This Autozone has knowledgeable, professional and a helpful staff. They go out of their way to make sure you get the correct parts and are quick to fix any issues.

Good selection on inventory to pick from. Store is very clean and organized. Anything i asked for they had available. Im very picky about products i use on my car--I left very happy. Customer service counter leave something to be desired for-they are not attentive to customers unless you ask for help and not interactive beyond a yes-no inquiry....so room for improvement in that area but overall a good place to shop.

I place an order for a cabin filter. Called in AM to see if parts where available for pickup. After waiting on the phone for 15min, a gentleman picked up and ask how to help and place me back on hold. I waited for 3 hours for a confirmation and nothing. It’s now 6:00 pm and manager had to reorder item not to sure why. She said it should be here tomorrow after 12pm.Put let’s see what happens tomorrow. Worst attention to store inventory and customers.

I went in today to get battery checked. First, the worker that tested it didnt even know what the results meant and had to go back and ask his coworkers. Then whole purchasing my $170 battery the workers refused to let me get the 2 yr warranty forced me into the 3yr. Then the icing on the cake was I was right outside their front door struggling to change my battery (wrong tools, corrosion, lack of know how,etc) 3 yes 3 employees walked by me. All stared as the passed, one even stopped just outside conversation distance and watched for awhile! But NOT ONE asked if I was ok or needed assistance!Also they told me they didnt take Google pay then after I saw the sign that said did!Customer service FAILED today

Best auto parts store ever. The staff is top notch. Our home town parts store. Ive been to other auto zones. This one is by far the best. Same staff since I moved here two years ago. They go above and beyond. Thanks to all the staff, Management and a special thanks to Susan.Yall are the best!

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. Was able to quickly diagnose my check engine light and make recommendations that would help. They did not automatically suggest the most expensive option either. Seemed as they understood we work hard for our money and dont always have money to just throw at a problem. Highly recommend them for your automotive parts needs.

The service is great here. They always point me in the right direction and try to save me money where possible. They normally have the parts I need, and when they dont, they get them in fast. Plus, the rewards points add up quick and you can redeem them to save even more money.

Very professional and friendly staff willing to help and go out of the way to do so. I had an employee that lives in the area car lose power and he pulled into the parking lot there about 10:30 (after closing) he needed an alternator belt to make it 10 more minutes home. Ricardo opened up the door and helped figure out the belt size (took 4 tries since its a custom belt) and even used his phone light to assist in replacement (which took until about 11:15) We really appreciate that kind of customer service especially after hours, thank you again Ricardo for the help.

This location is very clean, organized, and well stocked. I live between two different stores and this is the location I always choose even though it is a bit farther. Carolina and Susan are always there and are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Alan has helped me find a really odd brake line adapter fitting that I didn’t think even existed. . Their staff never falls short!

They make it easy for someone like me to save time with quick and easy service. The staff is very knowledgeable on the different promotions that are available week to week to get me the best deal.

This place has friendly employees can provide insight into most car issues. This is my go-to place for almost all car related parts. The only thing I dont get from them are body parts. Great job to the team working here!

Wonderful experience here. While checking out, employee let me know I could purchase a slightly different product for a cheaper price. She could have let me just buy what I put in front of her, but took the time to tell me how to save a bit, and got the product for me.

Pathetic service....their IT systems are so old they cannot track purchases made on your account....like every other business in the world that deals with customers. I have a loyalty card that you would think would be able to pull up a transaction history....but no....their systems are not that smart, nor are the employees that work there.

Sent my 19 year old daughter there to check on a temperature climate control part. Clerk was rude to her and didnt look up the part or the price just told her to take it to a shop to look at it. Guess Ill be buying online (and definately not from autozone) instead of supporting a local merchant.

Tool loan program has enabled me to make repairs without having the additional expense for specialty tools. Free testing services are great when trying to troubleshoot on a budget. Still my favorite spot! A female employee helped my husband put in two light bulbs, wipers, and fixed our battery problem. He thought the we needed a new cable because it wasn’t tight on the battery. She was able fix it- no cable needed. She saved us money.

I just wanted to reach out and say thank you again to Ricardo for helping me out the other night. My car slung the alternator belt and I barely made it into the parking lot with no headlights or power but they were closed. I looked in the window and saw there were still two guys inside one of them approached me when they were closing up to leave and asked if he could help. I definitely needed the help as I had no way of getting a belt anywhere else at that time of night. Since my car has a custom belt set up on it, it was not an easy task for us to figure out what size it needed. It took four tries but we figured it out and he even assisted me with lighting so I could make it home just a few minutes down the road. He did not have to stay after hours or help me with it taking that long but he did and that’s what I call the best customer service out there. I work at an import shop in Newnan and I understand the importance of customer service and he’s a top-notch guy.

Came into the auto parts store today to pick up some brakes and the guy at the counter had no clue about cars in general. When you work at an auto parts store atleast know your cars. When someone says Jetta you should know that’s not a truck. Plus all I was trying to buy were brake pads. He wanted to try to push rotors on me too. Not a very knowledgeable staff.

I go here all the time, they normally have what you need in stock, and if you have to order a part you will usually have it the next business day. The people are very friendly, they have a mom and pop part store kinda vibe wich is great there not all stail sounding when you walk threw the door they actually sound happy that you have came in. Not like most big chains that act like your bothering or interrupting them so you will feel welcomed here.

First time I called I was told to wait a second so he could get a piece of paper. I was then put on hold for 5 mins. I hung up and called back thinking maybe the guy got side tracked. The phone rang for about 3 mins and no one answered so I hung up. I called back a third time and same thing rings and rings. no answer. I will take my business elsewhere.

Knowledgeable and helpful, excellent customer service. They didn’t stock one brand of oil filter that fits my truck, so they substituted another (better) filter, and still let me pay the special deal price.

My son is in the military his car has been parked since sept.My youngest tried to start it the other day dead battery and a bad terminal.Took battery in for charge and new terminals.When I took it in there was no visible leaking.When I picked up the lady noticed leaking .I told her I didnt think it was leaking .Long story short no fighting no 110? no issues MGR gave my son a brand new battery for his car . Customer service at its best if I need a part and they have it they will get my business.
