I researched a handful of different Storage companies and after reading the wonderful reviews from customers of CubeSmart, I knew this was the place for me.The staff at CubeSmart are efficient and attentive. When I initially reached out to get some information about their location, they were very prompt in their response and were flexible when it came to me coming to check out the units they so easily reserved for me to come in and check out.The space is very bright and clean, and I feel safe while I am in the building. I feel confident that my belongings are being kept safe at CubeSmart. The entire experience was very professional and pleasant, I highly recommend CubeSmart to anyone looking for a Self Storage place.

Ordered the space using their online form, got a call to confirm details of the space I wanted and he walked me through the process and what to expect. Very friendly and helpful! The storage unit is clean, temperature controlled, well maintained and very well lit. Getting in and out is secure and easy. Would recommend to anyone looking for storage.

Clean and climate controlled. My furniture was stored for 5 months during home renovation and it was exactly the same when it all came out. The staff was friendly and attentive and their move out policy is excellent. No need to notify in advance and only charged for the remaining month. Advanced notice is required in other storage places which could be tricky with timing.

Clean, Safe, easy place to store my stuff but the real thing that blew me away here was the customer service. Top notch! The two managers are excellent.

Just left Cube storage dealing with Amy. What a disgrace to the work industry. I purchased a unit and was promised to have access to the unit at 9pm. Upon arrival my unit was locked I called and was told I have to wait until 930 AM. I rented a truck and now have to pay overnight charge as well as loosing work for the next day. When I asked why my unit was not ready she replied I didnt get to it. Then asked for a credit or anything to help with my losses. Her and her coworker then laughed and gave me attitude. Disgusting lazy disrespectful people

Seamless process from beginning to end. Clean facility. Staff was attentive and courteous when contacted. Only negative is the keypad at gate entrance is too close to the gate and it scrapped the front of my car - talked to other customers while loading and unloading and some had the same incident happen to them as well. Otherwise it would have been a 10.

Excellent customer service by both Amy and Tommy. It’s a very busy popular place yet I was treated w/respect and my time valued. Tommy took great care to explain ALL I needed to know and understand about the storage contract and building space usage. I feel very safe there with all the security and it’s kept very clean, which is important. I feel I could call there anytime and get help if needed, a truly valuable gift in today’s times.

Incredibly fair price, with indoor climate controlled storage and very friendly staff. They were accommodating and always helped with anything we needed. They even had moving boxes (for a price) when we needed to start getting our items *out* of storage.Well certainly be using them again if we ever need storage in that area!

A Glimmering OasisNot even a half mile from the snarling highways and cloverleafs of routes 128 and 95 lies a bright, clean, welcoming, climate controlled storage facility that is staffed with the most polite and professional people that you could possible hope for in any business environment. I was fortunate to meet Amy one day as i was shopping for a new spot to store my business products. She was able to answer all my questions patiently and understood my needs as she guided me to a spot that was perfect in size and price . When i met the other manager, Tom, I soon realized I wasnt just getting storage but I was also getting a network of people that help with eyes and ears and safety nets to ensure my deliveries in the event I was not immediately available. Handy carts and spacious parking abound. I appreciate all the special treatment I feel I get but it seems they do it for everyone! So when I pull off those highways to reload for another day, I listen to the soft rock music in the facility and I truly feel Cube Smart!

Definitely not a stellar experience at this Cubesmart, although the price (for now) is good. Problems from the get go: 1) Online registration never worked - had to complete in person, 2) when I arrived at the office to complete the registration their computer system had crashed so I had to come back later in the day (close to an hour of my day wasted), 3) the building only has one loading area with two elevators - only one of the elevators works, 4) No signs posted reminding people to wear face masks - especially while almost everyone has to share the one working elevator.

Stopped in at CubeSmart today to take another look around at some cubes for my business. What a great place. Amy was great at showing me different sizes. I liked the climate control and the security of the building. I would not change anything but I would like to mention, I do think it is under staffed. I did stop by another time this week and there was a sign on the door management on property, they were there but with another customer. I think there should always be some one is the office at all times. With every ones schedules these days. We come on our lunch breaks and for a business to say they are open 9:00 to 6pm. and no one to be in the office it is not good practice. But we still on planning storing here. Hopefully they can get some one else to help out in that busy office.Thanks, James

5 stars for location and employees, ONE star for online system/phone operator system. Do NOT reserve online after 5pm, even though it allows you to. The phone operator and online system was inconsistent- I ended up locked out of my unit with a moving truck outside at 8pm. The Employee/Manager at the 01960 Peabody location saved the day. She came OFF hours and opened the unit for us as she lives locally. Its your typical storage space, not much to say there. I rented on the second floor, using the elevator wasnt so bad.

Clean place, Courteous manager, Professionally run. Reasonable deals. Be aware they add insurance charge on top of rental. Is that standard? Please have someone put in directional signage. I got lost twice in fifteen minutes. There are exit signs everywhere you look so they mean nothing. Halls go dark when empty. Please add “Way Out” signs with arrows. I wish they had color coded hall number guides. Every corridor looks exactly the same and you have to walk the length of it to find out if your locker could maybe be down there. Super nice place with helpful people though. They were open on Labor Day when others weren’t.

The security features at this Cubesmart rival my local bank’s!I had a discrepancy on an inventory item in my business and Tom over at Cubesmart in Peabody ran the video back of my last delivery from the factory and he was able to confirm that I indeed received the 3 pails of product I thought went missing.It turns out it was a data entry error.Anyway the fact that he could retrieve and confirm activity was extremely helpful.Rest assured when your property is at Cubesmart in Peabody .. it’s in good hands!

This was my first experience with storage, and I was a bit nervous. I did a lot of searching online and finally found this place not too far from Boston with great prices. The manager Tommy Doucette was extremely helpful and friendly every step of the way. The place is new, clean, secure and climate controlled. Two thumbs way up!

Tommy Doucette from the Peabody MA location was very helpful: he took me on a tour of the building and explained all of the steps of rental, even offering advice on how to store items, before I signed the lease. The rates are much less than I was expecting, and once youve signed up, its very easy to access your unit (although its also secure). The facility was clean and well-lit, and the storage units can hold a lot more than you would expect. Very positive experience overall!

I found CubeSmart Self Storage to be the best choice for my needs. Its location is easily accessible. Its security systems and interior/exterior lighting make me feel safe. The managers, Amy and Tom, of the Summit St., Peabody facility, are very friendly and efficient. They made me feel like they care about me by finding me a storage unit that seems perfect for me. Also, the building is new and very clean inside and out. Theres plenty of parking spaces. Most important, is that their prices are reasonable and affordable. I highly recommend this storage facility.

I rented a storage room at this new (Oct. 2018) hi-tech self-storage facility and was impressed by the cleanliness, high security and genuine friendly demeanor of the manager, Tommy. The first month is rent free with no obligation to stay longer. He explained the storage contract and the facility rules thoroughly and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.I am moving from another self-storage storage facility due to a 70% rent increase. I will add additional comments to this review in a few months........

Great location. Very secure and very very clean.

Very easy to reserve storage unit online and get a discount. Visited site and was given a tour of the facility and an overview of security features by Tom. He provided a lot of information on pricing and we ended up with a larger unit on the second floor for just a few bucks more. Since the place is brand new of course it was very clean but also very well lit. The hours of availability are great too!

I never write reviews. Needed a unit space ASAP and was not especially impressed by the Yelp reviews of other facilities in the area. I recognized CubeSmarts name because Ive driven by it multiple times. Super impressed with the cleanliness, state of the art video and access, great customer service. Just felt right. Have had a great experience all around.

Tommy and Amy are great! This place is such a pleasure compared to the Public Storage facility on Rt. One in Peabody I was previously with. I moved because my previous storage space flooded and I was reluctant to go with another public storage unit, but when I went to Cubesmart, they were so kind and accomodating. They walked me through the whole process and made me feel comfortable and confident. Its a clean, new facility and heated, air-conditioned, and even has music playing throughout the halls. I would highly recommend this facility!
