The service here is excellent. We had to reschedule our appointment because my wife needed the car. They got me in the very next day. I was treated very well by all staff while waiting for the service to be completed. They were also able to get my second vehicle in quickly and fixed an issue with the air conditioning promptly and affordably. Dave, the general manager is very nice and even helped me source and install a new rear wiper assembly for my car 5 minutes before closing. I threw them some curve balls and they knocked it out of the park. Highly recommended.

Great place and really helped us out in a pinch. I was on the way to a wedding and got a flat tire on the way to New Jersey. I went to Apex to see if they could help immediately and they were very accommodating. They got me back on the road extremely quickly and I can’t thank them enough!

I drove my son to Apex automotive center to habe a FRONT wheel alignment done. When the technician was done he came over to us handed my son his keys and told us his transmission is getting stuck in neutral. Thats impossible because I drove his car and I wouldve noticed any transmission issue. When we got in the car, the check engine light was on which it was never in upon us arriving and sure enough as we drove away his transmission started acting up. I drove immediately to my mechanics garage. Diagnosed the issue, needless to say, water was added into the transmission!!! I WILL NEVER nor will I ever recommend anyone go to this establishment for any service what so ever. So this is what they do to have you come back and spend more of your money with them? Honesty is what gets you business not tampering with peoples vehicles and lying to them. I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney Generals office

My husband passed away and a friend recommended Apex Tire for repairs to his vehicle as I was arriving for a funeral and would be driving the vehicle. As his spouse I was concerned about driving from Rhode Island to Miami without the car being carefully checked. Several repairs were needed for the suspension, as well as new tires, blades and an oil change. All of this was completed by Saturday at noon, after bringing the car in on Wednesday 6/4/2014. Upon arriving to pick up the car, it wouldnt start??? Apparantly, the battery was dead, was over 5 years old and hadnt been tested. After replacing the battery and driving to funeral services in Providence for the day, the car overheated, and anti-freeze began spilling out of the radiator just before leaving for the airport. The car needed additional repairs and had to be towed to a another service center Saturday night. The part wasnt available on a Sunday at Sears, so a car had to be rented and we were stuck in town for an additional two nights. It does not appear as if anyone checked the battery, let alone the cooling system. This was not a good experience.

I would rate 0 if I could. They charged me for things that wernt wrong, took things out that were fine.

I went in for a simple inspection, but my car needed the tint removed and some axle repair. I knew about these repairs before so it was no problem to get them done. However, when I picked up my car and drove home (less than 1 mile!) my car caught on fire from the alternator. I had it towed back and they accused ME of crossing the wires. The alternator wire was a necessary part to remove to reach the left axle, yet it was MY fault and may I remind you that I drove IT LESS THAN 1 MILE. Taking the car to another mechanic I had to foot an $1800 bill for parts and fire damage and they deny everything.
