Just recently sold my car and was in the market for a newer and more gas efficient one. Ive been to so many dealerships trying to hash out deals or get straight answers out of them and I just cant. After searching everywhere for the ideal car however, I found an excellent deal at Auto Choice Peabody. I took the car on a test drive and didnt notice any issues or anything to complain about so I moved forward and tried to settle a deal with the dealers. Henry, the dealer I spoke to, was incredibly helpful and transparent. He wanted to make sure that I felt comfortable with my decision, he even went in depth on the cars history and how he came to price it as well. Henry is a very stand up gentlemen who is there to build relationships and make sure that you come back for more cars in the future. He referred a mechanic for me and even had some free work done on the car before I took it home. I also spoke with Erin at Auto Choice who finished my deal and she was very down to earth and honest. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a reliable used car as well as a trustworthy dealer to sell it to you. After shopping around for a used Jeep Wrangler for about 2 weeks, I discovered Autochoice had exactly what I was looking for. Traveling an hour n 40mins, we were met with our salesman, Henry, who is a down to earth, no BS, genuinely nice guy (hard to find in the car sales world). The Jeep shined like a new penny, he even tire shined the spare on the back! Was in the market for a new work vehicle. I am glad I chose Auto Choice in Peabody. I was unsure if I was going to go with a company purchase or a private purchase so there were many factors going into the sale as far as down payment, trade in etc.. Henry was more than accommodating and in the end I decided that it was going to be my truck not thru the company. He got me the best payment, honored everything that was promised and delivered the vehicle when promised. I am very happy and will go back when my daughter is ready to buy a vehicle after getting her license.

Please read to avoid my mistake. Auto Choice of Peabody really tries to make purchasing a vehicle easy. Got me questioning early on but they tried to reassure as much possible that nothing was wrong with the vehicle. When you buy a sports car, you buy it for its appearance and handling. After speaking with Glen on multiple occasions, and having him reassure me theres just that simple scratch ( FaceTimed several times) I decided to purchase the vehicle. BIG mistake, like the crooked dealers that are out there, Auto Choice cover their vehicles with wax and fillers to hide the imperfections done on their vehicle. As the wax slowly comes off you will know the true appearance of your vehicle. Several dozen chips throughout the car, heavy swirl marking, even tried to cover the imperfections with the wrong colored touch up paint. When you call them out on the false misleading: they ask if you are recording the conversation and if you are going to speak with an attorney. This shows that they have been doing these false claims for awhile. I will be speaking with legal advice. Just be aware of the car you are buying and dont get pushed by these guys for your money. Will be hearing from me soon Glen and Henry!If you try to confront them, they will end up blocking your number. Face it AutoChoice, you can’t get away from lawyers.

I am totally satisfied with my used Honda Pilot 2009 from Auto Choice. It was a great deal. Auto Choice has great prices and great customer service. Ask for Mike nice guy. He helped me to do all the paperwork to get the best deal on my car loan. I recommended to check it out.

My experience with sales person Ali was exceptionally good. I saw a RAV4 earlier in the day there. Then I went back latter in the day for a test drive. He allowed me to take the car out on my own. I really appreciated that as I felt more comfortable test driving on my own. It gave me a chance to really check everything out on the vehicle. Went back to the office to finalize the deal. Ali NEVER exerted any pressure on me and in a short time, we wrapped up the deal. I feel I got a good price on the RAV4, and I would recommend Auto Choice to anyone looking for a good used car.

RUN AWAY! At first they seemed nice and transparent. I had problems immediately with the car I purchased from them, they said they fixed it. I then took it to my mechanic and he said they didnt do half the things they said they did as well as remove a safety recall put on the car. They gerry-rigged it until the warranty was up and then I would have huge problems. Do not do business with these people!!
