Always on time & its been great even with Covid.

After having a flat tire this morning due to road debris, I went to Discount Tire in PTC. I asked Neal to check the other three which needed to be changed. After discussing future driving needs and presenting me with two options I was able to make an informed purchasing decision. They fit me in and I was on my way within an hour and a half. All around great service!

Decent prices and service. Can sometimes be pretty slow even if you have an appointment. Real strict policies.

Fast and good service. I did have to tighten the rim covers they were lose. Everything else was fine.

The guys were nice but I just cant give a 5 star review. After getting my car back from them fixing a slow leak I had I noticed that they had chipped the chrome off of the exterior of my wheel. Not too happy about it but afraid theres nothing I can do as I noticed when I got home and not while I was still there

I would give them 0 stars if possible. Super slow and awful at communicating. Do not waste your time and go somewhere else if possible. Had an appointment at 2 and had to wait until 2:45 just for my car to be put on the lift. Very unhappy, will never come here again and will tell everyone I know to stay away.

Folks were really nice here. Handled my 370z with kit gloves. They were attentive to my special requests and even took car of small details (like my custome tire valves). I felt like they were efficient and thorough with their entire process. To boot-prices to replace the low profile tires were half the price the dealership tried to charge me AND they had my specialty tires IN STOCK....no waiting. I will definitely return for my future needs amd highly recommend them.

Have purchased a few sets of tires for various vehicles at this location. I have made appointments for installation each time. They always complete the installation in a very reasonable time. Last time was less than 45 minutes total time in the store. They are always courteous and professional even though they are extremely busy. I also like the fact that they focus on tires and wheels so, unlike other tire stores, there is no push to upsell.

Slow leak in the tire, I was told they tried to repair the tire and it was punctured through on the repair so a new tire was put on my vehicle. I will continue to come back to this location. I was happy with the service and communication.

Con artists at this location there happy to take your money but when you come back for tire rotation or balancing they make you wait for hours on end hoping you leave. I just sat here from 12:30 p.m. its now going on 2:30 p.m. no matter the fact that I had an appointment and weve passed that by almost an hour. Stay away.

I just took my GMC truck there for the first time today and could not be more impressed. Everyone was extremely professional, courteous, and the work was completed in record time. I HIGHLY recommend this location for tires and rotate/balance. Great team. How do I have them SIX stars, darn it?

Kuddos to the manager there today. Although, I ran into some problems, they took care of me. While waiting, I noticed many customers that were taken care of with patience and kindness. The place was extremely busy, but handled well by management & all employees.And a big thank you to the gentleman customer, who held the door ( Im on crutches) & gave up his seat for me.

They dont have enough emoyees to handle the work load. Cant get a appointment to have the new tires rebalanced [less than 400 miles on them and they shake like hell]and they dont answer the phone.

I can say I definitely enjoyed my experience. The tires I got for my evo x were specialty order tire and had to be ordered. After about 3 days they let me know that they came in early and scheduled me an appointment that day, which was great. Customer service was great and the guys in the shop had a high morale and super friendly on top of them running wide open with the amount of cars just piling in. The guy who finished my car was super ecstatic to work on it. Definitely a place to return for future work

I’ve visited several times now because my car, both trucks, lawn mower & tractor have all had tires worked on by the professional & fast staff that works here. They always take good care of me as quickly as they possibly can.

Had an online appointment and prepaid for tires. I have done this twice and the service has been excellent. Walked in, dropped it off and waited no more than 35 to 45 minutes and car was done and picked up the keys and drove home.

We absolutely appreciate the team at the PTC Discount Tire. We take all of our cars there and we always receive great service. Definitely recommend.

Drove from Lagrange to Discount Tire in PTC because nowhere local had a tire my size in stock. Not only did Discount Tires have it, they were able to set me up an appointment for that day. When I arrived I received excellent customer service, and was in and out in thirty minutes. The tire prices are about average, but they provide excellent warranties (included in the price) and replacement tires if any problems occur. Cannot beat the excellent service and quality work they provide. Definitely my go to place for tires!

What a great company and experience! These guys know how to take care of their customers, even when they arent buying anything or just taking care of problems that other places would charge you for. The front desk service was great, but the actual tire work was poorly done. My brake pad sensor was severed which set off my brake sensor alarm. The severed brake pad cord left a silver ring on my rim. My steering wheel was vibrating when i drove it. Had to take my car to BMW to replace the sensor cable. Also, my right front tire was not put on tightly enough. You could put an entire screw driver head in the opening. Have a video but can not upload it. BMW said eventually that tire would have come off where I could have been seriously injured. They need some one to inspect the quality work to ensure the tires are put on correctly. Working too fast to get people in and out. Will not let them put tires on my car again.

These guys were on point today! Stopped in for a previously scheduled appointment to get my tires balanced and rotated on my wifes truck. It was very busy as usual, but they got me checked in immediately, my truck was inside on a lift in less than ten minutes, and it was pulled back out waiting at the door for me in about 20! Already had my paperwork in my envelope ready to go. Cant ask for much better than that.

Do not go without an appointment. Even if you have an appointment expect to leave your vehicle for HOURS. Ive never seen a tire place take four hours to change two tires. The mechanics played around to much for me. One couldnt back a vehicle into the bay. One man dropped his vehicle off at 930 a m and by 2 they still had not started on his vehicle. Very disappointed. I wont be using them anymore. Great prices on tires but I suggest you purchase them and go elsewhere for service. A few workers seemed afraid to work on certain vehicles and didnt seem knowledgeable about what they were doing.

I am a loyal customer. I came in with a tire losing air that my daughter in law had to drive another 50 miles to get home. The service man gave me a difficult time to check it out because they were busy. This is the first time i have had less than stellar service. While i sat and waited another person came in with a nail in his tire. Same story. I know everyone wants to go home but you cant leave people stranded. He needs a little customer training and attitude adjustment.

By far the best tire store in the state of Georgia. Ive been to a lot of tire stores, and some are very good. But no tire stores have employees like this place. Will probably be a lifelong customer.

Unfortunately customers service is non existent.Husband order new wheels and tires, made order, meanwhile we notice the guy in the counter not paying to much attention to what it’s need it, we thought “maybe he is good at his job”.After a Week, we had to called back, as they never called back us to let me know the order was in the shop already.Took the car to the shop, just to find out they order the wrong wheels after specific told them about it the amount lug nuts the car has, I guess the guys wasn’t that good after all.After another week, we called back, just to find out the new order never was placed, had to wait ... again, couple days after finally we were able to get the new wheels installed.

These guys are on top of it! Had to drive up from Columbus because it was the closest location but they got me in and out with my appointment in a very reasonable timeframe and made the drive worth it. All of the guys inside were killing the game when it came to customer service. Kegan took care of me and he personally came out and made sure my tires were inflated to the right level and everything was just right. Good job today gentlemen!

GREAT customer service all around!

Everything was fine until they put my vehicle on the lift and crushed the rocker panels. When I pointed it out, they shrugged it off saying it would be fine. Thats not the point! When I was going to drive away, the low pressure light was on, again thats normal. When I got 1 mile down the road I heard pop as the bead of the low pressure tire completely seated. I dont think I will ever go back, unless I have a warranty issue.

Discount Tire and this location in particular have always been top notch. The staff is friendly, the prices reasonable and on par with the market and if you have an appointment, you can get in and out in around an hour.

This place is fantastic!! The customer service is unparalled! As a woman, walking into any automotive situation can prove to be daunting and you run the risk of someone taking advantage of you. Travis made me feel at ease immediately. The staff is respectful, friendly and offers explanations if needed.The tire on my company car blew out as I pulled into the parking lot. Even though the place was packed, I was back on the road in record time. The waiting area was plush and comfortable. The whole experiene was actually so enjoyable I will be taking my personal vehicle to be serviced at this location.

Cheap Tires for your AUTO

I bought 1 tire from them & they were superb ! Brought is a spare empty rim & after installing found out the low pressure sensor was inop. They went to great lengths & at no charge to mount & balance the tire on the other rim . & they were quite busy on that day to get sidetracked on a task that I was responsible for. While I was waiting I took note how efficient their operation was & they treated everyone with superb care . Highly recommend PTC Discount Tire .

Ordered tires a week ago online...said I would be contacted for an install appointment and waited two days. I finally called PTC store and was offered an appointment to install tires on a Thursday but choose a Friday. Showed up Friday to be told only two of the 4 tires were in...would call when others get there. Have yet to get a call! Went to next door competitor and within hours they ordered, couriered, and installed the exact tires I ordered at Discount Tire. I wont attempt to do business here again.

The entire staff was very professional throughout my tire buying process. Specifically, Daniel was very friendly and informative when getting everything set up as soon as I walked in. Nick was on top of it the entire time my truck was in the back and kept me updated throughout the process. Also, Travis was friendly and offered extra help over the phone before I came to the store. I had a scheduled appointment. Customer Service was AWFUL. Very rude person at the front desk. Too much to go into in one review. When I went to pick up my car, they could not find my $300.00 fob. Finally found it, no apology, no thank you, nothing. Never again, next time Ill be going to your competitor next door. Wish I would have shopped around before giving them my business!!

I went to Discount Tire in Peachtree City on 5/21/20 with a nail in my tire . I received excellent and prompt service ! I appreciate how the entire staff followed social distance protocols ! Service is the best! Everybody is always happy and they always greet you to their store. I needed tires so they special ordered them with out an upfront payment. I highly suggest the tire replacement pkan. I used it for a tire with a bolt in it, they replace it no problem. I only wish they performed front wheel alignments so I could get everything done in one stop. The only reason for 4 stars.

Discount tire is where I go when I need new tires for Infiniti. Make sure you call ahead because youll need an appointment. Professionalism, Quality and Sale Specials is what comes to mind when talking about Discount Tire. I have been running pirelli tires on my Infiniti. Discount Tire keeps a large selection of Tires in inventory. If you plan on buying four new tires make sure you get the warranty for each tire. If you scuff a curb or scratch sidewall anything minor or major. Bring it back store and they will swap damaged tire(s) out for brand new. Youll have to pay insurance for new tires to keep in good standing. Honestly, I dont see why you wouldnt buy tires here. Obviously free rotations if purchased tires here.

Great deal on 4 new tires and fast service.

My wife had a flat tire late one afternoon (9-28-2018), the followingmorning I went to locate the puncture in her tire and in the process Idiscovered a rattling in her wheel. I immediately went to my local, Discount Tire located in Peachtree City, GA to get the tire repaired. Mysales representative was Kegan, I expressed concern of the rattling in thetire. I had arrived at 9:40 AM and he stated I should be done by 10 past10:00 AM. At quarter past 10:00 AM I brought it to their attention that mycar had not pulled into the bay yet. It was right at 11:00 AM before mywifes vehicle was pulled into the bay. Kegan came back a few minuteslater and brought to me a bolt in his hand and said this was the culprit ofthe rattling. I questioned how the bolt had gotten into the wheel it wasat this point Kegan was obviously offended by my questioning. He wasrather rude in his response and said it entered through the puncture hole.I am no physics major by any means however, common sense this wasimpossible! The puncture hole was smaller then the head of the bolt and itcame from the inside of the wheel. I continue to express concern that ithad to have obviously been left in the wheel when it was mounted. I havepurchased tires from your company well over a decade and have been comingto the same location for 10 years. All my tires and any servicing of thetires are maintained by Discount Tire. Kegan had no explanation except hesaid nothing was left in the wheel when it was installed. I then broughtit to the attention of Lawrence the store manager. The same attitude waspresented and that there was no possibility that the bolt had been left inthe wheel. He then took the bolt and proceeded to tap it on a rim thatwas displayed on the shelf and pointed out the noise, stating that it wouldof sounded like an engine blowing up. Again I have no science degree orbackground but common sense tells me that through centrifugal force whilethe tire was rolling it would of never touched the metal just the rubber.Therefore very little noise would of been heard. I asked for the tire tobe brought back into the showroom for more careful examination by myself.I did notice small pieces of rubber debris was on the inside of the tireitself. This further substantiates my notion that the bolt was left in thewheel during mounting accidentally (at least I hope this to be the case).During our conversation there was no apology from either of your employeesor the validity of the hazard that this could of resulted in a badaccident. The evening of the flat my wife was traveling with my six yearold son to her exercise trainer. I was glad that she was safely able tostop when she noticed the flat occurring and was able to get the spare onbefore heading straight home (she did not get to her appointment thatevening).This is the second mishap I have had dealing with this store and manager.This is very disappointing. Perhaps the employees need to be more cautiousand understanding from the customers point of view. At one point I feltthat the manager wanted to say that I was to blame for the bolt in thewheel. He did not have to say it but I could see it by the expression onhis face.

Went in with 4 separate wheels(with tires mounted) and 4 new tires to be mounted. They wanted to charge me 176 dollars and some change to put the new tires on?? I was even taking the old tires with me AND they did not have to install the wheels on the car since I brought in 4 separate wheels. They were charging 35$ a tire to install the tire and 10$ to remove each of the old tires. I was ok paying the 35$ a tire install fee since the tires are 18 and 19 wheels but have never had to pay a removal fee, ever. When I asked if they would waive the tire removal fee, the manager wouldnt even address me directly, he made his employee tell me that they would not waive the fee. So I loaded my wheels back up and went on my way. I guess the manager was too scared to address me directly? His employee was very friendly and apologetic through the whole ordeal.

I had a great experience there. I went to purchase a tire due to a leak and Oscar recommended I have them all checked b4 coming out of pocket, in the event all I needed was a quick repair. It was not something I considered doing. When it was checked the low air tire could easily be fixed but I had a nail in another tire that I did not know about. I had to purchase a new tire after he provided some comparison. If not for his due diligence I would have fixed the one not knowing about the other. I recommend.

Wow! So fast! I dropped off my flat tire and had to go back to work. In about an hour I received a email saying it was done and ready to be picked up. I came in and expected them to just put it back in my trunk but instead they put it back on my car and put the spare back in the trunk. And in only 5 minutes! Plus everything was free! I am very happy!

These guys have always been honest with us and arent always trying to up-sell various stuff to make extra money. They usually get the work done in a reasonable amount of time, although Id recommend making an appointment and have someone drive with you so you dont have to wait around. There are a few shops/restaurants around, as well as Line Creek nature center across the street if you need to kill time while waiting.

Our Golf Cart tire need to Mount in, and We got fool around at Tireplus. Came to discount Tire without appointment ( you have to make appointment now). Daniel at the front took good care of us. Since our service won’t cost much, that’s why Tireplus don’t even want to help us. However, Daniel still treated us with excellent customer service! Thanks Daniel!

These guys are great. Ive used this store for almost 10 years for all my vehicles and they have always exceeded expectations. The few times Ive had minor issues, theyve always gone out of they way to make sure things are made right. On a couple occasions when Ive gone to other stores to get tires (usually just due to convenience), I was immediately reminded why I should have gone here instead. Other stores just dont have the customer service they do here. I just had another set of tires put on my car last week and Travis was a huge help... even going out of the way to take care of an issue that was my fault. Thank you!!!
