They are always so very nice and respectful. They may appear serious but thats just their natural facial expressions lol. They are also helpful to your needs to the best of their abilities and are patient with their customers. My mother went theyre for the first time to buy a phone and transfer her phone number from virgin mobile to go smart, and the gentleman there spent literally over two hours helping her with phone calls and whatever else she needed. He didnt have to, but he did anyway. And for that it was well appreciated, and he received a new customer. I love my visits there to pay a bill. They always have a good joke or interesting story to share.
