The staff have been decently nice but there are times where I have witnessed the staff wearing only sock feet walking around the store. This morning the manager was wearing house shoes and looked so disheveled and annoyed. They are always on their phones talking and it really takes a while to do simple drop off. They’ve never been rude per say but they do need some training in professional behavior.

The whole crew at UPS Pascagoula has been phenomenal to me and my business Coastal Cleaning Services for years! Missy, Ty, Jade, and Rhonda are very helpful and keep me updated on all my pickups! Highly recommend!

I Paid $32 for a box to be sent to my daughter that was never received. The website said it was delivered, but my daughter was home all day long and it never got there. I went to the UPS Store in Pascagoula, MS, where I shipped from, and was told they would do an investigation and that I would received a call back within 24 hours. Well its been 5 days and still no call back and no refund. The girl told me I would only get a refund of my shipping cost and not the packaging materials... Why should I have to pay for packaging for a box that was NEVER DELIVERED??? Do NOT do business with this location!! The store in Ocean Springs is always professional and Ive never had a problem with them. This, btw, is the SECOND package in three weeks that was lost by UPS.

The ladys here are very knowledgeable . They were very patient and polite and eager to assist me.

The staff Ive encountered act like its bothering them to do Amazon returns. I dont understand why since its part of their job. I go to the UPS store in DIberville and they are so much more professional and pleasant. I literally dread going here.

The picture does not do it justice the building is falling apart UPS needs to take more pride and their business looks like a hole in the wall long lines looks like an hour wait to mail something.Ridiculous

A box was shipped to me from Pascagoula. I never received the box, they can’t tell me where the box is, all they said was that the box was damaged. If you are shipping PPP products, DO NOT SHIP HERE. Go to the Post Office. They have to send their packages through there anyway. Stay away, I think an employee stole my package. Enjoy the conecuh sausage y’all crooks.

I went to this store and the person who was inside had NO protection, no mouth cap or gloves, apart from that I was sharing a pencil for her and everyone who needed it, when she came in and saw me with my mouth cap she ran to put on one . First of all the companies should inform their employees how to protect themselves and it is not that I am ill or anything but I do not know who entered this store and I do not know if they clean everything that is there. Young lady who attended to me on April 31 at 3:05 pm report and do not be ignorant.

Each time I came to this store Ive always been welcome with a friendly smile. They are very helpful and will help you with care and prompt response with your packages.

Where can your 📦 be left when you are not home I was waiting on a package to be delivered to my home and I didnt know where is my 📦 until the next day inside my mail box I wish I knew that thank you

Could not be more pleased with my experience here with Adrianna. Was thrilled to find a Notary open until 6:30 PM and she was very friendly and honest as well. After she learned that it was just my wife who needed her signature notarized and not both of ours, she lowered the price from $20 to $10. I was paying cash so I would have never known the difference. Im grateful for her honesty!

Dont go to this store, they dont want to do their jobs. And they are rude as hell. Avoid at all costs.

My questions were answered where I could understand, the young lady who I talked to was very knowledgeable, kind and patient.

Helpful and knowledgeable employees.Provide packaging and padding for unboxed or fragile items. Reasonably priced.

Would give it On stars if I could. Charged me $2.00 for to witness my signature. They just had to sign not even print name. Wish I didnt pay for a box for a year. Stay away.
