Great experience here with Chris. Made an appointment to see the car (as it says on his website, call for appointment) and he met me there as planned. Took a copy of my son’s license and mine and we were able to look over the car and test drive it with no pressure. Made our decision the next day and asked Chris to hold the car while we got our loan situated. Took a bit longer than expected with the pandemic affecting banks and insurance companies but he held it no problem.He gave me his cell number and answered any and all questions we sent him over a 5 day period. He had the car professionally detailed and even gave my son $20 for gas. He’s very happy with his 2013 Infiniti G37 and I highly recommend shopping here.

I’d give it no stars if I could. Customer service is TERRIBLE and the person who runs the Facebook is absolutely unprofessional!! Would never buy a car here just by the attitude of the employees.

Responded to a listing on Facebook, Chris was fast at responding. I went to see the car and found out he was not there, when I asked him if he was open he said it was by appointment only, then proceeded to blamed me for not telling him I wanted to see it. Don’t waste your time here.

Worst dealership and costumer service ever. Whomever runs their Facebook account need to be fired immediately to be honest.
