From the minute the crew showed up they put my mind at ease about this move. Had a Great Experience with R.C. Mason! They moved my parents to Brooksby Village and 6 months later out of Brooksby Village, because they didnt like it. R.C. The team from RC Mason - led by Cam, did an excellent job on our recent move. Some of our household goods were heading to Europe and they completed the packing and documentation quickly and without issue. Another part of our shipment was sent domestically and the same team packed, transported and unpacked those goods also with any problems. They were prompt, flexible and good natured during the entire process. We had considered using a different firm for the international shipment but are glad we used RC Mason for both.

Fantastic experience with this crew led by Jeff M. It was my final move with the military and RC Mason handled the delivery. This was my 20th move (12th International) and by far was the best pack out and delivery I have ever experienced! I can’t say enough good about Robert (consummate professional, extremely thorough) and Cam (hard charging, works harder than he demands of his crew (and he pushed them hard). And, the dude can maneuver a truck, he was the only one (out of five) that said he could back the trailer onto our driveway and did it without damaging our fence or lawn - brilliant piece of driving! We had movers assigned to us through the military to come pack up our household goods as we were moving across the country. I want to commend the staff that was sent out to help me that day. They were totally awesome! They worked very efficiently, they were friendly, and they were damn good at their job. Our items were shipped, and then put into storage before we moved out here. We are in the middle of an international move (US to Europe) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Bob, Jeff and their team did an excellent and efficient job of clearing out our 3-BR apartment in just over 2 days, and separating our belongings according to whether they were going to storage or to our new apartment. Due to Coronavirus, I returned to the UK without fully moving out of my Boston apartment. Jeff and George are really professional and experienced movers. I started with Ray the office person at RC Mason Movers. He was so helpful and most of our follow up was by email. He sent a quote which was a very fair price and less than I had expected for a professional moving company. While this was a small job, I would use RC Mason for a full household move since they are an agent of Atlas Van Lines, so can handle the biggest, long-distance moves. Its clear that Jeff, George and Ray all have years of experience in their jobs and that was a big relief when things got complicated. For example, when they got to the new building for the move-in, they were required to move things through the loading dock, which was a floor below and through an obstacle course of hallways and doors, some of which required a passcode. Both Jeff and George took this all in stride, which helped my stress level because this surprise route to the unit took a lot more time and effort. They were extremely patient and seemed to just take the attitude that it takes whatever it takes to get the job done. Thats what a pro does and I will be saving their number for future use.

This was a great experience. Stephanie in the office was so kind and helpful. The gentleman that came Baldo, Nick, and Eric were awsome. They took a stressful situation and made it so easy.
