The best experience in a GameStop I have ever received. Im usually someone who rejects service when Im browsing games in a store, but the day I went in I was looking for a specific type of game and requested assistance. The rep(Ashley) that helped me me directed toward several games that led me to a great purchase. A+. Very knowledgeable and courteous.

They have a good selection on used games at good prices. The staff is really helpful and friendly.

This gamestop has a good selection of merchandise like apparel and memerobilia. They also had a decent selection of clearance items.

This used to be the best gamestop on the coast. Nothing against new management but its just not the same.

The store is very organized. the staff knew somewhat of what I was talking about but they went out of their way to help me figure out what I need it I appreciate that.

The employees are always really helpful and friendly.

Ill say this first, some of the employees are too pushy. They are definitely getting commission. But all in all the customer service is good.

It is a normal gamestop. Overpriced, and not much in the way of selection on pre-owned games. Some interesting collectible-type stuff, but still overpriced and nothing unique or hard to find elsewhere. I was tempted by a keychain... but I had better things to spend $8 on. At least they are a pokestop.

Purchased a used copy of God of war for $54 and after enjoying so many open world games (FALLOUT 4), I found that I just couldnt get into a game with a linear path any longer.I went into the Pascagoula gamestop to return it since I had my receipt and it had only been 2 days since I bought.Steve, the counter jockey, tried to shame me into exchanging or buying something else. When he couldnt get me to leave my hard earned dollars there, he treated me like garbage for wanting my money back.Ive heard from my kids that this gamestop branch had a tyrant working behind the counter, but I never imagined the guy would behave like that to a grown woman.Im taking my business, and my 2 sons business, to the gamestop 20 miles from here.
