Jimmy did some work on my suzuki and communicated through out the whole repair and is honest about prices and repairs needed. Even gave back old part to show that work was done. Highly recommended👍 i will be returning for future work

DO NOT GO HERE. This place took advantage of me. I simply wanted an oil change and somehow got charged for an inspection as well (even though I just completed my inspection 2 months ago). When confronted about this, the employee (Curtis) became aggressive and hostile, he made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. There are so many honest and nice auto shops around this area that you should go to instead! DO NOT GO HERE. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Reservice- DRUG ITEMS FOUND- ITEMS STOLEN This picture shows a SYRINGE NEEDLE cap, ripped out plastic, cut leather, snacks over floor, car was raided, blue tooth accessories, DVDs bags of clothes, shoes, this was a packed out suburban come back to it looks like there was a party that happened in my truck after coming back to have it RESERVICED from a fuel pump. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE? They said it was vandalized but no one claims ownership to rectify. Owner has not shown video cameras yet, process is on going, says its all managers fault. I hope to resolve this civilly. I will update.

Went for an inspection came out with an estimate for 1200 worth of repairs. Pep boys said I needed windshield wipers and with that passed my vehicle.

3 cars later, Im still doing business here. They make sure everything is done properly. I get a little crazy when something goes wrong with my car, they explain whats happening and resolve the issue.

They have no idea what they are doing they keep telling me to come back to run the inspection and ive been coming back for ab 7 times and they keep telling me the car does not work i took it to another mechanic and automatically passed.Dont come here its a rip off..

I can’t say enough about Jimmy and his people. I went there for an inspection, and thank God I went to him!In conversation I mentioned, I was leaving to go on a very long trip heading south. As he checked the vehicle he discovered something that if would’ve been left unchecked, would’ve been detrimental; it could have put my life in danger as well as the life of others.As he’s showing me the problem, all I could think was, “OMG, how much is all this going to cost.” And, as my facial expressions changed to one of panic, he in a very calming manner said, “don’t worry, we can fix it... Let me make some phone calls and see how soon we can get the parts in.”Throughout the whole ordeal which started at around 8.30 this morning, Jimmy was extremely attentive, and very patient as I asked questions.Needless to say, discovering this major problem on a vehicle I had just bought was beyond anything I could have imagined!But as he went through all the other things they were going to cover, I had no choice but to calm down.Finally, four hours later, I walked out with a safe vehicle, but above all, extremely impressed with the attention and care I received.. me, a total stranger!Even the name of his service station is so apropos. HORRIBLE- DRUG ITEMS FOUND- Party happened while I was gone- ITEMS STOLEN worth $100s if not $1000s WILL NOT SHOW VIDEO FEED- says it takes too much work- says its not owners responsibility- says its technicians fault- no one owning up to acts. Says it was vandalized. I will keep posted and exhaust every effort and make sure this happens to no one else.

My 2001 front wheel drive Oldsmobile Alero had the Service Engine Soon Light on for months. I kept seeing advertisements from Best Price Auto in Patchogue and I called for an appointment. When I arrived I was given immediate attention and a service man ran the scanner on my 17 year old car. I was given 2 error codes which were the O2 sensor and the Camshaft position sensor were worn out. That information would have cost me $60 if I brought it to the dealership or a major retailer which I have been going for more than a decade. I decided to have the sensors replaced as my car would not pass NYS inspection! They charged $75 an hour and give a fair price on the parts they sell. The other places charge between $100 to $120. Bottom line is to save your money because you can lease a vehicle for $500 month and have nothing left when your 36 month term ends.

Toke my fircee Volkswagen Golf for a oil change and they are trying to get me to buy more repairs that are not needed on the car and when I went to pick the car up they don’t even know how to ring up the sale for the oil change never again I will ever go there again date if service 5-7-18 stay away from them
