope to stumble upon information that they should have just told you up front.

Ive been with C-spire (CellSouth) for 14 years at least, I feel they are one of the better carriers in the area. The store is nice, they offer good deals (mostly to new customers) and the employees are very knowledgeable on the merchandise. My complaint... I think theyre shady!! Multiple times I have been told this new plan would cost X amount a month and save me X amount, only to pay more each month. During one of those times, no two employees could give me the same reason when I questioned the discrepancy. Ultimately, I was told it was a new deal and they didnt have all the information when they signed me up. What should have saved me around $40 a month according to the employee ended up increasing my bill by $60 and they could not switch me back to my original plan because they no longer offered it. I was told Id receive 4gb a month free as a CU member. Im still waiting for that but theyve been checking into it for me off and on. This is my favorite.... I have a password on my account but they allowed someone to make changes and upgrade to a new phone. I went into the store only to be told they couldnt change the plan (that affected all phones on the account) back because the old was 3G and the new was 4G (LG4?) and they didnt have a plan with both, blah blah blah. But this was after the same guy that made those changes earlier, asked me for the password on the account!! Then a female employee told me I could just suspend the line for $20 a month.Bottom line, they have good coverage and good prices on the plans they offer but you will most likely be lied to. In my opinion C-spire is not about making their mistakes right or they do as little as possible to correct them.

I had an incident with my phone and in order to get it replaced, I have to pay $200 which is a lot of money for a college student looking for a job. I also asked if I can cancel my plan but then they proceed to tell me I will have to pay $500 to get rid of my plan. This is a problem for me because I pay an extra $4.95 every bill which should COVER the broken phone. This is bad company and I do not suggest this company to anyone especially college students with no income.
