Worst customer service Ive experienced in a while!!!. Dropped off my new phone two weeks ago for a screen replacement, I had to purchase one of their phones so I had a phone to use. Called every week and was told a couple more days just to find out that they never ordered the screen and that it would take an additional week since the part is coming from the UK. Picked up the phone to bring to a different repair shop and noticed 2 new cracks on the back of the phone ( employee was trying to glue the phone case) from someone taking phone apart. So thanks for wasting my time, negatively affecting my business (its my business phone with all my contacts) and damaging my new phone! Very unprofessional, and irresponsible with customers time and property.

Just came from there. My phone had a big problem. Didnt close his store until it was fixed.

Trash job. Take your stuff to your actual company. They left my screen floating around with the inside of the phone exposed. Your actual company will restore its water resistance rating.

Good place and friendly staff but they take forever on fixing things it took 6month for me to receive a phone and laptop back mind you when I picked it up still wasnt working right so waited another 3 weeks to get my stuff back

Waste of time took forever to fix a phone and then when I went to pick it up two weeks later they offered me my money and my phone back NOT FIXED customer service was horrible !!!

They repaired my phone really fast in like twenty minutes. problem is they didnt give me a receipt and the screen is really really poor quality. one finger print and you cant use your screen without wiping it again and forget about rain i wish i could get refund

I dropped my phone face down twice, and my screen was completely destroyed. Not only did the folks at screen doctor revive my phone, they fixed it quickly like brand new, and had cute accessories to make sure there were no more mishaps. These guys are the real deal!

Great experience, talked to Ernie who was very knowledgeable with excellent customer service. He fixed all my problems and I walked away very happy. Would definitely recommend Ernie and this establishment again great job screen doctor.

Very bad service charged me a lot for a creen repair gave me one price at the end went up even more doubled charged me for a phone case and once my screen was done it said connect to iTunes I lost everything but nothing they could do and the screen isn’t even working correctly

These people dont know what they are doing.... They take more than a week to replace a screen then provide you with an according date for pick up and still happens not to be ready. They use most convenient and cheap pieces on the market, totally wouldnt recommend anyone to fix their phones with them.

Dropped off phone in the morning to make sure there was enough time for it to get fixed went to pick it up small issue the gentleman that were working were very polite and dealt with the issue in a timely manner they made sure that the customer was fully satisfied before they left would highly recommend great service and great people working there

The owner does not use the original manufacturer battery he uses third-party batteries that last 10 times shorter of a lifespan. He wouldnt offer to take care of me without falsely writing a five-star review dont trust this man. Gets over on customers for literally a $2.20 difference between a Chinese 3rd party battery and OEM.

Dropped my phone off on Friday. It never got worked on I called the person who was supposed to fix the phone wouldn’t be in till 12 I said ok I called at 1:00 he still wasn’t there then finally they called at 1:30 said the phone will be done in 15 mins. I get there at 1:55 he never worked on the phone and I couldn’t question him because he left. But the person who gave me phone phone back was very nice.

Iphone needed a new battery. put in a new one and it worked. so helpful, good service and amazing quality. my family goes to him for all phone problems.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS STORE!!!!I would put 0 stars honestly. Asked for a phone that wasn’t used and got a used phone. When I went to return it they took 15% despite their misunderstanding. The phone glitched several times which was why I was returning itThen when I asked for my sim card back they gave it to me. It wasn’t until I tried and have another store place the sim that I was told it wasnt mine. It had the wrong number and by that point was already reassigned SMFH. I was given the wrong sim. The owner and another Nigerian guy are aware because they are who I dealt with. I was told that they were sorry for the inconvenience and that they would go to their broad st branch and get me a new sim for the company that I am with. I asked what time I could come in and get it and was told between 1500 and 2000. Knowing they’ve screwed me over and wasted my time several times; I called at 1800 after work before driving over. A new worker named Johnathan answered the phone and knew nothing about a SIM card and saw no notes about my situation. He was pleasant and promised to contact the owner again for me and told me to call again TOMORROW.... I don’t recommend anyone waste their time at this store. I was told that there are months worth of follow up phone calls that had to be made for mistakes made on their part. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS STORE!!!!

Horrible service. My boyfriend went to have his phone fixed. They didn’t have the screen so they had my boyfriend pay to order the screen. The screen came in no one called or gave us notice. The guy sold the screen to another usar and never refunded the money. When we came back to get the phone fixed he said we could order another screen and he’ll do the labor for free. We paid 75 for no screen and no service. We became so upset we just decided to buy a new phone. Don’t waste your time or money. Trash.

Hack jobs. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Brought my phone in had it fixed and broken again the next day. They call and tell me it will be for sure fixed tomorrow, then the next day then the next day, until they finally tell me it wont be another whole week until its done and then that they forgot to order the part they were claiming to install all those days. Could have gone somewhere else had it repaired right the first day.

Dropped my Galaxy 9+ off for broken screen, quoted 250 but charged $290. They broke the Sim card reader and the rear case. They have had it for an additional week and havent even touched it! Now Im out $290 and still have no phone. Employees are young and unprofessional. Save your time and money by going elsewhere

Ive broken my iPad many, many times...Im a klutz...Ive cracked it, dropped it, smashed it...you name it- I did it. Each time I needed help, I was able to call or walk-in to the Screen Doctor. Theyve always have the part I needed in-store and available- so they could repair or replace that same day and sometimes even within the hour. Theyre incredibly nice people and the prices are always affordable (which is why I still even have an iPad). This is my go-to place every time I break an electronic.... Theyre awesome.

I feel completely robbed by this place. Last Friday (1 week ago) I came to get my screen replaced On my galaxy s7. Store was supposed to open at 10. Guy didnt show up til 1045. I work in Boston and was subsequently late for work. This morning I go to turn my alarm off and the screen wont light up. So I go back to the screen dr for 10 am when they open... again he didnt show up on time. Then when he sees my phone tells me I have to pay for another one for him to fix it . You stand by your work huh guy? Only a week and that screen didnt last. Needless to say I just paid because I need my phone for work. Now Im out $300 all together. And i was late for work again because this time oh no it wont take 20 min like last time. Today itll be an hour. Horrible encounter.

I did have to pay up front so the screen I needed could be ordered, which seems to be policy with screen repairs if they dont have the one yoi need in stock. It came in when they said it would and actually did the repair while I waited in less time then the said. I got my screen for my iPhone 7 replaced here. Ended up breaking after 2 weeks. I went to another place to get my screen replaced only to find out screen doctor ended up using a very cheap screen, and they also forgot to put screws back into my phone . Don’t go here for a screen replacement, unless if you want a low quality screen.
