My brakes were making a terrible grinding noise. Called up Harvey and he scheduled an appointment same day. Installed new brakes and corrected another issue all in the same day. Fast, reliable and most importantly, honest. Tomar is simply the best!!!!!!!!!

This is my second time going to Tomar and they were quick and professional. Despite a snow storm and employees coming in late they were able to get me and my snow tires mounted on the car. Job was done correctly, with little things like a torque wrench used for tightening the lug bolts compared to the previous place I had gone to who apparently were trying to set a world record tightening the bolts with an impact driver. Bottom line, I would definitely go there again.

Harvey and his team are great, brought my 2010 Mustang in for a new windshield wiper motor last summer as water got in and shorted the original. They diagnosed the problem and put in a new Ford Motorcraft wiper motor while trying to correct the problem of water getting to the motor. Unfortunately less then a year later the problem came back, Harvey took my Mustang back without a problem and worked to correct the problem even reaching out to Ford. Super professional, fairly priced and they stand by their work!

Had 4 tires mounted balanced and 4 wheel alignment on a Grand Cherokee TrackHawk. The real challenge was the truck had a 2” suspension drop which created positive rear camber. Tomar was able align the rear to factory setting. Car has no vibration from wheel balance and Jeep tracks dead straight.

Got 4 tires, an oil change, and inspection (and they arranged for a windshield to be installed) - great service and they accommodated my schedule. I would highly recommend them; excellent customer service - better than the dealerships. Its good to be able to recommend a local business!

When choosing my installer, I decided to try a shop that seemed to have genuine reviews, even though they were a little farther than others recommended by Tire Rack. Im glad I did. From the moment I spoke with Harvey, it was clear that this business makes customer service a priority - he walked me through the process, had me ship the tires directly to his shop, called me when the tires arrived, and even accommodated our tight work schedules to get my car into the shop for the tire change. He even called the tire manufacturer for me to report the tire codes and tread depth and wear so I could get partial warranty coverage because my OEM tires wore out quite a bit before they were guaranteed to. When you discover a business that treats its customers so well, you want to recommend it to everyone, so thats what Im doing. I cant recommend Tomar (and Harvey) more highly, and plan on keeping this shop on speed dial for whenever I need something done on our cars (and I will definitely try not to be a high maintenance customer with all my questions and requests in the future). :) They really went above and beyond on all levels and I just wanted to write this review to let Harvey and Tomar know how much I really appreciated it.

Most honest and reliable mechanic I have ever found. Great service! My wife took her car there on the recommendation of a friend. Wifes honda had overheated and a previous mechanic had poured some unknown leak seal fluid into radiator which flowed through engine. Tomar flushed material out and got car running reasonably well again. A month after repair out of the blue Harvey called just to check up and see how car was doing, what mechanic does that? Was somewhat reticent to send wife there, because of fear mechanics take advantage of women. This is one shop you can definitely trust! My vehicles will from now on be serviced only by them. Thank you Tomar for your honesty and integrity!

Was not happy with my regular mechanic when I caught him ripping me off, so I went online to find a new shop. Tomar had great reviews, so I called them. I spoke to Harvey. I explained the problem, he was attentative and very knowledgeable. He kept me informed throughout the major repair and saved the old parts to show me what was changed. I think I have found a new home for my auto needs. Harvey is honest and fair. Two days after the repair, Harvey actually calling me just to make sure everything was ok and to make sure I we as happy with his work. That in itself is had to find. I was referred to Harvey and Tomar by a friend. After a long search i have found my shop. I brought in a Dodge Nitro with a leaking heater core. The job was very labor intense with the removal of the dashboard. Unfortunatly because of the manufacturers part malfunctioning Harvey had to do the job 3 times. Harvey stood by his work by eating the cost of the labor even though it was not Tomars fault. Thats what you want from your shop. Since then any work i have had done, Harvey keeps me well informed and even gives a follow up call to make sure everything is good. I highly recommend this shop. 5 stars.

I happen to work across the street from Tomar, when I got to work one day I noticed a bubble on my front tire. They took my car in right away and worked on it while I was at work. Harvey is very professional and you can tell he cares about his customers. Also, the prices were very fair! I will be a forever customer now!!! Thank you Tomar Auto!!!!
