I was in the area for my son’s baseball tournament. Left the hotel on Sunday morning to find I had a completely flat tire. Called Goodyear as soon as it opened. Pete was very pleasant and told me to have it towed over. Arrived at 8:30 with tow truck, they took me right in. They were very friendly and efficient. My new tire was installed and I was on my way by 9:30. Very happy with the service!

Got my tire repaired pretty quickly.

They called at 2 o’clock to say my jeep was finishing up and I could come pick up got there at 330 they said 10 more minutesIt’s now after 4 o’clock and still waitingLike why call if it wasn’t really readyDo I not have better things to do then write this silly review as I sit here waiting 🤦‍♀️

I blew out my tire and bent my rim. Steve and the guys at Goodyear went above and beyond to get me back on the road quickly. They handled everything and I was on the road the next day, thanks!

Store manager Steve. He is the guy guide you perfect. I have 16 year old mazda.I tried many mechanics but I am not satisfied my car alignment everytime out after I visited goodyear automotive steve guide me why my car alignment out everytime. He explained me everything tire, control arm and etc. I recommend well experienced store manager Steve. Thanks Steve now my car is perfect.

Went to get my oil changed and windshield wipers manager told me i needed a new radiator that it would be a 1000 bucks, lol,,,I already new it only needed a gasket,,, If it was a straight up shop he would of pressure tested and made the repairs for a fair price will be taking my business to a shop i can trust,,

I’ve been using Goodyear for almost 2years now. Any time I have a problem the team at Goodyear has always been able to help us out. I started with a oil change on one vehicle and now they service all my vehicles including work trucks. They have been able to service all repairs needed and in a timely manner. They even apply coupons to keep the cost down. I definitely would recommend them.3/4/2019I must add to my review. Just had one of my trucks in for lots of service. Being that this truck is now 13 years old wasnt sure if i wanted to keep it or sell it. I dropped it off at Goodyear to have them take a look at it. I knew what issues the truck had but wanted them to price it out for me anyway. From new tires, struts, to a catalytic i couldnt beat the price they gave me. In two days time the truck was ready to go again. I cant thank the crew at Goodyear enough for work well done.

Honest speedy service.

The first time I used this Good Year location was for my cars inspection because Pep Boys refused to do it even if I dropped it off. For no good reason. My car is a 2015 theres nothing wrong with it so a quick inspection shouldnt have been an issue and it wasnt at Good Year. I dropped it off and they called within an hour and a half that it was ready.My second time using Good Year was right now, on a Sunday WITH AN APPOINTMENT mind you. My appointment was for an oil change and filter changes at 10AM and I dropped my car at 9:40AM. When I made the appointment online I was advised service could be UP TO 3 hours and it was suggested that I drop my car...so that is what I did. 1:15PM I call to check in as it has now been 3 hours and they havent even taken my car in yet. I know an oil change takes 20 minutes and filters 5... I really need to stop giving my business to these lazy jerk offs at these auto places and do it myself. Is it because I am a woman you just havent gotten around to it or is it the fact you forgot about it and youd call me 5 minutes before you close to come pick it up? Either way, there is NO excuse for this type of service when what I had made an appointment for is simply routine. I understand youre busy but youre telling me youre that behind on your 10AM appointments? I dont think so. Unacceptable service and now the rest of my day has been completely inconvenienced.As I write this at 1:39PM I get a call back that NOW my car is done after having called at 1:15PM. Interesting.

Decent place. But not the quickest, oil change took over 2 hours even though my car was sitting there most of the time. They take a while to bill you. Prices aren’t very competitive, I asked for a discount for my employer and the guys said it would only be $5 so I said ok that’s fine but he never added it. I didn’t press the issue . Next time I’ll do my own oil change. Not worth the mark up and wait, go elsewhere

Time estimates are way off to try and keep you there.First time I came in they said itd be 2 hours at most. 4.5 hours later, they finally finished my car. Second time they said an hour. 3 hours later I was able to take my car back. Id be ok with it if they told me this is going to take 3 hours, you might want to come back but dont have me wait in the shop for 3 hours when you tell me itll only be an hour.Its an expensive shop and I had services added onto my bill without my consent from a pushy worker. Look elsewhere.

We got the tire fixed when we pulled in 45 minutes later the tire was flat again barely made it home

Had coils replaced 14 months ago and one broke. They replaced the part hassle free. Thank You Steve and Thank You Good Year Tires. Also purchased a set of tires that comes with free alignment for 3 years. Best deal! Especially driving these streets and highways that are riddled with pot holes.

Always friendly and informative about the work they do to your vehicle. Sometimes though once they start the work other issues arrise. They are always honest and willing to answer any questions concerning the work they do.

I took my Dodge Ram into Goodyear in Patchogue with a nail in my tire. They had me out the door with in an hour and the cost was actually less than expected. Great service over there. All in all a good experience.

They are one of the reliable and trustworthy repair and tire shop for your aging car !! When calling for an appointment or inquiring about tires, it doesnt matter whether if you speak to Pete or Steve they both are extremely courteous and polite in arranging an appointment or asking them questions about Goodyear tires!! When you first walk into the store, youre greeted by Pete with a sense of comfort knowing that you are in the right place in bringing your car for any maintenance repair or tire replacement / rotation/ wheel alignment.When any mechanical work is necessary- Eric can fix it!! He gets the job done.Their waiting room is very comfortable while your car is being worked on.My overall experience going to Goodyear on main Street in Patchogue is very comfortable and friendly . Had a very disturbing experience there had my battery changed it was a temporary battery that I used. Not even a year old and they charge me a core charge of $18 so I can have my brand new battery back. Then they wanted to charge me$160 for the ABS speed sensor with labor. Not good service

Had my car at 2 other shops to look into why my check engine light was on, none of them were unable to fix the issue. I than brought my car to good year in patchogue, the staff was very friendly, they were able to fix it in a timely fashion and the price didnt break the bank! Will for now on bring my car directly to Eric at the patchogue good year!

Quick affordable auto service experience by appointment

Paid for wheel alignment, only to find out the car was never actually aligned... Im going to use the money spent on a learned lesson to never go there again.

Terrible service. There is no point in making an appointment because to them it means nothing. Waited over an hour after my appointment time before they even brought the car in. Then they had all of my information in their system wrong. Would not recommend using them or purchasing any warranty from them.

Ive gone here numerous times on numerous different occasions and they are so friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.
